Maybe some people want to complain about how it's "not real Korean food" but that doesn't mean it's bad food. I get the chicken top bop and it's always fantastic. The regular bowls are a lot of food and if you get the larger one you'll definitely have leftovers. The spice levels are nice because you can get variety within one dish. This place is my favorite find in Anchorage thus far! I love poke so much and this is super reasonably priced poke for the amount of fish they give you! They give you 2-3x more fish in the poke bowl than what I usually get in St. Louis, I was excited when I saw them keep scooping fish in my bowl. It also tasted incredibly fresh. When we got home we looked up delivery and delivery is cheap too! Only about $3. We will definitely be getting Top Bop at least one more time before we leave Anchorage! read more

I was pleasantly surprised with this place! The menu has something for everyone. At first I was skeptical to try raw fish from there but it turned out to be really good. The service was friendly and the food didn't take too much time to prepare. I TOTALLY GET THE HYPE! I came here for the first time today and had a brilliant experience. I walked in right as they opened on a bit of a whim and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Top Bop to-go. The service was friendly and quick, and the food was delicious. While my taste buds were happy, my stomach started to feel gurgly. I think that may be in part because I am sensitive to salt and red meat rather than the actual quality of the food. (I just don't eat it very often.) I'm curious to see how well this place does, I went over right after work and found we were the only customers. I can't complain it was very clean, the staff had excellent service. The sign on the outside is misleading because it still says Quiznos but with a cover over it that can barely be seen from the road. I had the traditional bi bean bop, it was decent for the price. I've eaten the Dynamite Bop many times but always get it from the Minnesota location. Got it today from the Muldoon location and it was disappointing. The bop is extremely flavorless - which shouldn't be because I ordered it a spicy 7. Also while eating it I noticed there weren't any green onions on it. Found this place thinking it was Quiznos but it turned out to be a Korean fast food restaurant, so I decided why not try it. I got the poke bop and burrito bop, two things that sounded very interesting and never heard of. It came out fairly fast, and there is open seating. The first bite of that burrito bop was amazing! The chicken is seasoned well and although they give you way too much rice, which is a good thing for people that eat a lot, it was something I've never had before. The staff is friendly. Top Bop is so great. It smells a little weird when you walk in, but the food is so delicious. It comes in a little styrofoam bowl and whatever "bop" you order comes inside. You can play mini basketball while you wait and there are high tops and regular tables. The food is healthy, fast, and delicious. AND super affordable. Found this place on Yelp, looking for something quick, not too expensive, and yet a cut above standard fast food (both for quality and variety). Top Bop was a very pleasant surprise. We ordered the Top Bop bowl, with ground beef, and the Bulgogi Bop (Korean beef). Both bowls featured refreshing lettuce, and the sauces were delightful, although the rice was a bit dry. Our sides were 50/50. The kimchee was tangy without overwhelming, but the edamame was tough and tasteless.
