Got a beef and a chicken empanada. Not bad. The wrapper was more firm than flaky. The edges were crunchy. The meat was seasoned well. For my personal taste, I would have preferred a little less sugar. Service was very friendly and prompt. No issues on parking.

First time trying Tito's and I must say, great tasting subs! We got the Submarine sub. Seating is limited but worth the wait. Very fast service and friendly staff. The market is also very convenient for running in quickly. Definitely worth a try when passing through El Monte

4/22/26 Tito's Market El Monte, CA...I came here with some friends to get some quick items. I got jalapeño Poppers, chicken wings, 2 beef/2chicken Empanadas, and fries. Everything was so yummy! Workers here were so nice and helpful. It brought back some childhood memories of El Monte even though this was my first time at this Tito's!!! Old school feel to the look of the place!I highly recommend!

Great value local Argentine market and deli in El Monte. I went here on a Sunday at 3pm and even then, there was a long line, so I cannot imagine how busy it gets during lunch hours. It was about a 15 min wait for lining up to order and getting the food. The good thing is a lot of their stuff is made in batches in anticipation of upcoming orders. We got the milanesa de res (steak), hot pastrami sandwich, beef empanada, and chicken empanada. Price was pretty good as it was less than $30 for everything, and it was fairly filling. The sandwich comes as small and large, and even the small was a respectable size (the large looks super huge and is a bit better value, but we were aiming on variety than value this time). The milanesa is a thinly fried steak with bread, so it was a bit dry, but the peppers (requested on the side) enhanced the flavors. The hot pastrami sandwich is solid - lots of meat. I am not as big of a fan of pickle and mustard but it did mesh the flavors well. The empanadas were large for $3 so I would definitely order those again. The chicken is a bit sweet while the beef is pretty juicy. Overall, no frills and good value restaurant.

Great fresh sandwiches, meats always tender and the toppings are good. Extra chilis at no cost if you like it spicy. Fries are battered and delicious.

My wife brought home a dozen empanadas several years ago and I thought they were not my cup of tea. Now that I had a chance to actually get the empanadas fresh, my whole world changed and now I'm hooked. The cashier takes your order and gives you a receipt with a number on it. I also ordered a couple milenesa sandwiches, which are flattened a breaded steaks on a sandwich, which I already knew would be good. The ambiance is that of a Jewish Deli, except more Latin customers. Overall, a clean restaurant with a strong following of local and distant fans!

Tito's market isn't just a market it's also a little deli with hot sandwiches. There's always a wait for great sandwiches. The wait wasn't too long for a late lunch sandwich, maybe 10 minutes for a small sandwich. I got the chicken sandwich this time around, nice crispy chicken with toasted bread and shredded lettuce. I was planning on taking it home to eat but just inhaled it in the car.

This was my first visit to this small Argentinean market. My wife loves their Jamon sandwiches, and she's purchased meats from the butcher counter in the past. On this visit, we specifically went to purchase a couple Entraña steaks (Skirt Steaks) for the 4th of July weekend. While there, we also picked up several Argentinian Sausages to grill, as well as a couple of their Beef Empanadas. They also sell an amazing chimichurri, which I believe that they make there. Small market with many ethnic items that can't be found in the regular grocery stores, and all their products are of good quality. There's a small indoor seating area if you want to dine there, but I observed most people taking their food/groceries to go. We'll continue to shop here for those specialty items and the meats. Highly recommend.

Tito's is a local deli and small market with some can goods, pastas, coffee, soft drink, beer and wine. Their specialty is the Empanadas, hot and cold sandwiches. Expect to wait, customers bring the family to dine in. The Cashier will take your name, food order, and payment then call you when it's ready. They are quick and have an organized process. I ordered two turkey and cheese sandwiches one large and a medium to go. There are a few tables if you rather stay and eat on the premises. The sandwiches are on a 8" or 12" roll. MENU HIGHLIGHTS: -Empanadas ( Beef, Chicken or Cheese) - This is a solid choice, handmade, fresh and tasty. -Sandwiches (Pastrami, Beef Milanesa, Turkey). Sincerely, Rosemary

Today was a Tito's kind of day , pulled up and the joint was packed !!! Of course because it's just that good we ordered 6 full size subs 1 pound of chicken 6 beef empanadas 2 drinks $117 totally worth it. I absolutely love the empanadas they are incomparable to any other empanadas EVER! everything we ordered was given to us at the counter we didn't wait what so ever so that was great .

    Beef empanada was delicious

Such a huge sandwich/empanada spot and market combined! Parking was not bad since they have their own parking lot but it's shared with other businesses and the spots are a little tight and small. Service was ok and not too friendly or welcoming. Inside was very busy since I went on a Wednesday around noon. So glad I made an online order to pick up otherwise the line was extremely longer and it was very crowded inside. Menu had a good variety of hot and cold sandwiches, as well as empanadas. Pricing was very reasonable. The sandwiches come in 2 sizes - Small (expect to pay $8-$12) & Large (expect to pay $12-$15). The empanadas had 3 kinds (cheese, chicken, and beef) and were $2.99 each. The Lomo de Res (Filet Mignon - $11.99) was decent. The sandwich was pretty big for a small and had a lot of meat inside. However, the meat wasn't as tender and flavorful as I was expecting. This was 6/10 The Beef Empanada ($2.99) was delicious! The crust was so crispy and fresh! There was a lot of beef inside and it was extremely flavorful. Loved how big it was and such a good deal for the price! This was 10/10 Would definitely recommend and return for the empanada but skip the sandwich!

This place never disappoints. IYKYK. This has been an El Monte SGV staple for many years. Sandwiches are fire. All the sides are great. Next time you find yourself eating n the area. Stop by. The service is fast. The dining room is clean if you choose to dine in. Overall at 10+

Trying it out for the second time and third time I i noticed this was a very very fat forward tasting and textured sandwich. Although I've only tried the crispy chicken, chicken, roast pork, and OG dac biet. All were really good... My only qualm would be the OG dac biet had crispy pork in it too. It made it extremely fatty when I'm used to that style being more cold cut and lean although fatty in its own way. Putting the crispy pork in it just threw me off and i realized it just wasn't my style. Then having the crispy pork again made me realize how genuinely fatty it really is and I couldn't wrap my head around eating anymore so I had to dig in and look for the lean parts and extract the fatty parts. Surprisingly it was about 80% fat so for those who love pork belly fat , this is for you! And I know a lot of folks out there love their pork belly extra fatty! Overall I give it 3 and 1/2 Stars mostly for the packaging and attention to detail and for their clean and very quick in and out type of well oiled machine of a business!
