I purchased a new 2020 Kia Niro from Towbin Kia on June 23rd. The purchasing experience was just fine and the vehicle is great, but it's my post-purchase experience that prompted me to write this review. The first small issue I had is that the car wasn't cleaned as well as I thought when I took it home. It was dark when I drove it off the lot but when I looked at the car in daylight, I noticed the interior of the windows were dusty and had marks from where the sale stickers had been placed. There was also adhesive residue on the outside of the vehicle from the protective wrapping for delivery. My sales rep was aware of the adhesive and tried to pick off most of it as I cleaned out my trade-in. Looking back, good customer service would dictate that you as the sales rep realize that the car needs a more thorough clean and schedule a time for your client to come back in to have the adhesive removed properly. I didn't make a big deal out of this because the dealership was closing when my purchase was finalized...and I was excited about my new car. The main issue, and the reason I'm writing this review, is that even though I purchased a new vehicle I did end up paying for my new vehicle registration even though at the time of purchase and at the time I'm writing this post, Towbin Kia's website stated "complimentary vehicle registration on new vehicles". I'll preface these details by stating that this was my first time buying a brand new vehicle and I don't know the process by which a dealership communicates with the DMV to facilitate complimentary registration payment. I picked up my paperwork for my registration on July 6th around 10 am from the cashier at the Towbin Kia. When I picked up my paperwork, I pointedly asked "I take this [paperwork] to the DMV and they'll give me my plates, correct?" and the cashier answered, "Yes". I reiterated "I won't need to pay for anything?" and she replied "Yes". Because my car's temporary registration ended on July 23rd at the time it didn't qualify for an automatic extension, so I went to the DMV, stood in line, and scheduled an appointment after explaining my situation. My paperwork stated that it wasn't eligible for online registration, I assumed this was because the dealership was paying the registration. My appointment was scheduled for August 18th. When I spoke to the DMV rep, he explained that I would need to pay for the registration and that in situations where the dealership offers complimentary registration, customers would pick up their tags from the dealership, not paperwork. I called Towbin Kia between 10 and 11 am on August 18th and explained that I had had to pay my new vehicle registration myself and I wanted to be reimbursed for the cost. I was transferred to the Sales Department (I believe) and the male sales rep I spoke to told me that the sales rep that had handled my sale was unavailable but would call me back. By August 21st I still hadn't received a return phone call, so I called Towbin Kia again, this time asking to speak with the Sales Manager. I was transferred to a line that went unanswered and then sent me to voicemail. In my voicemail message, I explained my situation and disappointment and left my name and contact information. At the time of writing this review, I still have not heard back from anyone regarding this situation and it's been a month since my last call. I'm not one to write poor reviews, but I really feel that the ball was dropped in my situation, and I don't think that calling the dealership again will yield any results. I suppose I could have asked about the complimentary new vehicle registration at the time of my purchase, but if a promotion is being advertised on the dealership website I don't feel like it's my responsibility as a customer to remind the sales staff of their own promotions. Perhaps there was an undisclosed stipulation to the complimentary new vehicle registration that isn't noted on the website that I'm missing, but even that should have been addressed when I called in. Unfortunately, this has been the worst experience I've had when buying a vehicle and it was my first brand-new vehicle purchase. I can't recommend Towbin Kia to others and at this point, I wish that I had made my Kia Niro purchase with Findlay Kia who serviced my trade-in, a Kia Soul, instead. read more

Be aware of what they tell you. I bought a car and they suppose to pay for part of the registration fee. They told me that once I pay for registration to send back the receipt (which I did)and that was all I needed to do. Then they told me that since I did not scanned the code I was not eligible for that promotion. I showed them the code when I was buying the car but I was told just to send receipt. They told me is a misunderstanding. I believe is a misunderstanding on your side since I don't work at Towbin. Very dissatisfied and disappointed they were not able to credit 350 dls. read more

