    From the moment I sent in an online inquiry to the moment I left in my new K4, my experience was amazing! Andrew was my salesperson and he was open, honest, and quick. He made the process painless (hard to say at a dealership) and so easy. I would give more stars if I could. Finance paperwork was easy, test drive - easy, everything. Ashleigh showed me all of the new tech (and there's a lot) and explained it all so I could understand. Seriously, will definitely return here.

    Oh. My. GAWD! I have an update that's been six years in the making. I decided to trade in the Kia Soul I purchased brand-new from Towbin Kia in 2018...and the title came up DIRTY! The mileage was incorrect on the DMV paperwork when it was registered to me, but who, you ask, filled out that paperwork? Someone at Towbin Kia. Now there's no way to correct it, and it must be disclosed to any other potential buyer. For the life of the vehicle. So I ended up having to trade it in because I am uncomfortable with trying to find someone to buy a car with a dirty title. Just to put things into perspective, the Kelley Blue Book trade-in value for a 2019 Kia Soul with only 36,000 miles on it is almost $9,000, but I had to take $5,900 for mine, and it's definitely better than the "fair" condition I put in for the KBB estimate for the sake of this review. I couldn't get anywhere near that because the odometer has been deemed unreliable on the title. Thanks, Towbin Kia! Y'all are just the gift that keeps on giving.

    Their service department has completed multiple recalls on my vehicle and they dona great job. 4-stars because they left a portion of my interior broken and disconnected. I contacted them and they ordered parts to fix it. They're overall a great dealership with good customer service.

    I had a lot of reservations about going back to Towbin Kia for my car search. I purchased 3 vehicles from them previously and had a bitter taste in my mouth from the last point of sale. I had (2) point of sales people that I worked with to find my 4th car; VIP sales Aaliyah & Tee (Finance). After briefly discussing some of my reservations about purchasing my 4th vehicle and Tee taking the time to explain and offer his apologies, I gave them a chance to earn my business. I found a G80 Genesis and test drove it and really liked it. Everything from the start to end was smooth and non stressful. Like most people, I hate the sales process and the forced conversation to build rapport. All in all I was in and out in about 2 hours. I'm happy with my purchase and I appreciated them Addressing my concerns. Will continue to go back as long as they do right by me.

    Beware of the service department. My car is a piece of junk that no one will fix. The AC won't turn on sometimes in 115 degree heat, it's less than 1 year old, and the service department won't call me back to help make an appointment. Buy from literally ANYWHERE else. I'll never own a KIA ever again. Pile of junk.

    I saw a Facebook ad from Tobin Kia-they were giving out vouchers to people interested in purchasing a car from them. I submitted a form and I was contacted by them. I received a voucher and made an appointment to come in on Saturday afternoon to check out their inventory. My husband and I went in and we were immediately greeted by two friendly receptionists. She looked up who my salesman would be by my phone number. Our salesman was great. His name is Bailey. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He made the process easy and without any problems. My husband and I took the Niro out for a test drive with Bailey. It was a good experience. We took the Niro out on the freeway too. It drove like a dream because it's all electric. Towbin Kia is an excellent dealership, with friendly staff. I recommend checking them out if you're in the market for a car.

I've bought cards there before, probably 15 Toyotas in my lifetime. I even contacted the General Manager. No response. I have to say that their service dept is amazing!!! The sales and finance departing need lessons from Service!! Very very disappointed!!!

After purchasing my car, she informed me of a referral program where I would receive $150 if someone I referred purchased a car. I would have referred her even if I didn't receive $150 but since she mentioned the program, I believe they should keep their word. After a couple weeks, I asked Amber for an update and she said she would follow up. She suggested that I personally pick up the check so it wouldn't get lost in the mail. Another week goes by and I was in the area and I went in and she had me sign a W9 form. I followed up again and she said she was on vacation. I followed up again and she just didn't reply. I waited a couple more weeks and I called the dealership and was led to leave voice messages with NO REPLY! I sent an inquiry online and was told to call the dealership which I've already done with NO REPLY. I drove over there 3 weeks ago and spoke to someone in person and they had me complete ANOTHER W9 and told me they logged a message for Amber's manager to contact me and it's been 3 weeks and I still haven't heard from them! Seriously, don't make promises you can't keep! My referral purchased a car in March and we're now going into July! I have been more than patient!

    Wanted to take the time to recognize Melissa Kerman at service…read more My girlfriend needed to get an aftermarket bumper on her truck (2023 Gladiator) installed; she managed to take off the original but couldn't put the new one on since it was too heavy for her to do herself; I brought it to my personal mechanic He did the work and changed out fluids per my request however he mentioned that the oil housing/cooler was leaking. He was going to replace it for a small fee but her truck still had a balance of 11k miles left on powetrain. We brought it here; in case they didn't find anything wrong the diagnostic was going to cost around $300; sure enough Melissa and her team found -axel leak -valve cover leak -oil cooler leak I was FLOORED; my girlfriend heavily relies on her truck for work; if she never gave it to me to get it fixed, she would have been without warranty and still needing the repair! Melissa is nothing short of an Angel and we need more people like her in the car buying industry in general; I worked for CarMax so I am familiar with business practices. I decided to throw in an alignment and wheel balance and rotate just to add services to the bill even though she made sure to get me an uber and a rental when the repair was holding out on the valve gasket. When my girlfriend got the truck back she said that she drives even better than when she first got it! Recommendation; get a MOPAR (Granger/Ziegler ) certified warranty on your Jeep Chrysler vehicle; it's got a reputation for repairs; also bring your vehicle to Chapman Jeep and say hey to Melissa. Her team will tell you exactly what needs to be done to get it back to showroom condition ready to take you wherever you find adventure!

Foremost, why wouldn't you want to have a savvy and tireless broker finding the best deals for you in the contiguous United States? For the average person, an automobile is the second most expensive purchase you will ever make, the third most expensive for airplane owners and Russian bride husbands. Truly I cannot say enough about Sarah Lee and Jennifer. They saved me THOUSANDS of dollars from the amazing price I received on my trade-in to the huge discounts on the sticker prices for both cars, not to mention their tax knowledge and savings in having purchased a car (one of the two I bought) that would ultimately end up in Texas. Worried about navigating the car paperwork bureaucracy nightmare? Fret not. Jennifer has your back and will keep you out of the DMV gulag. Sarah Lee apparently knows everyone in the auto business, including the best car shipping companies, and will do what it takes to get you into the right vehicle and delivered to your doorstep. Financing? They'll get you squared away and show you your options. My Carlady will even offer advice if torn between models. And if you want the very best car at the absolute lowest price without getting conned and fleeced by a dealership sales agent, then give My Carlady a call. In fact, you would be foolish not to.
