Was refused use or the restroom after spending $160. I was at this establishment for over an hour with a date. We left and checked out a nearby venue. An hour later we wanted to use the restroom on the way to the car. He not only refused but grabbed the keys and yelled in French that he was sick of people to his coworker. She told him that it was fine, but he still persisted. It was wild to be treated like vagrants after spending so much there, and while wearing a LBD and (partner);wearing at button up and nice slacks. We won't be back.

That fact that it was so close to the Crypto Arena, legit a 2 minute walk. The Truffle Cheese Pizza and Truffle Grilled Cheese, were delicious. They have a wild selection of wine you can choose from, have both in door and out door seating. It is an excellent place for date night or even girls night. The champagne sabering was the best part! I have only ever seen this in movies, so to be able to do this myself was really awesome! They have various booking options online as well. Service was fantastic, food came out in a timely manner and server was doing check ins to ensure we were fine. Highly recommend you check them out.

We came here over a month ago, the service was great! The staff were friendly & accommodating. We sat outside & they had a live DJ which set the vibe perfectly. Evelyn was our server & took good care of us. The food was great! Our favorites of the night were the pizzas & desserts! We also tried the pesto spaghetti & hamachi crudo. Thank you to Tibo for complimentary drinks. Definitely check it out on your way to the crypto or for a nice night out.

The Branzino was a nice surprise, fish was cooked perfect and it was also unique (never had branzino like that flavor before). I will say this place is quite pricey and the portion sizes are also very small. So be prepared to spend $150+ for 2 people. Service was on toppppp! especially on the water refills, there were so on top of it A+++++ The ambiance is nice, warehouse like but with some charm & greenery. Sitting outside on their patio was quite nice on a summer night! Note you can see multiple cute raccoons hanging out & climbing the trees as well, free nature show!

Ranking from best to decent: Duck Liver Pâté -- gee golly, the absolute best pate I've ever consumed and the best plate of the night. Seems like everyone's going for the bone marrow... nah. If you're into pate whatsoever, you cannot miss out on this one. And you know what it is? Wasn't even the truffle.. the secret is in the pine nut miso. Delicious. 10/10 Chocolate Budino Tart -- decadent, rich, bold chocolate dessert. My wife don't even like chocolate, but she liked this one, especially as a closer to our meal. 9/10 Charred Octopus -- got a nice kick, beautiful texture, and smokey flavors. The polenta is chef's kiss. 7/10 Cavatelli alla Norcina -- truffle me up son! Flavor on this one is not too over-the-top, which is good! 7/10 Roasted Bone Marrow -- yeh alright. I think I came in with too high of an expectation for this one. The pasta itself was a texture I wasn't too accustomed to. The flavor is restrained and very subtle.. which is what I've always preferred.. but maybe I was expecting more flavor out of this one. 5/10 Squid Ink Spaghetti -- you know... maybe I'm just not that into seafood like I thought I was. If you're a seafood lover, you may appreciate this dish more than I did. 4/10 Overall, great experience! Really, my only qualm was my own high expectations that I think made some of the dishes a bit underwhelming. Otherwise, I'd come back and try other dishes! Service was good, ambience was nice, valet's about $13. No complaints there.

The atmosphere was lively, with multiple large parties around us, so it felt like a fun place for a group celebration. The interior was also aesthetically pleasing and made the dinner feel a little more special. The food was good. The Chicken Marsala was one of the best I've had -- rich, flavorful, and well done. The bruschetta had great flavor, and the Caesar salad was also very good, with a nice balance of dressing, sardines, croutons, and other toppings. Service was friendly throughout the night, and the staff gave helpful recommendations that made ordering easy. Overall, Amante was a good choice for a birthday dinner, especially for a group. I'd recommend it for anyone looking for a lively Italian restaurant in downtown LA.

But I genuinely could have bought about three pizzas from somewhere else. My friends and I were shocked to see a mandatory gratuity fee was on the check, I've rarely encountered restaurants that require gratuity. On top of the mandatory gratuity the check still included the option to leave an additional tip... Sure the ambience is nice, I have no complaints about how the restaurant looks on the inside. But a nice interior doesn't justify the prices or the additional charges. The experience just wasn't worth what we paid.

It's open air so listen, if you go during a hot sunny day like I did, you're going to need something cold to cool you down. I suggest a 40 or a cold brew if you don't drink lol Or I would say, bring those battery operated personal fans. I tried Villas Tacos, and I love the use of blue corn tortilla. They got a sampler dish if you don't know what to eat. I also ate Thai food, and that was amazing too. Literally, so many spots to try out. Food heaven for the foodies. Parking. I mean, I paid at the lot next to it but I paid $10 before a certain hour.. all day too! I think there's a parking garage next to it but idk the prices or anything. Definitely a must try. The flavors were unique and good. They offered samples when requested which was a nice gesture but their portions were tiny. I paid $8 for 4oz cop of ice cream. The Central Market is definitely worth visiting. There were celebrity chef demonstrations and meals available as well as multiple food options to choose from.

We had the bruschetta, calamari steak (super tender), and the cioppino to start. The cioppino was so big the grip thought that was the end of the meal! Following the starters, we had meatballs (very meaty and not a lot of filler), fettuccine Alfredo (creamy, but not as heavy as you think), spaghetti bolognese (a little more herby), chicken marsala (delicious), and garlic broccoli (super light and not oily at all, plus not overcooked). Finished with tiramisu and ricotta cheesecake for dessert; they said the desserts and very small, they're not! Tiramisu was delicious and the cheesecake was like a Japanese soufflé cheesecake.