My keys were held hostage in order to prevent me from leaving while I went through their charade. But more on that later. I was shopping for a specific car, and saw they had two of them in stock on their website. As I was traveling from the other side of town I called first to confirm I could take one for a test drive. Person on the phone confirmed that yes they were available and I could drive them so I made an appointment for about 90 minutes later. So I arrive at the scheduled time, sit down with a sales person and go through the usual questions and so on. Then she takes a look at my car, and then after some more back and forth and the usual stuff you expect from a car dealer she comes back with the keys for the test drive. I ask her to confirm it's the model I'm looking for. And of course it wasn't. They're sold, she tells me. What both of them? In the last couple of hours? So I've traveled all the way across town on false pretence. Anyway, the car is close to what I want so it's still worth taking it for a drive. I get maybe 10 minutes in the car then I'm back at the dealership. She asks if I want to buy the car. No, because it's not the trim I want, which I told her upfront. Anyway, I then get dragged off to some spare storage lot where I get shown a car that's literally so new it's still covered in plastic. Completely covered. Also it's not the trim I want either. She's clearly annoyed like I'm wasting her time. So on the way back to the dealership I mention that I traveled all this way because someone told me on the phone I could take the car I wanted for a drive. She tells me that the person I spoke to just answers the phone and makes appointments, like it's my fault. We're now an hour in and I've had 50 minutes of nonsense and only 10 minutes on a test drive. When I get back I realize they never returned my car keys after the appraisal. So I ask for my key back, a couple of times. But "the manager" has the keys, so off she goes, but instead of returning with my keys, she returns with the manager. So I ask twice more, and he doesn't have them either! So off they both go, and then the sales director himself turns up. The first thing I say is where is my key and he looks all offended, like I'm the jerk. This time they did actually have the key so I said I have to be somewhere else, and I leave, never to return. I've read other reviews where they've done similar things with holding driving licenses hostage, so beware. Their whole MO is to spin it out, take as long as possible and wear you down into you eventually just give in and buy a car from them because you've spent hours with them. They also slap on an extra $3995 for their desert package which is a whole load of nothing and just a ploy to negotiate a "deal". They use some cheap window tint and won't even tell you what it is they put on. I've had some really bad car buying experiences but this one really beats all the others. Zero stars if I could. I'll be complaining to Kia as well because Towbin gives them a bad name. By the way for the people at Towbin: I hold management responsible, not the sales rep. Worst experience. Was interested in a Telluride, and the sticker price they first showed me looked like a good deal, so I sat down with them to talk numbers. They magically added almost $10k worth of "dealer added" packages that were "optional" but not so optional that you could have them removed. It was stupid stuff like 1k for window tinting, another 1k for GPS, and another 3k for powder-coated rims. They were trying so hard to sell you stuff you don't need or want. The salesman just wasn't helpful. He kept playing games with us, asking me to sign some papers to show that I was committed to buying a car so he could "fight" for a better price for me. I'm not there to fight for a price. Hostile, unhelpful, typical sleazy car salesman environment. Wanted to get out of there ASAP. They had my car keys and took their sweet time to get them back to me before another salesman could swoop in and look like some sort of hero and offer better deals. I had had enough and just wanted out. They definitely are just looking to squeeze the most out of you I went over to Findlay KIA and got exactly what I wanted without a typical salesman pitch, without all the BS dealer-added stuff. If there was a market adjustment, it was clearly stated and not snuck in when they sit you down and corner you. They offered me $6k more for my trade-in than Towbin did, and I didn't even have to play any games or haggle to get it to that offer. The salesmen here made me feel like they had my interest in mind, while at Towbin, they wouldn't stop reminding me about how they need to make better margins on their cars and that they can't offer me anything better because the poor car dealerships aren't making enough on each sale. TLDR- Don't go to Towbin, they don't have your interest in mind and are just out to squeeze you. $10k of dealer-added equipment?lol dream on. read more

There is a tiny question mark next to the price on the website that gives you a long explanation of what the true price is. [updated 9/28/23] I was contacted by Liz and Chance from Towbin in response to the review below. Unfortunately, we were not able to come to an agreement on price, but they did offer to switch me to the original car model and trim that I was looking for. As for clarification on the items below: 1. Their website calculators for leases are not configured correctly by default, leading to confusingly low prices which leads to confusion when being sold to. The lease calculators on their site claim that I can lease a EV6 wind for $263 a month, but it does not take into account taxes and fees that are added in after purchase. 