So this is a mixed review. SERVICE: Not open till 5PM which is understandable for Covid. At 455 we called wanted to place our pick up order early as we were busy and probably would have been distracted and waited too long. When we called the worker said she couldn't take our order and to call back in 20 min. Ok fine whatever, I know POS systems and restaurants and Usually you can put it in early understanding the place is almost open and it won't be done early or started until it's open. When we called back we were very specific: del Paso medium rare and BUFFALO chicken sandwich with no cheese but the blue cheese crumble is ok. When we got home we realized that instead of the buffalo chicken sandwich it was a chicken blt with avocado or whatever the name of the sandwich is. As it was pick up and we didn't feel like leaving the house again we called to see how it could be rectified. The only option was a replacement! Ummm it was take out and the employee even admitted that she took our order and had pushed the wrong chicken sandwich. It seems unreasonable to only have that as an option and a gift card or refund should be available. FOOD: OMG! They use like garlic bread spread on the buns or something similar! Irresistible! New place, new feel for Natomas, and a much needed addition to our community. We've needed a late night place that wasn't a dumpy ihop for SO loooonnnngg!! First impressions: it felt instantly welcoming and comfortable. It's not huge, but it felt comfortable. There's a bar and some bar tables and then regular tables and booths. Keep an eye out for the two lounge seats hidden to the side of the bar. It's a nice little private spot. Only problem is then you have to watch all the amazing looking food go by. There are four tv behind the bar, and 5 on the opposite wall. Plenty of sports and cnn to appease my husband while he sipped his old fashioned. We came in just for drinks since we ate lunch before and it was too early for dinner. I had a dark and stormy and he had an old fashioned. It was not a pair of weak drinks at all. A+. We hadn't seen any apps or bar type food, but we saw some go by that looked fantastic. I found the menu for that on the website, but before we could decide if we wanted to have any the chef, with tattoos expressing "live by the fork, die by the fork" dropped by and offered freshly made red bell pepper hummus with charred corn and grilled pita. It was FANTASTIC. It also provided us the opportunity to have nice conversation on plating and flavor with both the chef and the sous chef. It was great. I'll be coming back when I'm hungry for some of those things I saw come by. I was incredibly disappointed. I visit Bonchon and Monsoon a bit and each time I've passed by, the food has looked great. I finally got to try but I don't think it's a great value. I got 2 fried barbacoa tacos for over $15? It was just meat cheese and the broth. It looked like the frozen tacos in my freezer. The breaded calamari was in no way freshly fried. Looked and tasted like it was heated in the microwave. The burger plate is small. You could get a more delicious burger and greater serving of fries for cheaper next door. Dipping Sauce costs $1 but they don't tell you when it's ordered. 2. $2 Happy hour beer discount only applies to pints not the larger order but they don't say anything when you order. 3. I noticed honey mustard was $1 and the large beers were full price. We specifically came in for happy hour for the beer discount. Long story short I asked the server about why she didn't say anything about the HH discount and she said she didn't think about it. Then not bringing up the cost of the sauce when I ordered it, again she didn't think about it. The sauce thing I can let go, annoying but whatever. But the HH discount??? No where does it mention only pints are discounted. Not on the menu, not on the HH menu and not on the receipt. It just says $2 off draft beer. I won't be back and either will my friends. Went here last night after 9 pm and were told that the late night happy hour was discontinued....it was still on menus but new menus are coming. I think they did give us a small discount on the bill. We ordered the philly steak fries and lemon pepper chicken wings--both were really good. Also, tried the jalapeño ranch which was tasty . Ordered a pint of tap beer and a lemon drop. The lemon drop was well made and enjoyable cocktail. Prices are a little high. Enjoyed a delicious lunch. Very comfortable atmosphere. Ordered chicken street tacos and my friend had a burger and fries. Plentiful amount of food. I took home one taco for later. The 1/2 lb burger was juicy and dripping with flavor. Fries were crisp (McDonalds size) but better. Tacos were seasoned and spicy with so much chicken that when a I took a bite, chunks fell out. Our group of six came for lunch and we arrived before 11:30. The restaurant was quiet, and a petite bartender told us our server would be over shortly. Our server finally came, she was awkward and unfriendly, dropped off the menu and disappeared. There were three separate menus, from afar they looked similar but each had different food or drink items. I didn't think that was a great idea - either make the appearance differently or consolidate your menus in a more cohesive way. We ordered several dishes and they were good except the mahi mahi taco. The plate came with three tacos and some of us could immediately detect the fishy smell. I ate half of a taco, another person did the same, and no one cared to claim the third taco. We told the server the mahi mahi might be old fish and she said "I'll tell the chef" in the most nonchalant fashion. I enjoyed their cocktails and if return, I would just order cocktails and tater tots, maybe sliders, too. Stay away from their fish. read more

