The staff is the worst!!! The food is microwave vibes which is sad because they have a full kitchen. They recently replaced about 90% of the wait staff with the rudest most unwelcoming group of women I've ever seen. The manager at the bar has been there for a while but she always has RBF which makes me never want to come here. I used to come weekly with groups of friends to meet here and one time those those friends had young kids and bought some food from next-door chicken place. Mind you were eating outside and buying drinks. And RBF manager told us that we were not allowed to eat here with outside food. Like I said, I was a regular and I always saw people bring food so I didn't understand the problem. I don't want to come back. It's the only neighborhood bar in Natomas and I'd rather go sit at Applebee's. read more

Let's start off with me stating I have been a returning customer since this business opened. I will never return and here's why: As I'm trying to focus on studying enjoying my beverage, a group of men were being obnoxious and shouting obscenities. The large group consisted of THE OWNER and his friends. Although I was a few tables down, the yelling was irritable but I was trying to block it out. A couple near them= group were disturbed and asked them to stop. The men didn't and continued to be disrespectful. It escalated into the men almost fighting the couple, begging the man to fight them. When the couple tried to walk away the men proceeded to follow them, all the while shouting and trying to ensue a fight. The waitress was apologetic and extremely sweet. The men continued to be rowdy, loud and vulgar despite other customers near me demanding they be removed. They were not removed and allowed to remain on site. Cherry on top: when they started puking in the street If I could give it less than one star I would. read more

Guys... Guys... You need to try this place. AMAZING food and service. The quality of food they are serving is beyond exceptional. Our waitress was really helpful and patient. We came in during a busy time for dinner and waited an hour but it was so worth it The broths were delicious and we'll balanced. The veggies were fresh and the meat quality was perfect. My partner and I have been stuck on Q-Pot in San Jose and it's been difficult to find a place in Sac that meets their standard and I think we found our spot. I ordered a turkey bacon sandwich and the server comes back after and says oh the menu doesn't mention it comes with avocado is that okay with you? Ummm , YES ! I love avocado what a great addition . Came here after work with some coworkers for happy hours. First time there and it was cool. The food is decent price and the shots was reasonable. $11 something for tequila shots yass please. But we gotta carry away and kept ordering shots the bill came up to be $172 which isn't bad because we order pizza and calamari as well. So I guess it's worth the experience and it was fun. We came in to eat because we saw indoor dining. Service was fairly friendly. Drinks came fast enough. Already they are on their way to a great review, right? Wrong! It took entirely too long for the waitress to take our food order and took 50 minutes to receive our food after that. Unacceptable. On top of that , the grown man order of wings only involves 6 wings, so if you want wings and you want to leave satisfied, order 2 orders of wings! My two friends and I came here on 8/28. The food was good and the service was good as well. We had burgers and sodas. We paid the bill, tipped the waitress and left. Here's we're things went down hill. As we are standing out in the parking lot saying goodbye. One of the staff walks out onto the patio and yells at us with an attitude saying "next time you throw up in my bathroom sink, say something". That was pretty embarrassing, considering no one in my group had thrown up in the bathroom and this person was yelling at us from across the parking lot. This person obviously has a lack of personal restraint and was blaming us for something we didn't do. This is a great little bar with some yummy eats. On their appetizer menu there's a variety of really amazing tacos including vegetarian options as well as meat. Only complaint is that they used to have cauliflower bites on their menu and removed them...super sad about this hope that they bring them back soon. read more

She made us feel at home and not like we were imposing on her asking to dine in which is the vibe other restaurants made us feel before coming here. The food and drinks are very good too!! I really had high hopes for this place but sadly, it was a let down. The food here is subpar and overpriced. I ordered their salad and all it came with was mixed greens topped with some almonds and blue cheese. That's it. Nothing else. And their dressing was a lemon juice and olive oil dressing. I took one bite and could not even take another. I mean, for $11 you would expect to get something more than just lettuce and two toppings with lemon juice as the dressing. Horrible. Horrible. The only reason why I am giving an extra star is because the waitress was very friendly. The staff here seems nice and the place is clean. There is certainly potential here but they should really think about redoing their menu. Until then, I will just go next-door to Jack's. read more