2. I still believe that the car buying process was pushy and extremely confusing, but one salesperson does not represent the entire sales team. 3. Towbin _did_ end up honoring the charger that I was offered, but the installation would have been a problem, so the charger they gave me will suffice. Over all, I applaud them for their efforts in fixing the issue and have updated my review accordingly. [original] I should have read all of these reviews first! There is a reason that there are so many one star reviews for this dealership. Every one star review is true. 1. They will definitely bait-and-switch you when you come in for a deal or even if you use their own calculators on their website. 2. Their salespeople are just that. They are there to sell you a car at as high of a price as possible. They will say whatever you want to hear just to get the sale. 3. They promise products and services for "perfect" scores on their surveys, and will fill out surveys and emails for you just to make sure they get you out the door before you realize you have been taken. One specifically is to go through and make sure you are completely satisfied with it.. they will fill that out themselves and you will just get an email verification. 4. Even when products that are promised to you from the sale, written down... they will continue to change these products or switch them out for inferior versions. What went well: This is a big dealership. You will have a choice. You will see a lot of nice people around working hard to make a deal. The atmosphere is great. You will be taken care of well, since there is always someone to help you out. The sales rep showed me the car and patiently explained all its features. I took the car for a test drive and loved it. What attracted me the most is the no markup fees advertisement. What could have been better: Full disclosure: The deal didn't go through for me. But that's not what makes me sour. 1. Lots of Add-ons The dealership forces a lot of add-ons on top of the base MSRP. There are fake fees above the MSRP. $699 Doc fee is illegal in most states with exception of California having $89. There is no way for the consumer to really gauge the true cost of these add-ons. They don't come with an MSRP. This is where the grey area is. They did negotiate the price down on these add-ons. 2. Price discrimination against cash buyers. They want to know outright if you are financing with them by running your credit. This is optional however but they do try to gauge if you will finance with them and pricing depends on it. I did catch one of the Sales rep making an offer to buy a vehicle for lower if I finance with them. His words "There is no money to be made for the dealership if you don't finance with us". This is discrimination against cash buyers, again an FTC rule has been violated. I hope well for the dealership and hope they do well in the above areas. Don't hide your markups in add-ons please. This is a long story, at first it was a 1 star! I was interested in buying a Sportage SX Prestige. I had a very inexperienced sales person, Leo. At first I was show a basic model and after complaining he pulled up another vehicle and claimed it was a Prestige, however it was sold but the identical car was expected withing 2 weeks. After a lot of back and forth a deal was struck. After leaving the dealership I went on line and discovered that the vehicle expected was a SX but not a Prestige, Leo told me that only difference was that the cooled seats were missing. After some more research I discovered that a lot more equipment was missing. I texted and phones Leo, no response. Frustrated I want to another dealer only to discover that my trade was already blocked. Returning to Towbin I ask for the sales manager and was introduced to Elvin, one of the floor managers. I explained the situation and suggested two options, one they release my trade or supply me with the vehicle that I was expecting. I must say that my experience improved from that moment on. Between Elvin and the finance manager, Warren, things got sorted out. To make a long story short I received the SX Prestige after having to wait another 2 weeks. Of course they soaked my for another couple of thousand, which I wrote off because i relied too much on Leo and did not conduct my own research before signing. The car is great and I love it. However when I got home and reviewed all the paperwork in detail I discovered that they snug in an additional $900 for some interior protection policy in case I spilled something. This was not explained to me and I will take steps to have that cancelled. I also got no info on the $695 GPS package that was claimed to have been installed. read more

AVOID TOWBIN KIA'S SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!! In the screenshots i provided you can see HOW MANY times I try and reach them, and see that the number at the bottom of the screenshot is Karen's "direct line" to contact her at her service desk which she's always at when I go to the service department in person. Anyways I try and contact them at all hours of the day and they NEVER EVER answer the phone, especially Karen from the service department. Here's my current situation, I came back from a family trip from Los Angeles back to vegas, I have a 2015 Kia Optima Hybrid Ex, on the way back on the highway it took a poop on me. I was going about 80 miles, and all of a sudden the car just started slowing down on its own the entire dash lit up with all kinds of warning lights and the hybrid system warning came up. Long story short car left me stranded