This is our go to spot for Monday Night football. We have become regulars here so much that we almost always have the same server and she knows what we order. Love this about this place. They are welcoming and they remember you...even the drinks your order...beer and sodas and water alike. We've ordered the various pizzas (all meat, chicken pesto, pepperoni, cheese), the sliders, the different tots offerings, the caesar salad, the street tacos, the wings, the different burgers (like buffalo chicken burger, hub burger, heights burger). The fish slider was bland. You get two of them. It had veggies or coleslaw or something. I couldn't really taste any of it. It needed a ton more tarter sauce or just something...anything. The buffalo chicken burger was tangy, good and spicy. I love it when the chicken is larger than the burger bread. The pizzas are personal sized pizzas that you would find at places like mod pizza and like places. The crust is pretty thin and flavorful. The pepperoni was good. The all meat pizza was good but not much toppings. It wasn't filled to the brim or anything. The chicken pesto pizza was super bland. I was so disappointed with this pizza. You expect so much flavor to come out from one bite but nothing. All my hopes and dreams shattered. I had to ask for a ton of ranch just so that I could have flavor. (I ask for ranch for pretty much everything and anything.) The buffalo chicken tots are tangy and delectable. At first bite, there's a lot of flavor in your mouth and then your mouth sends impulses to your brain that you want more and your whole body does a happy dance as you reach for more. When I don't know what to order I usually go to the tots. It's a pretty good serving if you just want that as your meal. Happy hour prices are pretty good, especially after an exhilarating night of (high school) football. My ultimate favorite are the thai spicy wings. They are not spicy at all. They are like sweet and sour wings with happy flavors that make your tongue dance mixed with a bit of honey and a little bit of peppers. It's finger licking good. I even (try to) lick the plate. lol. (Shhh don't tell anyone...haha) The hub burger is a fairly large burger with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, hub house sauce, and your choice of cheese. It's your typical cheeseburger but larger than fast food spots of course. It comes with fries, salad, or tots. I usually order the tots with a side of ranch. I love my ranch. Oh how I love my ranch. The heights burger is also a cheeseburger but with bacon and bbq sauce. The bacon makes it all better and it has a little kick to it which makes the burger absolute heaven. I was mildly surprised that there was a kick. It was so good that I had to take my time eating it. The burger is huge. It doesn't need anything additional to it...okay maybe add an onion ring to the burger and that will just put it over the top. I also add tots as the side. The tots are super tasty and crunchy and just delicious. You will definitely want more. The tacos come in threes. They are street tacos but they are filled to the brim. I do wish they offered more salsa or something to give it that umph but to my dismay I'm left with not much flavor. It's a pretty good appetizer though if you're not that hungry. It just needs a bit more flavor. We have tasted almost everything on the menu and have customized tots. I love that they are open to customizations. They do look at me weird when I do it but when it comes out just the way I want it and order it, I'm a happy camper. What more could you ask for. This is what keeps me coming back. Came here a few months ago and everything we had under the bar bites was amazing. Today I decided to go again and order almost the same thing. Bbq Pork Tater Tots, Brussel Sprouts, Calamari. The Brussels sprouts were burnt. All of them. So I asked it we can have them replaced and was told they'd ask the chef but more than likely they will come out the same way because they prepare them in the morning and the. Cook them for 30 secs when ordered, so they get that way really fast. So I decided I didn't want them anymore. Disappointed in the Pork Tater Tots. They are suppose to come with cheese and hardly any cheese in site. I had to ask for a side of cheese and was told they were out, so chef had to make more and by the time I got it, I was done eating. Went tonight for the first time. I'm gonna go easy because they are so new. I ordered the pasta dish which was angel hair with balsamic reduction, tomatoes and parmesan and basil. The flavor was delicious. The size however was ridiculous. It was such a small portion, like it should have been a side with a nice chicken breast served with it or something. It was $17. It did come with a slice of toasted bread. There was no garlic or butter on the bread, just dry toast which seemed a little odd. The portion size for $17 needs to be fixed immediately. I ended up ordering an appetizer after my entree which is something I have never done before lol. I want this place to succeed. Everything we tasted was very good. Please please listen to your customers and adjust your menu accordingly. The staff were all excellent and were obviously very experienced. Was actually super disappointed. I actually normally have liked this place. I went on a Sunday. We were going to eat sushi but saw the Happy Hour sign standing on the walkway outside. Once inside, after sitting I requested the Happy Hour bite menu and was stiffly informed that there was no Happy Hour (which was fine, but why the SIGN ON THE SIDEWALK saying so. We ordered a Philly Cheesesteak, a Salad, 6 wings and 3 small tacos. The bill was $104 :/ Seriously. Very disappointed. On top of that there was something floating in my sons drink and upon the initial swipe I was overcharged over $100 and caught it. The bill was cancelled and reswiped, resulting in a hold on those fees in my bank account. I really am not one to complain, but would prefer my money back. I have been to this amazing restaurant twice now and have just been amazed with the food. I had tacos both times, once chicken and pork the second time. Both times I must say they were the best tacos I ever had...and I love tacos. The meats were seasoned very uniquely but tasted amazing. A friend of mine had the beef shawarma tacos and they were also amazing! I can't wait to go back for more! I read a few reviews about the servers being rude but both times that I went the gals were wonderful and attentive. You must give this place a chance, you won't be disappointed. read more

I tried this place for the first time last night and I can say the only thing that impressed me was the coldness of the beer. I tried the slider and tots with a beer at happy hour and it cost me 21.00. I have no idea how it got to 21 but my calculations put it at 15.99, I'll have no idea because a handheld cash register was shoved in my face and I was told to pat 21.20.
