First time here. Customer service wasn't the best- hate to say I had already anticipated this would have been the case. My sister didn't want the sides that came with the oxtails and she was told they would have to weigh it by the pound then! She ended up getting the sides for cost purposes. I wanted jerk pork and they didn't have enough. It was mid afternoon nowhere near closing. She was so non chalant about it and I had to ask her to check if more would be coming. Of course it was a no, however the food was good! Rice was tasty, buttery like and I usually hate rice & peas. Portions more than plenty! Price point, decent.

We come here when we are in town. This time we tried the oxtail stew and brown chicken stew. Both were wxcellent Meats were tender and fall off the bone. Service and portions are great. Forgot Chicken stew pictures.

I ordered a mini and this looks like fucking dog meat ,not even a dog would eat this .They gave me these two picky ,boney pieces of meat.

This food looks nasty and the chicken is boney and small. This looks like fucking dog food.

Honestly if you're looking for affordable Jamaican food that taste good try Dutch pot! You can stay in your car to order as they have a drive thru! Finally a Caribbean restaurant with a pick up window! How genius! ** Be prepared to wait patiently** The food is always good and they have a massive menu of food and drinks to choose from. The highlight of Dutch pot are the $6 lunch specials that are fulfilling and tasty. ***The only negative thing I can say about them is that they are always out of steam veggies. I think it's because they rather serve that coleslaw. Please go back to serving steam veggies with each plate.***

I like that the food was already prepared before you arrived and there's an option for the drive thru. The oxtails were good and well seasoned. The oxtails gravy was delicious as well. The cabbage was bland and could use some seasoning. The rice and peas were okay. If I desired Jamaican food I would go there again. I like that they had sitting inside if you needed to eat your meal.

They're lucky the food is authentic and tastes good. Because the service is nonexistent. I've seen folks in a catatonic state move faster and in a more organized fashion.

I started eating Dutch Pot a few years ago, and I must say my favorites on the menu are the Peas and Rice with oxtail or brown stew chicken, festival, and fried dumpling. One thing I can definitely say is that they fill up your plate with food, they are not STINGY! The ambience make you feel like you are in Jamaica of course, with the music playing in the background.

Food was okay, not seasoned enough for me. I had the curry chicken and jerk chicken specials. Comes with rice and peas and coleslaw. The portion sizes were good, but on a busy HBCU football game day near Hard Rock stadium do you not have cabbage. I have never heard of or never would eat coleslaw with Jamaican food. I was willing to pay extra for any kind of vegetable only option was a vegetable patty which was really good, probably the best thing I had from this place. The offer a drive thru and inside dining. The drive thru is long and slow so pack your patience. I went inside and it was much faster. They do offer a solid supply of fresh local made juices which were good.

Delicious food after a hectic morning. Oxtail was a bit too sweet for my liking, but the curry goat made up for it.

The flavors were really hittin--not salty but definitely not lacking in flavor and complexity. So delicious The only criticism I would have from what I ordered is that the rice was ever so slightly undercooked which made it a bit dry. Other than that, everything was great. There's not really a server--you order and they text you when it's ready. Then you come pick it up and go to your table. But the cashier lady was very nice and helped me decide what to get.