half way from La to LV. We took the car in to Towbin Kia on a tow truck cause they said they'd take the car with no appointment, cause at that time (June of 2023) all Kia dealers in vegas had there service appointments a month and a half out. So they took the car, took about two or three days for the them to begin to look at it to give a diagnostic, they took about two weeks to even figure out what the problem was. They finally call back and say the engine seized up, that they're going to have to replace the entire engine, and to not worry that it's covered under warranty so it won't cost a single dollar, amazing right? WRONG! Due to it being under warranty they provided us luckily with a rental which THEY paid for the entire time they had my car. They took 2 months to replace the engine and give me my car back. Those entire two months they would never call to give a status update at all. They would just go literally ghost. I would have to call them about once a week to see how the process was going, to ask for a status update etc etc. They finally call me, hey your car is "100% ready to go" we've ran numerous tests, inspected everything it's ready to go. I get excited because I haven't had my car in two months, you can imagine. So I head down pick it up start driving home with my wife, 15 minutes of just having left the dealer and driving. BOOM! Check engine light kicks on, I haven't even drove 3 or 4 miles from the dealer. What happened? I thought my car was 100% ready to go and it had been inspected, re-inspected, tested, and was cleared to be returned to me. All over again, I have to take it back the next morning because it was already at closing time. I take it back, I'm a little upset and mad because they've had my car for two months and it wasn't 100% ready like they promised me. Keep in mind this whole situation going on, me and my family only have 1 personal vehicle, it's our only means of transportation, they know this, we told them it's the only car we have. Anyways, I was left without a rental, they had my car getting serviced, I had to call out of work for 2-3 days in a row. And in this timeframe, don't think yet they've changed there "great customer service". I'm not receiving any updates, any news on how the process is going. Out of the blank they just call me about 3 days later, hey your cars ready come get it. Ok this time everything seems in order, we test drive it to Pahrump and back twice, run some miles on it to make sure everything's in order, see if it's road trip worthy. Everything seems smooth. Then, sadly, once again about a week and half after taking it to Towbin Kia service department for the second time, check engine light kicks on, hybrid system warning kicks on, the car starts jerking when you press down on the gas. So I finally take it back to them Wednesday August 9th, 2023. Up until today, they have not called one single time to update the status of my vehicle, to inform me of how the process is going. They dodge my calls, I can't get a hold of anyone at the entire service department including my wonderful service advisor "Karen". They've had my car for 9 days, I don't have a vehicle, the issue that my vehicle has is covered because it's in relation to the work they did on it. Up until this 9th day they haven't provided me with a rental so I can have a form of transportation. I tried changing it up today thought I'd call as soon as they open up at 7am, thinking I would finally get a hold of someone. Still, after 7+ calls nobody answers. I don't understand why I have to be hunting them to see what the status of my car is, what the diagnostic is, what happened, how long is it going to take, am I going to receive a rental. And it's not like I can go in person to ask them since they want to ignore my calls, they're in Henderson and I'm all the way in north Las Vegas, with no car. read more

I've bought two cars from them, my daughter bought one. I called today because my check engine light is on (KIA's are having horrible troubles/recalls because of engine issues). I was given two choices; An appointment in THREE WEEKS, or drop my car off for 2-3 days. Perfect. Because I don't need to get to work. This is totally unacceptable not to mention the person I spoke with (said he was the Manager, that's sad) was rude, and told me personal stories about issues with his own car. SPOILER ALERT: I COULDN'T GIVE A SHIT LESS I was ready to trade this one in and buy a new KIA but with the way the Auto Mechanic Department works, I won't touch another KIA. Tread Carefully & Avoid the 2013 Mercedes SLK55 AMG My experience with  Towbin Kia was abysmal. This dealership is not forthcoming and did not represent the car they are selling accurately. My experience with their salesman, Rameen, was negative. He represents a slimy car salesman perfectly. I contacted Towbin about a 2013 Mercedes SLK55 AMG I was interested in, listed below market value. Initially, the dealership informed me it was sold. I was disappointed since it had only been listed for a day but decided to move on. Shortly after, I received a call from Evan explaining it was still available. Evan introduced me to Rameen in Sales, and it went downhill from there. Rameen informed me that the SLK55 was in good shape and had been inspected by Towbin after they took it in a trade to ensure it didn't need anything. He sent me a video walkaround of the car that was