Disappointed, BUT we'll be back to try something different. The restaurant was packed, which indicates that they t be doing something right, but our meals were average at best. We both had chicken Caesar wraps, which were only lightly packed in the wrap, and didn't have enough dressing, so they were very dry. The homemade chips had barely any seasoning on them and were overcooked. Despite this, the wrap and chips (after adding salt) were tasty, so we'll give it one more shot.

Barely any mayo .... Also, the onion rings were over seasoned and a bit greasy

I really hate to complain since most of the time I order here or the other in wgv area and it's usually good. Ate in earlier this evening around 445-5pm and disappointed as we ordered medium and was both a little under done. Also, they were stingy with the mayo. And when we asked for some extra mayo was handed one pack ... As well as we both ordered onion rings and were given only one sauce which was fine since it also was not as good as usual. It wasn't that busy and their were plenty of staff on hand.

We stumbled across this place and decided to try it out, it was surprisingly good decent pizza, burger and salad. Burger medium well cooked, juicy with delicious mushrooms, served with sweet potato waffle fries, so crispy and full of flavors. Pecan vegan salad was also a hit for me, I ate the whole thing in seconds, wish the portion was bigger. My little ones had cheese pizza, again, loved it and they are everything so fast.

This loop is AWESOME!!! Scott and Carlos are fantastic when I had a problem Carlos helped me out and Scott was the one who my food which was absolutely delicious. 10/10 Will definitely come back!!

My daughter and I were pressed for time but definitely needed sustenance so we tried The Loop in the plaza at the western end of Race Track Road (Publix in the plaza). She got an individual pizza and I ordered the Turkey wrap. It was all tasty and quick, except that the avocado slices I ordered as an extra element in the wrap were missing. I didn't make a thing of it because we were short on time. But, definitely check that you get all your extras. This is convenient to my new living area so I will try them again!

Portobello and bacon pizza. I don't even know if there was pesto or bacon on this thing I couldn't taste it.

My review is for the San Jose blvd location. Awful! Just awful. First things first, when operating a business you want to be sure to open when you say you open. So if it says you open at 11 AM that doesn't mean 1101 it doesn't mean 1102 that means 11 AM.... me and two other customers showed up at exactly 11 and we all have the same time on our cell phone. I was the first one to the door but couldn't get in because it was locked so I went back to my vehicle then after a minute or two I got back out and the two other customers made it in before me which meant instead of ordering first like I would have I had to order behind them, which means longer wait time for my food. The only really good thing about the restaurant was the employees were polite. There is music going on at the same time as a TV so if you're dining in, I wouldn't say the ambience there is soothing. I mean, if you're going to have some kind of auditory stimulation going on pick one or the other, but not both at the same time. If you don't like being recorded by some stranger behind a lens, you might not want to dine in. There is a camera pointed in the dining area. The worst part of all though was what I ordered. I ordered an 8 inch pizza and it was the worst pizza I ever had. Bland, bland bland. The whole thing was bland, even the crust. And I wasn't satiated at all. I actually had to go to another restaurant so I could feel satiated. It cost me almost 12 bucks for this tiny pizza. I could've gone to Domino's and had a delicious pizza for less money and Domino's is right across the street. I for sure won't be back.

The Loop is a consistent dining option in the Fruit Cove/Julington Creek Area. Great menu options include burgers, pizza, grilled fish and chicken with fresh salads and sides. Food is cooked to order and always hot and fresh. My favorite is their grilled chicken sandwich, well seasoned and is juicy and tender. It includes your choice of a side item, steak fries are always a great choice. Fruit or side salad are also options. Clean restaurant, newly remodeled with TV's. Convenient location with fast friendly service.

Glad they still have the white fish option at this location - not on the menu. Extra blackened. $9.99.

Not all Loops are created equal. Thankfully this location close to home is one that has remained consistent. I also appreciate the fact that they keep the whitefish sandwich as an option at this location since its not on the menu. Overall a good experience and their burgers are always good. Simple menu but they do everything right. Too bad the deep dish pizza is no longer an option. Nonetheless if you want a level up from fast food, the Loop is a good choice.

