I can't believe this store has gone to hell. Once upon a time One of the best breakfast restaurants in Pasadena. I'm guessing when the original manager who opened this store quit & all his amazing employees followed this was going to happen. I walked in for a chicken salad the other night Saw 2 cooks wearing there hats backwards & clowning around & a girl with a headset on sweeping the floor. She was the one that greeted me. The salad lettuce was brown but whatever & the ranch was terrible & watery. So because I'm stubborn the next morning on a Monday & only because I was working off of lake Ave , I went in for a quick breakfast, huge mistake Place was filthy dirty tables, hats backwards again & only 1 couple sitting @ a table. I'm reviewing the pastrami sandwich specifically The bread was dry and thick. Meat was seasoned well but due to the dry bread it made it hard to chew and swallow. Just went there to pick up lunch for myself and 2 others. We all ordered BLTA with no tomato. To of them had extra lettuce, extra bacon. All the sandwiches were made exactly the same! They all had the same amount of bacon and none of them had avocado! So we paid extra for extra bacon, which we didn't get and I'm pretty sure the "A" in BLTA is avocado.. Edit: I was wrong. Came here for breakfast via drive thru had the breakfast special biscuits gravy choice meat and a coffee should have been charged 13.76 paid by credit card but was latter charged 73.76 The manager would not help said it's not this problem but my problem. You can see it should have been 13.76 and the 7 was punched in maybe by accident maybe not . I normally love this place. Good food, good service. I go there maybe once a week. Tonight I ordered a Tom's breakfast burrito with a side of bacon. I also decided since the people always give good, pleasant service, I'd tip them more than normal. And they forgot to give me the side of bacon. This isn't the first time, they have forgotten an item at the drive thru. I should have double checked before I drove off, which is my bad. But now I'm home and don't want to drive all the way back to get my bacon or my money back. Oh well. If you go here, be sure to check the bag and make sure they gave you everything because if you drive away you are out of luck. I've tried in the past to get them to make it right, but they stop being helpful when I do, so I just consider the money lost. I wish you folks would do better. read more

Customer service: Speaking from someone who only has used the drive through they are good and accommodating with order combinations. My order has always been correct. Price: $ is very reasonable. I can feed my family for under $20. Food quality: I'd definitely recommend their burgers which I usually order. They are classic burger joint style. Other foods I have tried are grill cheese (pretty good), gyro (so so, would not re-order), and burrito (so so but this is a hamburger joint).