rushed and provided no additional photos of the car. He specifically mentioned that, "He drove it around town for ~30 minutes and that it was good to go." Knowing that Towbin Kia is a franchised dealer with 4.6 stars, I felt alright taking them at their word that the car was represented accurately, in good faith. We settled on an agreed out the door price, and I sent Towbin Kia a bank wire. After talking to my uncle who races cars, he suggested I get a Pre-Purchase Inspection as an afterthought just to be certain I know what I'm buying. I contacted RepairSmith and scheduled a PPI and they completed it the next business day which included driving the car, a scan tool, photos, videos, and a comprehensive inspection. Here is where things really went downhill. The mechanic informed me the car has some major problems. Mechanically, this SLK55 has Mercedes M152 V8 engine and the mechanic told me, "There was a ticking sound coming from the valvetrain that mainly occurred on startup when the engine was cold for about 10 seconds." This is a major issue with the M152 that a few other R172 SLK55 owners have reported on forums. This required breaking down the engine and replacing both timing chains and timing chain tensioners which is extremely labor intensive. Fletcher Jones Imports quoted me $8900 for these repairs which includes 40 hours of labor! Additionally, the mechanic informed me that all 4 Brembo AMG brake rotors have noticeable lips on them indicating they are very worn down and need to be replaced. A ticking valvetrain is one thing (Kia mechanics might not know about), but lipped and faded brake rotors is glaringly obvious to any mechanic upon visual inspection. Fletcher Jones Imports quoted me $3500 for new AMG performance brake rotors and pads! Cosmetically, the mechanic sent pictures and informed me that the car had three dents on the driver's side quarter panel. Additionally, the glove compartment handle and locking mechanism are completely missing-meaning you can't even open the glovebox. Needless to say, I was frustrated by the lack of transparency from Rameen and Towbin Kia. When I called him to explain the issues from the PPI, he refused to own up to his mistakes and blamed me by saying, "I sent you a video walkaround of the car man!" He called back offering a measly $1000 off the vehicle price, which won't even cover 2 front AMG brake rotors. At that point, I knew it was time to get my money back and run like hell from Towbin Kia. If I could give 1.5 stars instead of 1 star, I would thanks to the courtesy and promptness of Linda in the business department. She was gracious enough to send my money back as an overnighted business check with Saturday delivery. Shoutout to Linda! My takeaway from Towbin Kia is that if something seems too good to be true, it definitely is! Always do your research and get a third party inspection. Dishonest salesmen like Rameen are ubiquitous with the auto industry. There are much better dealerships in the Las Vegas/Henderson area to do business with. I dodged a huge bullet here and am grateful to RepairSmith and Fletcher Jones Imports for keeping me out of trouble on this deal! read more

I started my car buying process with Marco back in August, it took a little bit of time to get to a price I was comfortable with. I signed up for an apt, told the online messenger person about my credit issues, and they told me no problem. I went in, Wasserstein my time, and was told no. I wouldn't have an issue with it except that first tHe ad itself says "no application will be refused" and second, after I WAS refuSed when I mentioned this to the online team they brushed me off. Starts from Lizeth who answers the phone, says she's the sales rep and lures you to the dealership faking they sell cars at msrp so you go to the dealership. Lizeth just emails / calls to make appts for buyers to visit the dealership then when you arrive, they transfer you to a random salesperson to try to confuse you. **Look a few reviews before mine and you'll see Lizeth's fake 5 star review trying to help the dealer's reputation. Yelp Review Name says "Lizeth M." and review says "I got my Sedona here, 2021! Management was amazing and I am definitely coming back when my lease is up!" Next, Mike Lechuga who says he's the dealer's sales manager and is BEYOND professional at lieing while smiling so perfect it almost looks true but by the trained eye, you can catch his lies & tactics. He plays with prices and points at random people at the sales floor saying he needs their approval to get you a lower price which is so obvious. Look at their confused reactions to him and you can easily see he's just using them as another sales tactic. They advertise msrp's of such reasonable prices like for the 2022 Kia Rio and then you can expect SEVERAL THOUSAND MORE as the sticker price on all cars. When I went I saw 10k more on the Rio sticker price and got the sincere feeling of disgust knowing by research it's just a markup called "market adjustment" and some random minor near worthless things they put on the car aka "dealer addons" to raise the price even higher. Classic bait & switch technique. We negotiated & got to a more reasonable price but still not a fair price just the most we had to offer. We are disappointed and regret the purchase sincerely. We only bought the car since it was one of the cheapest despite crazy markup new cars and our