This is one of my go to restaurants! It's right across the road from work! This location has great parking, being part of a strip mall. I like the service here. The staff is very nice, and the food is always good. Some of my favorite food is... 1. Ahi Tuna Sandwich! (Not on the menu, but always available) 2. Blue cheese chips 3. Cajun Jack Burger 4. Nutella milkshake They get a 4 because the bathrooms need an update. They aren't terribly old, but they are old enough they don't feel clean either.

For appetizers, we started with the snapper bites and the fried blue crab claws. Both were cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. For our entrees, we decided on the seafood broil and the fried platters. Both dishes hit the spot. The portion sizes were well balanced, and we left feeling satisfied rather than overly full. On top of that, the pricing was great. Our waiter was great, but the pacing of the meal could have been smoother since it took about 45 minutes to get our entrees. There were a couple of other notable downsides. The restaurant was quite loud, and to top it all off, a woman at the table right next to us had her shoes off. Management really should have controlled that kind of behavior, as it detracts from the dining experience. Furthermore, despite making reservations to celebrate our anniversary, the restaurant did not acknowledge it at all. That was unfortunate. Still, the quality of the food and the service from our waiter kept things afloat.

I knew they were in the Mandarin area but wasn't exactly sure where but once we looked it up we realized how often we were in the area. We did come in on a Saturday Night so there was a wait to get in which was about 45 minutes for 2 but lucky Monkey's Uncle is right next-door so we grabbed some drinks there. We got our text that our table was ready and we walked over. Once seated our waitress went over the specials and I checked out the menu. They really have something for everyone and even some New Orleans classics. We of course had to get the New Orleans BBQ Shrimp since it's favorites plus it's one of their most popular dishes so it has to be good and you already know it was. The spicy butter sauce had so much flavor and the shrimp were cooked perfectly and the bread was great for sopping up every last drop of sauce. Being at Picasso's we also had to try a pizza and they have St Louis style which is have never had but I do love a thin crust so we tried the 12" The Gourmet Pizza which comes with Pancetta Bacon, Caramelized Onions, Brie, and Truffle Oil. This pizza was amazing and unlike any I have had. I will say the Brie will catch you off guard at first but this pizza is for sure worth a try. For my entree I went with the Fettuccine Alfredo and I added a Chicken Cutlet for $10. Let me tell you.... This might have been the best Fettuccine Alfredo I have ever hit it's that good. The Fettuccine Alfredo is made in house from scratch which is how it always should be done and the Alfredo is so flavorful. The Chicken Cutlet is also crispy, tender and flavorful as well. You really cannot go wrong with this combo. If you are a connoisseur of Fettuccine Alfredo Picasso's is a place you can not miss. We had an amazing dinner and the staff was so friendly and hopeful from entering to leaving. We for sure will be coming back in the near future to try some new dishes though I don't know how I'm going to be able to come back and not get that Fettuccine Alfredo.

I've been to Salento twice now, so I feel like I got a good sense of what they have to offer…read more I started with the carne empanadas, which came with complimentary chimichurri and hot sauce. They were crispy on the outside, warm on the inside, and filled with flavorful meat. The sauces paired perfectly with them and made an already great appetizer even better. For my entrée, I ordered the Bandeja Paisa, and it did not disappoint. The meats were the star of the plate. Everything was juicy, cooked perfectly, and seasoned just enough without being overpowering. The steak was surprisingly tender despite being well done, with just the right amount of fat. The sausage had a great snap, the egg was perfectly jammy, and the chicharrón was absolutely incredible--crispy, crunchy, and easily one of the best I've had. I didn't try the sweet plantains since I'm not a fan and they couldn't be substituted. The arepa was good, although nothing particularly memorable. The only parts of the meal I wasn't impressed with were the rice, which was a bit too salty for my taste, and the beans, which lacked flavor and were underwhelming. For dessert, I tried both the tiramisu and the chocolate cake. The tiramisu was just okay--it wasn't bad, but it didn't stand out, and I wouldn't order it again. The chocolate cake, however, was outstanding. It was incredibly moist, rich without being overly sweet, and the perfect way to end the meal. Overall, Salento does an amazing job with their meats, and that's what I'd recommend most. While a couple of the sides and one dessert didn't quite hit the mark for me, the empanadas, Bandeja Paisa, chicharrón, and chocolate cake were all excellent. I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu. The environment is pretty nice and quiet.
