    I've been coming to Kia since 2014. Got my first Kia Optima there and I've been using Mr Peter and Joe from day one! ( Service department) EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE EVERY TIME! This week I finally traded in my car for a newer model, and the experience was quick and efficient! Mr Peter from the service department along with Mr Antonio the sales advocate, Mr. Rennie the sales manager, Mr. Rameen the finance manager and Miss Ashleigh the customer service advocate all contributed to our experience. This was my boyfriend's first time coming to the dealership, and he finally saw why I kept coming back. And most of all, why I wanted to stick with another Kia vehicle.     From the moment I sent in an online inquiry to the moment I left in my new K4, my experience was amazing! Andrew was my salesperson and he was open, honest, and quick. He made the process painless (hard to say at a dealership) and so easy. I would give more stars if I could. Finance paperwork was easy, test drive - easy, everything. Ashleigh showed me all of the new tech (and there's a lot) and explained it all so I could understand. Seriously, will definitely return here.

    Oh. My. GAWD! I have an update that's been six years in the making. I decided to trade in the Kia Soul I purchased brand-new from Towbin Kia in 2018...and the title came up DIRTY! The mileage was incorrect on the DMV paperwork when it was registered to me, but who, you ask, filled out that paperwork? Someone at Towbin Kia. Now there's no way to correct it, and it must be disclosed to any other potential buyer. For the life of the vehicle. So I ended up having to trade it in because I am uncomfortable with trying to find someone to buy a car with a dirty title. Just to put things into perspective, the Kelley Blue Book trade-in value for a 2019 Kia Soul with only 36,000 miles on it is almost $9,000, but I had to take $5,900 for mine, and it's definitely better than the "fair" condition I put in for the KBB estimate for the sake of this review. I couldn't get anywhere near that because the odometer has been deemed unreliable on the title. Thanks, Towbin Kia! Y'all are just the gift that keeps on giving.

    Their service department has completed multiple recalls on my vehicle and they dona great job. 4-stars because they left a portion of my interior broken and disconnected. I contacted them and they ordered parts to fix it. They're overall a great dealership with good customer service.

    I had a lot of reservations about going back to Towbin Kia for my car search. I purchased 3 vehicles from them previously and had a bitter taste in my mouth from the last point of sale. I had (2) point of sales people that I worked with to find my 4th car; VIP sales Aaliyah & Tee (Finance). After briefly discussing some of my reservations about purchasing my 4th vehicle and Tee taking the time to explain and offer his apologies, I gave them a chance to earn my business. I found a G80 Genesis and test drove it and really liked it. Everything from the start to end was smooth and non stressful. Like most people, I hate the sales process and the forced conversation to build rapport. All in all I was in and out in about 2 hours. I'm happy with my purchase and I appreciated them Addressing my concerns. Will continue to go back as long as they do right by me.

    Beware of the service department. My car is a piece of junk that no one will fix. The AC won't turn on sometimes in 115 degree heat, it's less than 1 year old, and the service department won't call me back to help make an appointment. Buy from literally ANYWHERE else. I'll never own a KIA ever again. Pile of junk.

    I saw a Facebook ad from Tobin Kia-they were giving out vouchers to people interested in purchasing a car from them. I submitted a form and I was contacted by them. I received a voucher and made an appointment to come in on Saturday afternoon to check out their inventory. My husband and I went in and we were immediately greeted by two friendly receptionists. She looked up who my salesman would be by my phone number. Our salesman was great. His name is Bailey. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He made the process easy and without any problems. My husband and I took the Niro out for a test drive with Bailey. It was a good experience. We took the Niro out on the freeway too. It drove like a dream because it's all electric. Towbin Kia is an excellent dealership, with friendly staff. I recommend checking them out if you're in the market for a car.

    I had a good experience with Zachery for sure. He helped me get into a nice Honda that fit everything I was looking for. I just lost my car in an accident so this definitely helped me get a car super fast and was very easy for the most part . Definitely will recommend to many more!

Sarah Lee apparently knows everyone in the auto business, including the best car shipping companies, and will do what it takes to get you into the right vehicle and delivered to your doorstep. Financing? They'll get you squared away and show you your options. My Carlady will even offer advice if torn between models. She actually laughed when I told her that KIA and Hyundai were on my short list along with Toyota. And who knew that the Jeep Compass has a lower approval rating than Typhoid Fever? If you're going to climb Everest, you need a wise sherpa. And if you want the very best car at the absolute lowest price without getting conned and fleeced by a dealership sales agent, then give My Carlady a call. In fact, you would be foolish not to.