If you're looking for something unique to try at the Citadel, Manjay is worth a shot. They serve Haitian cuisine. Portions were generous and in general, the food was kind of heavy. Many of the components I believe were made to order, so there was a short wait. Here's what my wife and I ordered: Appetizer: * Caribbean Conch Fritters ($14) - Manjay pikliz, honey mustard remoulade These were big and tasty. Six pieces, like giant hush puppies with conch inside. The plate came with pikliz in the center. Pikliz is like the Haitian version of coleslaw, made with cabbage, carrots, onions, and peppers. Manjay's version was spicy and yummy. Bowls, each with 2 sides and 1 sauce: * Honey Jerk Chicken Bowl ($18) - breaded and tossed in Manjay's homemade honey jerk sauce; with red beans rice and sweet plantains and scotch bonnet mango aioli * From Haiti with Love (Griyo) ($18) - Deep-fried Kreyol-style slow-braised pork; with banan payzay and toofay Both the chicken and pork were very good and flavorful. The pork was served bone-in. The rice and beans and sweet plantains were comforting and addictive. The scotch bonnet mango aioli was spicy. Banan payzay are Haitian pressed plantains. These were savory and starchy. The toofay ("legume") was good too. It's a hearty vegetable stew, essentially Haitian ratatouille. Our cashier was Roniqua and she was nice. During our visit, I think Manjay had the longest line (a good sign). After walking around, looking at the other food court options and seeing Manjay's high rating on Yelp, we were sold on Manjay. We dined in so we got real plates and silverware. We actually took everything up to the rooftop bar and ate up there. Our trays were bussed by the staff on the roof. Along with this location at the Citadel food court in Little River (just north of Little Haiti), Manjay has a casual strip location near the Miami airport in Doral. This Citadel location is the original; it opened in February 2019. The Doral location opened in 2024.

By the time the doors opened, there was already a line forming behind us. THIS PLACE IS LITTT! The vibe is definitely part restaurant, part party. Once the DJ gets going, just know you're not coming here for a quiet little brunch. There's indoor and outdoor seating, but if you sit outside, be prepared for that Miami heat AND to be a little closer to all the music and action. I was celebrating my birthday and our waitress, Charley, was an absolute DREAM! She took such good care of us and made sure the shots kept coming. And coming. I ordered the Smoked BBQ Beef Rib Platter, and the portion was HUGE. Everything was super tasty, especially the sides. My only critique was that I wish the beef rib had been just a tad more tender. I also ordered the Malibu Mojito, which was sooo good. I think I had about 12. Okay, maybe not 12, but clearly I enjoyed them! Service did slow down a little once things got really busy, and one of our dishes came out a little cold, but neither was enough to ruin the experience. Overall, Dukunoo is a MUST for me whenever I'm in Miami. Good food, GOOD drinks, music, energy and a whole vibe. The vibe of the space feels like they brought in the murals of wynwood to their interior design. The music selection was rap hit after rap hit, loved. We sat at the bar. Our server was Marcus. He was so helpful and attentive. Gave us his menu recommendations, which we followed suit. We ordered the duck dumplings and the sweet potato croquettes from the HH menu. From the regular menu, we ordered the bbq toro and the oxtail udon. The duck dumplings had a rich au jus, great. Our favorite app was the sweet potato croquette. Slightly sweet, a satisfying crunch, but soft in the center with tender brisket. The white bbq sauce and parm gave it a nice smoky nuttiness. Ordered another round, they were so good! The bbq toro had an amazing smokey flavor and a nice citrusy butter as the sauce. The cut was perfect. The oxtail udon was really hearty, and by far the best dish we had (though all the dishes were seriously incredible). It comes with a cured egg yolk, which they mix for you tableside. There was a good amount of oxtail in the dish and the udon sauce - bottle it for me please and thank youuu.

Sometimes less is more. I booked brunch for the Sunday after Valentine's Day. The reservation was confirmed, but then I found out they don't even open until 5 PM that day. How does a brunch reservation get confirmed for a time when the restaurant isn't open? I decided to give it another try this weekend and went at 5 PM to sit at the bar. The hostess told me there was a "Hungry Post" event happening. I asked about the price and she said it was $100 per person. Okay, fine -- but when I asked what the event included or what it was about, she seemed unsure and said it was "just a party" and that you just go in. No explanation of what was included, no specials, nothing. Charging $100 per person just to attend a "party" with no clear details feels odd and poorly communicated. I genuinely want this place to succeed because the food and drinks are great -- I just wish they would focus on that and improve communication and organization instead of trying so hard to be trendy.

The server was a bit disappointing though she warmed up during the meal. Just came across as aloof and wasn't overly helpful when I shared that we wanted a variety of their best dishes.
