Great chicken! Got the gem salad with a breast and it was amazing! The fries were great as well. Would highly recommend for lunch or dinner!

The guy felt bad that we had to wait 20 mins for our chicken, that he put our chicken soup on the house!

Every bite had so many flavors, perfectly balanced, and the biscuit itself was insanely buttery and soft easily one of the best I've had in LA in a long time. My husband got the steak & eggs with a side of hashbrowns, and it was just as impressive. The steak was cooked perfectly, everything was well-seasoned, and the whole dish felt really balanced. Definitely a spot worth coming back to.

We walked in at 12:30 and there were two people sitting in the restaurant and we were asked if we had a reservations. When we said no, we did not have reservations. There is a long pause as if our party of three was an inconvenience. We were sat within a few minutes after that, place an order for drinks, which then took about 25 minutes to come out - the drinks were too iced teas and an old-fashioned. We placed our initial order only to be told that to the dishes we requested were not ready for available. Cleanup having the Nashville hot chicken, which was way less hot than the side of Tabasco sauce we ordered, so that was disappointing. The fried green tomato with pimento cheese was actually pretty good, but to call it a stack is a really big stretch, a more appropriate description would be a 'BLT nibble.' The server was very gracious and apologetic so you gotta give them another shot.

And you cannot leave on Sunset..... And there is a drive thru.... So be careful entering the lot. You may get stuck for a bit. I went in and everyone seemed to be in a good mood. Could be the good food, could be the staff and the wonderful service they provide. Could be the clean restaurant. Or maybe all of the above. The gentleman that helped me was very friendly and helped me decide what I should order. I ended up with The Box, minus a drink. I do not drink soda, and it was too late to be drinking tea. The chicken was good, not greasy. Very moist and full of flavor. The sauce is good, like a spicy thousand island, kind of. The coleslaw was good. Packed away in a little container but really packed in.... The fries were ok. Could have been hotter, crisper, more seasoned, etc, but they were not bad. The Texas toast was ok. Light and airy, a little buttery. It did not need the toast, but it was nice for a variety of things to be nibbling on. It was a fair price for good food. I have my favorite fried chicken places here in LA,  but this is not bad and I will probably go again at some point.

The address is on Sunset, but you cannot enter the lot from Sunset. You also can't make a left turn into the lot from Highland. The only way in is heading south on HIghland, which meant I had to circle around and reapproach. Once parked, we went inside to order. The employee started taking our order, then the registers went down. After a few minutes, they appeared to come back online, but we were told they still weren't working and we needed to use the kiosk instead. We ordered at the kiosk and were handed drink cups--only to discover the ice dispenser was empty. Staff gave us ice from behind the counter, but when I went back for a refill about 20 minutes later, it was still empty and I had to ask again. On the plus side, the staff stayed upbeat and friendly despite the issues, and once the food came out, it was exactly what you expect from Raising Cane's--hot, consistent, and good. I'll still go back, but this visit felt way more complicated than a fast-food chicken stop should ever be.

Wild Bird was a pleasant surprise…read more We ordered two Chicken Tinga bowls along with the guacamole and chips. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. The chicken had a nice kick to it, so if you're sensitive to spice, you may want to consider one of the milder options. I enjoyed the heat, but it was definitely noticeable. The bowls were a good size and came with plenty of food. The combination of the spicy chicken, sweet yams, and charred broccoli worked really well together and made for a satisfying lunch. It was one of those meals that managed to be both healthy and tasty, which is harder to find than it should be. If you're dining in, you can also ask them to substitute the rice, making it an even better option for those looking for a lower-carb, high-protein meal. The guacamole was another standout. It tasted freshly made, was well seasoned, and paired perfectly with the chips. I kept looking at the half chickens coming out of the kitchen and will probably try one next time, but the Chicken Tinga bowl was substantial enough that I didn't feel like I was missing out. Good portions, fresh ingredients, plenty of protein, and very reasonable prices. Everything we ordered was enjoyable, and I'd gladly come back to try more of the menu.

I chose it because a friend and I were heading to a show and I wanted something on the healthier side for dinner--and it delivered. There are tons of great options, but I went with the market boneless protein plate. The variety of veggies alone makes it a win, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying without feeling heavy. But honestly, the highlight of the visit? Joe at the counter. He was super friendly from the start, and by chance, he ended up taking his break while we were eating outside. We got to chatting, and he completely elevated the experience. Just one of those people who's easy to talk to and makes you feel welcome right away. There was a bit of chaos from some... let's say very enthusiastic vocal warmups happening at the jazz club next door, which might make me rethink sitting on the patio next time. But laughing about it with Joe turned it into part of the fun. Great food, great vibes, and great people. I'll definitely be back--maybe just inside next time.