The food here has always been great. We were just here Tuesday and they've started Taco Tuesday! $2 al-a-cart tacos! Their tacos are great, the pizza is delicious. Tots! Awesome tots, we get the Piggy Tots with caramelized onions. They're getting more local craft beer after each visit I've been. I've noticed they've been making changes to the menu, which I understand. But I've also noticed changes to their specials and Happy Hour... I've heard they have a new GM that's really shaking things up, and that concerns me seeing this restaurant has been open maybe 6-9 months. I worry making so many changes will drive away what support this little spot currently gets. We really hope this establishment is here for the long run; North Natomas needs more late night options! read more

Looks like a great place to eat but I was not able to be served. I think they need the kinks to be worked out since it is new. I walked in at 5:20 on a Wednesday evening. Half the tables were filled. My daughter and I were told to sit down. Then nothing. At 5:28, a waitress came over and had menus in her hand and asked if we would like something to drink. I wanted to see the menu. Silly me, I thought she would give me the menus in her hand. She did have a plate in the other hand. So I thought she would put the plate down and walk back with the menus. I gave it another 5 mins and left at 5:33 without ever seeing a menu. They need to do better. If this how they are on a week night before the rush, I would hate to see how they do on a weekend. read more

Upon walking in there are no signs, but you must seat yourself, which a fellow customer informed us on. We were not checked on and did not serve us water until later. The food was extremely disappointing! $11 for a small salad and $8 for 5 wings, that tasted like they came from the frozen isle. Extremely over priced for such small portions. My boyfriend got the pork tots- which made him sick. Other customers around us were complaining about the food and service as well. If I could do less than 1 Star I would. Do not recommend, will make sure friends and family will not go either. These disappointments are not due to them "just opening". Hope to get something new in place of them soon! read more

My eating experience was completely and unequivocally unremarkable. I ordered a Caesar salad, which was suppose to be 'traditional' and house made!? Croutons tasted like air, fluffed, cardboard and the dressing did not taste 'authentic'. Awful and overpriced I had the salad with goat cheese and almonds and added chicken. It was $13 for a small bowl with mixed greens, almond slivers that were chopped and maybe a teaspoon of goat cheese. The grilled chicken was very dry and I think there were maybe 5 small pieces. The wait staff was inexperienced and clueless. I asked what kind of salad dressings they have and she said she forgot. I mean really...they are clearly not ready to be open. I was in on 12/22/2021 the female behind the bar who refused to give me her name or the owners name who stated she was the manager racially profiled me and was very rude to me and my guest. She then kicked us out for me talking to my friend and said because she feels like it was directed to her. The worst service I have ever had and made me feel so disrespected. If anyone knows how to contact the owner please let me know. I understand the place is new but the warm turkey pesto sandwich I ordered they don't even serve any longer. How long has the place been opened. I asked for separate checks he nodded and said ok. Brought back 1 check. Told him again we needed separate itemized checks. (Heavy sigh) still didn't get it right. We each have to turn in an Expense report which is why we needed itemized. Then he charged mine twice and not one of the others. Maybe he has never been a server before? And it wasn't because they were overly busy. The chicken BLT was DRY. Tots were good. The hub burger next to me looked messy and delicious. We were passing through and had started to go to Monsoon burger...should have stuck with original plan. I was really excited about this place but this Saturday's lunch experience was pretty awful. Our appetizer came out after our lunch did, which isn't horrible, but the chicken on the buffalo fries was cold! We didn't have water for a really long time, even after asking for it to be refilled, they never came back with the water pitcher. My mother-in-law's pork on her tacos was raw, and the Parmesan cheese in the shaker was moldy! Due to the unsafe food conditions we ended up telling the manager and walking out. I was at this establishment on Tuesday April 19, 2022. At approximately 830pm, I forgot my Louis Vuitton wallet on the table after I paid my bill. I returned the next day and asked if a wallet was found and an employee said she would call and ask a manager. I called the next day and spoke with a female that remembered me and asked if they can look at the cameras. I went back to the Hub the same day and spoke to the same female bartender who was present the same night I left my wallet, she said they looked at the camera and saw nothing. I asked to speak to the owners who watched the camera videos and she said she couldn't give me the owners phone numbers or email and they never come into the restaurant. I had to keep asking who I can talk to. She was not helpful and finally gave me the general manager email. Can the owner or manager please respond to this message. It's very disheartening to know there's cameras in the restaurant and I can't talk to anyone who has access to the videos. read more
