I was having dinner with my kids on the table right next to them and The teenagers were about to walk off with the whole tray of pizza . They wanted an extra table for more kids that had arrived but there wasn't anything available the place was full and they started arguing with the manager . The teenagers were about to walk off with the whole pizza pan when another worker walked out and asked if there was a problem. So she told them they couldn't leave until they paid for their food and to call their mom. Mom didn't show up and someone else paid for the food. read more

We have come here since it has been here. Things have definitely changed, and not for the better. When I asked about who made the changes to service and WHy there is none, I was informed by the employee that there is still service. It is just self serve. Instead of rushing their opening they should have waited until they finished their employee training with the friends and family and the restaurant was completely ready. Upon arrival and using the bathrooms there is an employee acting as guard outside each restroom as there is no partition between toilets. Host staff seemed confused on rotational seating and who to seat where and sat some guests at dirty tables. Server that took our order when questioned on some of the dishes didn't seem knowledgeable in her menu items. We ordered the nachos as an app and they took 15 minutes to arrive and when served the chips tasted burnt, when we asked for plates to share the nachos she brought out paper plates.Server forgot to come back and take our order so another server Alex came bye. Much better server and was great. We gave Alex our order who passed it on to our other server who messed up on modifications to our burger. Pesto pasta was great, nice portion and tasted amazing. Cesar salad came out not tossed but a little dressing on it. Not what a Cesar salad should be. Server also seemed to lack basic server routines as turning, checkbacks and drink refills. Owners wife did come to the table as she did to every table and offered to take some items off the check but I didn't want anything for free. I just feel they should have went through all the training and ensured restaurant was complete before opening door. Last thing the east side needs on this side of town is another failing restaurant this far out as we don't have many options. Gave this location a second chance and returned this Saturday with my wife and son. My wife ordered one shrimp taco and one fish taco which the server said no problem only to come back and then say no they couldn't do that ( really why not just charge for the more expensive one and sub item) and again burger ordered with no cheese and came out completely wrong again. 3 Strikes and you're out. read more

Had to edit my scathing review. I won't go into how bad my first experience was, it would take me a good thirty minutes to retype it. Swore I would give them a second chance, because they had only been open three days when I came last weekend. Came here tonight, party of five, got sat and had our drink orders taken immediately. Waitress was friendly and attentive, food came out fast and nobody had any complaints about quality. My chili verde pizza was just ok to me- but that's personal opinion. Not going to ding them too hard for that. We brought kids- it is a great place to bring kids...they loved the arcade. Wonderful family restaurant. We will be regulars. :) read more

Unfortunately it's going down hill, we keep going back and every time it's something else. Tonight we couldn't order pizza or any bread do to the ovens were broke. We order dinner and the spaghetti noodles were looking a lil moldy, which the cook confirmed and the waitress apologized. The chicken wings did not look like the ones they served in the past either. I normally love Tony's Pizza. However, I took out of town relatives here for dinner. My uncle ordered meat loaf for he was famished. The meatloaf was the most awful looking thing I have ever seen. It was raw in the middle and was cold. We told the waitress ,thinking we could speak to the manger. The price was sort of high and having to pay for a meal that you could not eat is tough. The only response we received from the waitress was, "Oh, I am sorry and she handed us the bill. If we would've received a little bit more respect I would not be writing this negative review. read more

Went and had lunch today, was so happy to be able to sit and eat again. This place never disappoints. Had boneless wings, crispy green beans, which are delicious, switched from pizza, because I know how good that is and instead went for French dip, very good. Tender not stringy or tough roll was so soft it melted in my mouth. My daughter had the grilled shrimp tacos, you get 2. They were so big she only ate half of one and they were out of this world. There's just no getting around this review. They ignore you. Finally had to leave tonight after 15+ minutes being ignored. Bummer.

Get the tri-tip sandwich. It's packed with almost a pound of tri-tip and the sauce is great. Also be careful and don't try to eat all of the fries if you order any, there are too many, even for 2 people. YUM. read more

Wanted to very much for this to be a 5 star review. Take staff was absolutely great... made sure customers maintained social distance while waiting, courteous and sociable. Made sure each waiting customer knew when their pizza would be read. Now, for the pizza... without doubt, the large combo was the greasy, the worst I have ever had, my husband thought so too. The crust was crisp on the bottom but gooey inside. The cheese was distributed in clumps from which grease oozed. A zero star pizza. read more

