We worked with Jon at Accurate Auto Body and they were one of the first certified Rivian repair shops so quite understand since the car looks like new. He managed to get the repair done in under a month and was grateful that he coordinated with the insurance companies to get it resolved. A little bit nervous on driving it now but definitely a spot to recommend for repairs.

I should have expected from talk g to Leanne the day before to schedule a rock chip repair. I told her 4x on the phone that it was the size of a quarter and I just needed the repair filled. We made an apt for me to come in, then she says we don't repair, I said that's what we talked about and she again rudely stated "well that's not what I got from our conversation". I wouldn't step foot in this place with her attitude. If you do, be prepared to be talked down to, Leanne is very rude!!

After having had a less than stellar experience with another Lucid authorized dealer, I was very happy to have such great service. Emilio got the parts ordered immediately and worked with my insurance to get an estimate quickly. He did a good job communicating the job status and returned my calls quickly. PAB is located just down the street from the Lucid dealership, which makes any vehicle transfers easy, and I can't recommend them enough. They even detailed the entire car before returning it to me!

I don't usually write reviews but these guys delivered and went the extra mile. I had several…read moreinterior items damaged by a big stressed out dog we had to leave in the car for an hour. No other repair shops would do these interior repairs. They also helped me with advice for insurance, in case insurance could cover the amount. In the end, I found that my deductible was so high that I just paid out of pocket for the seat belt replacement. American Collision had a reasonable quote, and came in under the cost. And also estimated 2.5 hours of work and came in under the time, saving me more money. They also helped stuff the side airbag in, which the dog ripped out of the headliner. I didn't even ask for that but they made it look a lot better just because they're awesome and nice. I am definitely coming back here if I need any work done. I won't think twice about it.

I had an appointment and arrived at the time I had set up, but It was like pulling teeth to actually get him to get up and do the estimate and the entire time he looked over my vehicle he acted like me coming in and asking him to do his job was the most unnerving thing in the universe. He was a complete jerk. Then on top of this, he did the estimate wrong and also forgot to send it in! Then after waiting a week I called back and found out I had to go in again because he hadn't estimated it correctly either. When I went in the second time I was given the same sour treatment by the same guy to even see my vehicle which I had an appointment for him to look at. Then I found about a week later that he forgot to send the report again! So State Farm called the company and asked them to submit it. Now this morning, 3 days later... I learned that he forgot to send it in again!!! Off to a new collision center! This place is a joke! Terrible terrible service! ... also found his estimate was way off now after having gone to another company. Choose Gerber in Kent instead! These guys are terrible!

I slipped on some black ice on my way to work and crashed into a street sign right after a massive windstorm in November that caused significant damages to homes and power outages in our region. I had called over a dozen auto body shops, but everyone was full and said they couldn't even give me an estimate until February. A lot of them were also rude on the phone. I understand that they were probably overwhelmed, but it made Sergio's friendliness that much more meaningful when he answered my call. He said I could bring the car in that afternoon, which was an incredible relief after a very frustrating and stressful day talking to so many grumpy people. Sergio was so responsive, efficient, and cost reasonable, too. When I went to pick up the car (about a week later!), I was very impressed by their workmanship, but they had also cleaned and polished both the exterior and interior of the car that had mud and dirt and 2 dogs worth of Siberian husky fur. He had a little mishap with ordering a new headlight for me, and because it cost a little more than what he had quoted me originally, he reduced my final bill by a bit. So generous. He also let me know that I could leave my rental car at his shop, and that saved me a HUGE amount of time and stress. I recommend Bellevue Collision Center wholeheartedly.
