I've seen these in Orange County but never had one until now. Went to the Northridge one with friends and it's a chill time at 4pm with no one around. Reminds me of a more upscale Shake Shack with a wider variety of gourmet burgers while still being super casual. Like Shack, you order at the counter and then wait for your order with a number and have it delivered to your table. So when at new places I ordered a full meal: French Onion soup burger with fries, ranch, and onion rings. Overall it ended up being about $20ish for all of them. The burger was delicious, its meat was very good and the brioche bun wasn't soggy, but very fluffy. The french onion soup burger was perfect with the dipping sauce and rich flavor, I highly recommend if you want a The fries are very filling even if they're the regular fries and I enjoyed them a lot, even with the small option it was enough for me. It is a very chill vibe the times I've been. The food is consistently made well and the service at the counter is more than helpful. They always ask if you need any sauces or anything else when they bring your food. I'm not a pickle guy but they also have free pickles by the counter. Decent sandwiches with a large amount of seating inside and out. It's good that they are dog friendly, but there is only one problem. Why can't they substitute things in their sandwiches and burger? People have so many dietary restrictions these days that it should almost be a priority to do so. I love the stand! I came in so late tonight and I felt bad. Usually when I come in before closing to any other establishment I can tell the staff gets annoyed and I get it. Visited two days ago and ordered a southwestern chicken salad. It was 12pm and no one in line. It took 30mins for the salad. I began to notice that customers who came after me left before me.
