We gathered for dinner here at The Lime Lite for a very special event. Since our party was 12 people we had a reservation to ensure we have a table upon arrival. With a group being that many we had an option to have a private room they placed us in away from everyone else. It's a room that has closed doors and mini chandeliers. Super classy and private. I loved how it was all to ourselves. Our server was super professional and nice. Offered me some recommendations when I wanted a virgin drink. The blackberry margarita was delicious! I wanted two! While waiting for more guest to arrive , they gave us bread and butter. It's some nice warm toasty bread! I think I ate waaaay too many before my actual meal. Because we were a private party and was a big group they gave us a specific menu we can order from for large parties. I got the ribeye steak that comes with a side of Brussels sprouts and mash potato. I asked for medium doneness on my steak and it was well delivered. Cooked to the temperature I liked. I enjoyed my steak very much. The Brussels sprouts where oven roasted and drizzled with balsamic vinegar. It was so flavorful and many of my friends who tried it loved it. The mash potato is the signing star! So buttery and full. It was just so good I can just eat that and be happy. My meal was a 10. Husband ordered the fried chicken and he was really diggin in. The fried chicken was nice and crispy. The seasoning of the batter was fantastic. Nice and flavorful and still moist. No fry chicken here. Nicely paired with your broccolini and side of mash potato. He was stuffed! Wonderful experience at The Lime Lite. They brought us the cake we got for our friends and gave us knife, fork, and plates for it. Oh my goodness this place is SO good. My partner and I came here around 5pm without a reservation on a Saturday and were able to get seated in a nice little booth. We were probably a little underdressed for how nice this place is, but the front staff were very warm and welcoming. Started with the warm bread and herbed butter and that's when I knew things were going to be good. Then we got the corn ravioli, which we had to because it's made in-house and housemade pastas are always superior. It was delicious and so flavorful, I could have just eaten that as my whole meal. We also got the calamari, which came in these thick, steak-like pieces but it was surprisingly soft and tender and just sooo succulent. Then we shared the prime rib, which was also super delicate, flavorful, and the perfect amount of juicy. It had a slight mushroom flavor which was a little new for us, but I really enjoyed it. I think I prefer my sauce to be more horseradish-y and sharper, but if you like something more mild this wasn't bad. I was also really shocked by how thick and perfectly cooked the accompanying asparagus were though; they weren't sad and wilty like they so often are in restaurants, but hearty with the perfect crunch and not overcooked. Our server Adam was also super nice and really took care of us. The whole staff did, actually. Our waters were never low, everything came out in a timely manner, and everyone made sure we were enjoying our food. Excellent food + gorgeous decor + amazing service = a winning combo. I have been to the Lime Lite a total of 3 times. It is crazy how time flies as the last time I visited this place was around 2018. I rarely write "Updated" reviews However on 01/29/22 I decided to take the dude here for his belated birthday dinner since we were unable to go out in his birthday month of December. The dude wanted a place that was a steak house with outdoor seating due to COVID and I remembered years back I did enjoy a nice meal on their heated patio and it was so beautiful. Since it met his criteria and his first time being here this was the spot. We arrived about 9:20pm and they close at 10pm. So we were worried we would be turned away as some restaurants will stop seating or the kitchen closes at a certain time but by the way this place was packed like BUSY there was no way we wouldn't be turned away as people were still barely being seated, food coming out and a pack bar and the patio too! The hostess greeted us and gave us options to be seated in the main dining area (absolutely beautiful), the lounge area, bar or heated patio !!! So many seating options. We opted for the heated patio and she informed us it would be a 5 to 10 minute wait. So we waited patiently and just observed the ambiance of this place and the music! It was so lively!! We were seated on their beautiful patio absolutely stunning and spacious. We were greeted by a kind gentleman who took our drink orders and gave us waters. He was so friendly and chipper and he made sure we were helped swiftly (IMPRESSED). The dude ordered an old fashioned which he enjoyed - I tasted it definitely a drink for men like him xD . The dude recommended I should get the St. Germain as sometimes I pick terrible drinks for myself and the dude knows my picky princess self better than I do!! So he was right! The drink was absolutely delicious!!! The flavors were out of the world and I couldn't stop sipping!!! I wanted a second drink but since I was the driver I had to decline :( such a great drink! The server came back shortly with FRESH steaming hot bread and a perfectly tempered herb butter! My gluten senses were tingling just by looking at it on the table! The dude reminded me to go easy on the bread as it could be rough few days to