old car is really going bad so we needed a different car desperately. Used cars are so expensive that it's nearly the price of a new car. We wanted a black base model 2022 Rio. The other dealers around said they didn't have a black one. This was the only dealer saying they have one coming in like 2 weeks so we test drove a different Rio and then after negotiating, put a deposit, and sign papers for the black one. The new Gray Rio S model we test drove had a chronic reverse slam which was insane. I was praying the one we would get wouldn't have that. I told Mike after the test drive the gray one had reverse slam and he said it was nothing. After the test drive the slam wasn't as severe but still noticeable. That was dishonesty. After the irritating negotiation games when they try to steal every last penny before settling on a last price, we got a certain price that was the most we had to offer literally we could not pay a cent more. We were just happy we would have a new and hopefully reliable car for the first time and hoping it wouldn't get delayed in delivery. It got delayed. Next, aggravation got worse when I curiously looked at the Towbin Kia site a day before going to sign final paperwork and pay for the car. I saw new discounts which just appeared on the dealer's site and I sent screenshots to Mike. Discounts were additional 2499 off when reserving a new car & get registration paid by the dealer when buying a new car & free driveway delivery so I was thinking we didn't buy the car yet we should get the discounts. We only gave them a deposit so far. WE DIDN'T get these discounts. Mike intentionally ignored the texts and called me the next day. I said had a feeling you would ignore the texts. He rapidly said "No buddy, no more discounts." I was sick of him. We came to do a short test drive and sign papers. We told Mike about the discounts. He said I don't know what the other employees are doing but I can't. I said that's bait & switch and he said it's not. I told him if it's written and applicable, you need to honor it, I could sue the dealer. He said no you can't, just sign papers. I asked for a manager and he went in circles and even got pissed off. We needed the car badly so we forfeited all the discounts out of desperation of our current car situation. I called Kia Corporate and emailed the manager with all records of purchase, docs, texts, screenshots with complaints about Mike. Corporate Kia's manager sincerely apologized and at least reimbursed the registration amount which I appreciate. Still hurts to not get the other discounts though. Now it's another hassle because nothing goes right with these people! Dealer made a mistake on the form they submitted to DMV so DMV send me the car title. I've waited like 2 months and when I call the dealer today asking for a general manager and saying don't transfer to Mike or someone else, they transfer to Mike and run arounds! One woman transferred me to the manager, got a voicemail with no callback. I called again, got to a title rep and called DMV. I found I have to wait more weeks for my title! Don't believe their excuses! read more

UPDATE 7/27/23, per the response below my GPS was cancelled, but I have not been reimbursed the $500. Tl;dr: Uninformed snake oil salesmen who will lie, cheat, and steal in order to get you into your sale. Run. I was looking to purchase a car & take advantage of the Used Clean Vehicle Credit from the IRS that started this year; you can get a tax credit up to $4000 for a used EV vehicle on the IRS' confirmed list. I narrowed it down to a Prius Prime and a 2019 Kia Niro PHEV. I showed up on 7/3/23 and was greeted by a salesperson. I informed him I wanted to look at the used Niro PHEV. After test driving, I figured I'll see what they have to say. We start discussing the car. I tell the salesman that I want to use the credit. He's never heard of it, but states financing should know if we get to that point. Fine - I read a lot of dealerships aren't aware yet, which is why I printed off all the website pages to give them to walk them through the process. First problem, bait and switch: The car was advertised as $25xxx Certified Pre-owned. When they hand me the price sheet, they attempt to tack on $2900 for a 'certified pre-owned inspection.' I immediately let them know that that's not gonna happen. It was advertised as certified at a certain price. Then I find out they're only going to give me 4000 for my 2012 Prius with less than 100k miles. Again, we go back and forth on price and trade in. We settled on a price I'm not stoked on, but I knew I was working toward the credit. Add ons: Repeatedly, I told them to take off the "gps" add on. It states optional on the paperwork. I asked 3x to have it removed and I'm ignored and it keeps popping up on the paperwork. Again, fine, I'm working towards the credit. I'll just let that one go. ANYONE READING THIS: EVEN THE CONTRACT FOR GPS STATES ITS NOT REQUIRED. GET. IT. REMOVED. It doesn't matter if it's already installed. They can uninstall it. Financing: I'm tired by this point. My credit is excellent. I make decent money. The offer was 8.5%. I told them forget it, I'll pay with a pre approved check from my bank. They magically match the percentage. Before I sign all the paperwork I show him the Tax Credit paperwork. I told him I am getting the car based on the credit. He reads the information. He's also not heard