Last night, my husband, 1 year old daughter, and I went out to celebrate mine and my husbands 10 year anniversary at Tony's Pizza. Our service was top-notch thanks to our wonderful server Brogan. He gave us a pleasant experience and was prompt with our order. My husband and I especially loved the fact that he made sure to get the side of rice we ordered out immediately for our baby girl first. As a mom, it means the entire world when you see someone put that care towards your baby. And even though our baby girl had a little accident, spilling her sippy cup, he was professional, kind, and prompt with the cleanup. He even made sure that our baby girl immediately had something to drink after. As any other parent would know, it can be quite a handful to take your kids out to dinner, especially on your anniversary, but the service we experienced last night, made all the difference and we left happy. I was just there last night Great food and the owners are the nicest people. There servers are on it it too! We have had several club meetings there. everyone ordering on separate tickets. They never get the food mixed up, food comes out perfect, tickets are always correct and when it comes to everyone paying, they get handled several credit cards and come back immediately with the credit cards going back to the correct people. Got the correct amount. Love great customer service!!!! Would highly recommend if your looking for a place for large groups and a good selection of items on the menu. read more

Love this place! They have some of the best pizza in town, as well as a full, diverse menu. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, and even have an arcade area for the kids. Tony's is one of our favorite places to get together for our Sunday family breakfasts! And they even have lightning fast delivery! Good food, awesome service, and great atmosphere. read more

The pizza is delicious and the other menu items are average. The atmosphere is nice. One side of the restaurant has booths and tables with a bar which is nice but sometimes gets loud. The other side is like a pizza place with long tables and arcade games. We ordered pizza and asked for a pitcher of beer. We were told that they are a restaurant not a pizza place and that they don't serve beer by the pitcher. I would give the at least a four star review or higher if they did. I can't recall any restaurant ever having arcade games, just pizza places. So if They are a restaurant, lose the games. read more

Let me say ...I want an Eastside Cafe to thrive!!! It's been years since a new place has opened up. Pros Great service our server was very helpful. She wanted us to have a pleasant experience. Cons I disliked the breakfast this is why.. biscuits were over cooked and way to dense, or that it was left over from day before. Potatoes tasted like they had been frozen and reheated from previous day. Sausage patties were overly greasy (and of course you expect that from pork.. but this was too much) what made it worse was the "taste" of the burnt/ dirty grill that overwhelmed the sausage We will give it another try for lunch or dinner.. I hope they don't disappoint . Or this will be another restaurant to not succeed on the Eastside. read more

The people working here are COMPLETELY incompetent. Don't phone in your order because you will get hung up on once or twice...The girls answering the phone have zero phone etiquette and seem overwhelmed my order was botched and I was given incorrect information regarding what the location offers. First time coming here, I ordered breakfast. It took an hour and 20min for the food to be ready. Upon receiving the food, I noticed my eggs were cold. There was also a lot of fruit flies going around and landing on the food. Not a good experience. And the chicken fried steak was tasteless and not really good. We went to tony's for the first time on Saturday about 3. We were seated immediately, but we had no server approach us for over 10 minutes. It was not crowded and we saw several of the staff standing around and talking at the front desk. Not a good start. Once we finally got our server she did a solid job. We got the medium combo pizza and potato wedges - both excellent. Pizza was super loaded with ingredients - most pizza places skimp on toppings. Once this new restaurant works out the service issues it should be excellent. We will be back! read more

Great pizza, wings aren't very good though, their salads are huge. I feel the prices are a tad high. Service is prompt, and courteous, the establishment is very clean and attractive. The noise level is up there, it is a pizza joint, so their a quiet few kids running around at any given time, so don't expect a nice peaceful date night with the honey. The parking lot could use additional lighting, especially at the exit/entrance. read more

The food is always great here love those bloody Mary's! Service is almost always polite and very good. Most times I have been there with no problems, although there have been a few times where I was seated and ignored, I don't blame the waitress I blame the hostess that Seated us for not letting our waitress know we were there. So disappointed. Use to love coming here with the family and be able to find a table and have the full menu to order from. Well.... the restaurant has separated the Grill from the Arcade and they now have a "restaurant side" and "pizza side". You cannot order off the grill menu if you sit near the arcade. Pizza only. Total Crap. I ordered fish and chips. The fish showed up burnt and flat like a pancake. The fries were soggy and some were hard. Had to send it all back. So... I ordered a burger instead. McDonalds serves better burgers. The patty was stiff and and hard. It looked like it had been sitting out for sometime or premade days before. Patty was small in size as well. Didn't even finish it it was that bad. I look over the kitchen help when I left and saw KIDS cooking the food. Save your gas and money and go somewhere else. read more
