Since I was craving a seafood boil, I decided to stop by the Twisted Crab around 8pm on a Monday. It was practically empty so I was able to be seated right away. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I love that they play good music at this location, it definitely makes for a great vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My server quickly greeted me and gave me time to look over the menu. I knew I wanted a good variety of seafood and the Combo options didn't include everything I wanted so I opted to create my own. I decided on 1lb of crab legs, and a 1/2lb of shrimp, black and green mussels. It came with corn and potatoes but I also added sausage and an egg. I always choose the Twisted sauce with a "Hot" spice level. The food was served very quickly and I swear the bag was 5lbs, I was definitely being greedy lol! Everything was absolutely delicious though! The seafood was fresh, the potatoes were tender and the corn was sweet! It was exactly what I needed!!! The margarita was very good as well! My server provided wet wipes, which definitely came in handy! Overall, you can never go wrong at The Twisted Crab! I thoroughly enjoy their seafood and have always had a great experience! I will definitely be back.

Went to Twisted Crab for the first time and it was a fun experience! The waitress was super friendly and made us feel welcome right away. If you're a seafood lover who enjoys getting your hands dirty, this is definitely your kind of place -- emphasis on dirty! Pro tip: don't wear your Sunday best -- this is a full-on messy feast with gloves, bibs, and bags of saucy seafood goodness. The food was flavorful a bit too salty for me, [[HIGHLIGHT]]the vibes were casual,[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] and the portions were decent. If you're in the mood for a laid-back seafood boil and don't mind leaving with a little sauce on your sleeve, give Twisted Crab a try!

I was craving seafood and decided to try The Twisted Crab near the mall. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I really liked the atmosphere especially all the shark and fish decorations throughout the restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The hosts were very polite and welcoming. Our waitress was friendly but unfortunately the service was extremely slow. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant wasn't busy at all about seven tables and maybe 18 people total most of whom already had their food.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It took around 15 minutes just to get water and I ended up ordering my food at the same time. After that there was another 30 minute wait. It definitely felt excessive given how slow it was. As for the food the seafood boil was very salt almost overwhelming. I'll probably stick with just butter next time.Despite the slow service and seasoning issue I think this place has potential and I'm willing to give it another try.

We've been here on multiple occasions, my lady and I normally get a boil bag and our 15 year old always gets a shrimp basket. On this particular order she didn't even get half the amount of fries she normally gets. This place is always good overall but this just isn't really acceptable considering we get it often and know what it's supposed to look like vs what was given.

Food was good. I ordered shrimp with sausage added. I ordered the flavor Cajun and hot. Comes with corn and a potato. Shrimp was cooked well as well as the sausage. I really enjoyed the flavor of the Cajun/hot. The sausage was ok. Nothing terribly special but the flavor made it good. The only bad part was the corn. Had an odd taste as to overcooked or over refrigerated. All in all a pretty good visit. Hard to take pictures once you open the bag with gloves on. Service was slow at the door but the wait staff was fine. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Was only 4 tables sitting when I was there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I would give it another try.

We decided to order some food to go for a special day and it was delicious. The seasoning was perfect. The seafood was cooked wonderfully. The corn was so delicious and sweet and the contrast with the sauce just took it over the top. The shrimps peeled very easily and the crab legs were also not too hard to handle. I will definitely try this place again.

Let me just say, I absolutely adore this place may be my favorite seafood boil bag ever... I ordered the T5 1/2lb Snow crab legs, 1/2 Shrimp no head, 1/2 Crawfish extra potatoes no sausage in twisted sauce extra spicy!! It didn't disappoint at all! The seafood was fresh and piping hot. The potatoes were a little overcooked but they didn't take away from the seafood itself! Service was top notch I didn't like my drink and my waitress made me a new one with no problems! Great vibe with great music selections!I will definitely be back!

Great place for no mess at home seafood boil! Cool, nautical themed restaurant with very attentive and friendly staff. We love the crab legs, shrimp, corn, and potatoes! Mouth-watering good! Also, great selection of mixed drinks!

The servers and staff are observant and focused on small details that really set Heirloom apart. I especially love the part of the dining room filled with lush hanging plants. We visit several times a year and are always impressed by the quality. We always order the She Crab soup and a Wedge Salad as appetizers to share. They are both so good, I'd probably request them as my last meal! The She Crab soup is absolute perfection, creamy and full of lump crab. I will not order She Crab soup anywhere else after trying theirs. The wedge has pickled onions, candied bacon, blue cheese and some kind of marinated or pickled tomato. Paired all together to make the perfect bite. We have tried a lot of the menu, it does rotate around seasonally, but there are some items that are consistent. The burger was absolutely decadent but not overwhelming. I usually order the "secret", not so secret Shrimp dinner that's not on the menu anymore. You get 6 of their amazing fried shrimp, a magical dipping sauce (cant' describe it!), and 2 sides. (see what's their seasonal sides!) Heirloom will remain one of our favorite places in the 757 to celebrate special occasions!

My husband, best friend, and I went during happy hour, and I was impressed by how many items were on the menu. We started with the chips and guac (even my guac-hating husband liked it!) and the wings with the server's recommendation of blueberry BBQ sauce. It sounds unusual, but it was SO good. They only have chipotle blue cheese for dipping, and as someone who isn't a big blue cheese fan, I was surprised by how much I liked it. All three of us ordered the smashburger and fries from the happy hour menu for $12. This was a true smashburger with thin patties with crispy edges, not the thicker burgers a lot of places try to pass off as one. I've been thinking about it ever since. I'll definitely be back, especially since happy hour is extended until 7 p.m. on Thursdays. Next time, I want more wings and to try the tacos. Great atmosphere for a date night or girls' night out!

Cocktails: The cocktails that were chosen were the blackberry smash, chilcano, and tequila new fashion. All was a hit Food: My favorite app was the ceviche. However, my friends enjoyed the brussel sprouts and esquites more so. For the food, I got the chicken tinga. Flavor was great and the goat cheese paired well with the chipotle sauce. However, it was pretty dry. I think they should try using chicken thighs next time. My other friends got the short rib burrito and ribeye. They both enjoyed their food