From the second we started working with him, he was just super kind, friendly, and easy to talk to. He's incredibly down-to-earth--we ended up chatting about his upcoming wedding and realized we share a huge love for music. He's a big music guy, so if you go see him, definitely swap some recommendations! Besides just being a great dude to talk to, Kyle is patient, knows his stuff, and is incredibly thorough. He made sure to cover every single detail about the car and walked us through the protection plans so we knew exactly what was what. (Quick heads-up for anyone looking for Alvin: he doesn't work here anymore, so make sure to ask for Kyle!) The vibe inside the dealership is also fantastic. The whole place is spotless, neat, and super aesthetically pleasing. They have this really cool, modern look with lots of wood and greenery, plus pictures of happy people with their cars everywhere. While you wait, they have a great drink station with an automatic machine that does coffee, cappuccinos, hot chocolate, and tea, plus a cold filtered water option. It completely takes the edge off buying a car. Plus, it's a total hassle-free experience with absolutely zero predatory salesperson vibes. The whole process was way quicker than a standard dealership, and it was honestly the easiest time we've ever had buying a car. We walked away with an awesome 2023 vehicle for basically half the price of retail. And as a fun final touch, they let you customize the bow you put on your new car before you drive it off the lot! Doc fees are ridiculous and I have never paid doc fees in my last 3 purchases since I bought my first vehicle. But here, they refuse to remove them. They want to charge you an enormous amount for "options" that they previously added. They want to charge you for an interior/exterior coating that you can get later for a quarter of the price they ask for. The salesman was very friendly but the manager acted like he was doing us a favor by offering all the upgrades. Now mind you, we were only buying a used car for $5499 as advertised but the price at the dealership was $13k+. EXPLAIN THAT. We ended up NOT being fleeced and just a little more effort, ended up buying elsewhere where they were all about customer service and actually trying to sell you a car. After our visit, they did text me to remind me that if I had any questions to let them know because they were there to help. I have never seen so many fees added to a vehicle. I can only imagine if I was there to buy a new vehicle. I guess it is true that they don't want you to own your vehicle anymore. They want to sink you in debt. My advice, shop for a car when you're not in a hurry and visit as many dealers that you can. Acquire a written quote at each location and ask for any unnecessary fees or up charges you didn't request to be removed. Someone will appreciate the consumer and actually fairly sell you one.

I walked into without an appointment and was greeted while all the salesman were working and a few minutes later Sergio introduced himself. We talked about what I want and what my situation was. I hate dealerships but this one was different. I've owned about 20 car's throughout my years. I've walked out of countless dealers because of games, pushiness, almost harassment. Not here. Without making this review too long, Jodi the manager came over, sat down and gave me real, honest numbers without all the nonsense most dealers do. Her presence is strong and she knows the business. It was late and they were closing so I left and came back 2 days later (my next day off) and she remembered the exact deal and once again, sat down, talked to me and gave me a bare bottom price that ended up being better than I expected. 20 minutes later I signed paperwork, got my new VW and I couldn't be happier. Sergio and Jodi worked flawlessly together, both smiled, had amazing attitudes and because of them, I drive a 2026 Tiguan.

    This is my first used car purchase and my first experience with CarMax, and it went well. I…read moreresearched vehicles online and put in all the specifications that I was in search of, and found a 2025 Nissan Sentra in Palmdale, CA, shipped it for $99 and waited for it to arrive. The online shopping experience was straightforward, and the communication and text updates were smooth and non-burdensome. I did the financing online to get an idea of where we would be and also sought out financing through America First Credit Union to make sure I had the best interest rate (in the economy, you have to save where you can). We test-drove the car with Bryan M., and he was great to work with. The CarMax experience is definitely different because there aren't any deals or haggled pricing, so you will want to do your research and know what the car you are interested in costs as a new vehicle and as a used vehicle at a dealership, so you can cross-reference prices. We test drove another vehicle just to make sure we were confident in our choice. Bryan ran a finance credit check for us, and after comparing the rates, we ended up using America First Credit Union. After researching and comparing the extended warranty protection packages, the CarMax service protection plan is really comprehensive and covers a lot so it was a tough decision. It is very well reviewed. We did end up going with the plan AFCU offered because it was comparable and extended to 120K miles. We brought our check in the next day, and we were in and out within an hour of our scheduled appointment. Bryan didn't pressure us to buy anything additional, and I appreciated his customer service and professionalism. When we ran into a snag with the computer system, the management stepped in and problem-solved right away, and it didn't hold us up in any way. The car was washed and ready to go! Small hiccup with vehicle and it needs a maintenance within 24 hours but I am not worried because they were prompt in response and even though it was Bryan's day off he responded with directions. After carefully…read moreconsidering our options, we paid the $149 vehicle transfer fee to have the vehicle delivered to the CarMax West Warm Springs location in Henderson, Nevada. On Sunday, June 21, at 4:00 PM, we attended a scheduled test drive. The representative who assisted us, Daviana, was professional, courteous, and very helpful throughout the process. After reviewing the vehicle, we expressed our interest in purchasing it but requested one additional day to complete a final test drive before making our decision. Daviana informed us that she could place the vehicle on hold until the close of business on Monday, June 22, which gave us confidence that the vehicle would remain available while we finalized our purchase decision. Today, we contacted CarMax to inform the team that we were on our way to the West Warm Springs location to complete our final test drive and proceed with the purchase. However, during that call, we spoke with a representative named Eric, who informed us that the vehicle was already being processed for shipment to Texas for another potential buyer. Needless to say, we were extremely disappointed and frustrated by this news. We relied on the assurance provided by your representative that the vehicle had been placed on hold for us. Based on that understanding, we felt comfortable taking the additional time needed to complete our evaluation of the vehicle before making a significant purchase decision. While Eric apologized for the situation and offered us a credit toward a future vehicle transfer or test drive, the issue extends beyond the transfer fee. We invested a substantial amount of time and effort researching vehicles, comparing options, arranging schedules, and ultimately identifying a vehicle that met our needs. Finding another comparable vehicle may take weeks or even months. We were informed that the issue may have been caused by a system or computer glitch. While we understand that technical issues can occur, customers should not bear the consequences of internal system failures, especially when they have relied on information provided by CarMax employees. The assurances given to us were ultimately not honored, and as a result, we lost the opportunity to purchase a vehicle we were seriously prepared to buy. This experience has left us disappointed with how the situation was handled. We believe greater accountability and communication are needed to prevent similar situations from affecting other customers in the future. We respectfully request that CarMax review this incident, determine what went wrong, and provide a meaningful resolution beyond a future transfer credit.