weeks for me if I don't take it easy .......but why....Lime Lite...why does your bread and butter BE SO GOOD. I had one piece and it was just so painful watching the dude enjoy every single piece by piece xD being gluten sensitive sucks -__- The a female server let us know that the kitchen would be closing soon and asked us if we were ready to put in our food orders. Since I don't eat beef I opted for the Pan Roasted Rosemary Chicken. It was seriously good like dancing on the table good! It seriously was WILD of the flavor combinations I never tasted before and don't get me started on the kale it was out of this world. I've never tasted flavors like this before so it was such an emotional meal as it was so new to me! The dude even agreed that the flavor combinations were just breathtaking. The dude got the steak meal which looked absolutely good. The server let him know that they ran out of their signature mashed potatoes And offered a replacement side to substitute (great customer service here). The dude opted for the bacon fried rice and his side also came with Brussel Sprouts. The dude said his steak was tasty and perfectly cooked!!! I did taste the sides and they were delicious. Bacon fried rice was probably the best Bacon Fried rice ever!!!! And the Brussel Sprouts were perfect. Great meal we both had in a long time!!! We did let the server know we were celebrating the dudes birthday and she offered the bread pudding we were like sure! It came out STUNNING! With a cute little candle on top. I'll keep it simple. BEST DESSERT EVER and BEST BREAD PUDDING EVER. I'm coming back for you bread pudding. It was perfect- sweet, tart, crunchy, soft and not soggy topped with ice cream and a raspberry. Everything and everyone was on point tonight. The dude and I couldn't be happier with our experience here !! We didn't event up leaving until 10:30pm and it was still almost a packed house. We need to become regulars here as it was a perfect evening :) thank you Lime Lite Staff y'all are incredible! I highly recommend . On November 8, 2025, my husband and I celebrated our anniversary at the Lime Lite. Everything about our dinner out was perfect. The manager, Clint, seated us immediately. Our server was delightful and took our drink order right away. My husband had a glass of wine and I had a delicious lemon drop. Once we ordered, our dinner came quickly and was nothing short of amazing!! Hubby had the pork chops with bacon fried rice, mustard green salad and glazed cauliflower. I decided to try the hamburger steak with whipped potatoes and cashew green beans. Everything was cooked perfectly and plated beautifully. This is definitely the best restaurant in town and we look forward to our next visit!! read more

Omg... amazing food! I've been here for lobster years ago... every Thursday they have lobster. Thought I was coming for lobster but ended up ordered something else I've been wanting to try which was the surf & turf on the starter menu and then parmesan crusted sole for my entree. Everything is so yummy, can't go wrong on anything you order. Flavor was spot on and everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. I also ordered the Intercept pinot noir & Rombaurer Zinfandel, both served by the glass delicious (totally recommend if you haven't tried and you're looking for a great red)... Loved the vibe of The Lime Lite. I believe my drink was a Manhattan? Or maybe something else but it was okay. I had the salmon, fried rice and broccolini. It was so good! My boyfriend had the steak, garlic potato's and Brussel sprouts, it was okay. For dessert we got the s'mores brownie and bread pudding. The s'mores brownie was very sweet. I wish it was more simple. The service was impeccable, which feels exceedingly rare. My steak was overcooked, and the staff insisted on firing a new one to match my order of medium-rare. The inside is comfortable with dark tones and the outside patio is mostly enclosed and bright, with misters during the summer. All the dishes are made with skill. The service, and the food was outstanding, and even though we sat on the patio on a hot day, the ambience was very pleasant and we are glad we made the choice to contain ourselves in the air-conditioned dining room. Our server Alicia was a pro and not only knew all about the menu, but discussed the finer details of the offerings. I thought the bartender was nice because he appeared to be, but later when I was Leaving I found him to be a bit rudely dismissive, so not sure yet. But the food I've had so far was good. Some servers are professional some unethical, from my experience. So if I had to rate the food I had honestly 10/10. The service definitely could use some improvement, so I'd say (service) 3/20 from my experience. Some customers could've had a better experience, but my was definitely not the most pleasant, so I have to be in the mood for something to eat there, or just find somewhere else with excellent food drinks and service. Got to admit I was super uncomfortable when I first came in because this was new to a broke grad student like me lol but I came here around noon on a Friday with my boyfriend's family and they're regulars. Had no idea but they have a happy hour here! There were plenty of things that were affordable so don't worry about the cost here! Looks like a bougie place but they had items for like $9 here so really great deal. I'm giving them 5 stars for their friendly hospitality and drinks!