about it, but states he can get the paperwork done. The problem? It was late at this point and the day before a holiday. The business office is closed so he can't get the tax ID needed. He'll follow up with them and by the time I get my green slip, he will have the document ready. We agree. I fill out the paperwork and head out with the car. 1.5 weeks later (7/13/23) I get my green slip. I stop by the financing guys office and mention two things: The USB that should have all my paperwork on it is empty, and I'm here to get my paperwork promised. He informs me he hasn't done the paperwork and (somehow) the business office is closed again (3pm on a Thursday). He tells me to call my salesperson the following day and he'll get it taken care of since my Finance guy will be off that day. Convenient. This is the point I knew I was lied to. I text my salesperson today (7/14/23) and let him know the situation. He lets me know he'll speak to the manager and figure out how it's done. I emailed him the paperwork with everything filled out, I just needed the dealership's Tax ID and a signature.I show up & I'm told to sit down. He mentions again that he's never heard of this credit. I show him the IRS website. He disappears. He returns and states they will not be filling out the paperwork. This is the point I've had enough. I let him know I only bought this car because of the credit and informed everyone every step of the way about the credit. I was told the paperwork would be done. The manager never comes out. My salesperson just goes back and forth between us 4x before I get a sticky note with the tax id and I'm sent on my way I'm never getting that credit. The dealership is also supposed to send information to the IRS when the website makes it available. I'm out $4000 because the dealership refused to do their job, their research, or their due diligence. read more

This is the third Kia Sorento I have leased from here. My salesman this time was Mike Lechuga. He made the experience easy and pleasant. He listened to what I wanted and found the perfect vehicle for me. Michael Ragone then explained all the features of the car to me. My last car was an older model, so there were some new, updated features to go over. I am definitely not tech savvy, so I was very appreciative that Michael spent his time explaining all the new features to me and even helped me set up a bunch of my preferences into the system. While I'm at it, I would also like to give a shout out to the service department! Ed and Joe always take care of me. They are very nice and helpful. I bring my vehicle in for oil changes and they always get me in pretty quickly. I usually bring my laptop in, log in on the WiFi there, and get some work done while I wait for my vehicle to get serviced. My car is usually done faster than the time they tell me and it always gets a complimentary wash on top of it. Love it!! read more

I wanted to buy a new sportage sx prestige. I was shown a vehicle that was sold and told the identical vehicle is in transit. After some back and forth, a deal was agreed to. When researching the equipment list I discovered that the vehicle I purchased was an sx but not the prestige. The salesman told me that the only thing missing was the ventilated seats and everything else was the same. This is not a true statement, a lot more equipment is missing. The car I purchased was misrepresented and then I was lied to. Appointment was made and they took care of my Rio Kia - two recalls - Anti theft and new software put in. Bonus for free, did a visual inspection and washed my car. Two hours like they said. If you want a broken car and want nothing but problems, this is the place for you! I bought a car back in August, wasn't able to drive it off the lot due to whatever problems. Then when I got it back a week later, I had it for ONE day and my check engine came one. I took it back, they kept it for two weeks and then returned my car. My check engine light came on again after two days. I then took my car back September 26th, it's now November 25th and they have done nothing but avoid me, sweep my car under the rug, and not fix the issues. I don't recommend this place to anyone. They overcharge, don't have mechanics to work on the vehicles, and have terrible customer service. I wish I could give this place -5 stars. Never coming to this place again read more

Bryan and germey and the finance manager made me feel safe and buying a new car made me feel like I'm at home they bought me snacks and water to make sure that I felt comfortable. They answered all of my questions that I had even though the process took a little bit longer than I wanted to, and my credit wasn't where it needed to be. Bought 2018 Kia Sorento from webpage. Photos of vehicle were decent. I inquired about the vehicle and the details of the car. Was told it had a 3rd row seat (I have teens) and it did not. Took the suv to have transmission looked at (under warranty) and was told it was not covered by the power train warranty. If they looked at the suv, it would cost $65 to diagnose. I was having issues with the skid plate coming loose and wiper fluid drainage and they charged me $800. Both problems were fixed at the same time and i was charged labor ($169.95 x 2) for both issues. Plus the parts and miscellaneous fees. I am truly sad as a single mom getting taken advantage of by these greedy companies! read more
