We placed our order at 1:09 and waited in line AT THE FRONT for 20 min before these moronic high schoolers figured out we had a mobile order. 2 warm smoothies after we told them twice it was a pick up order for Christian and instead they thought it was a completely different order and ended up making smoothies that weren't even for us before one of the ding dongs finally used her ears and heard CHRISTIAN. Love using the birthday reward for incompetent people who can't read or use their ears for that matter. 90° in a hot car with a baby because grown women picked the easiest job they could find. Get some retraining in for the love of god. What was even more annoying is once someone figured it out they didn't bother to say sorry or even fix the issue. Absolute worst experience I've ever had at any establishment ever . They locked the doors at 12 PM on a Saturday because they were "too busy," then let people in and refused to take any orders due to too many pickups. No communication, just a line of customers being ignored. Staff was rude and completely unhelpful -- even when asked for a supervisor, they wouldn't respond. In this particular case, we don't have any Tropical Smoothie Cafes in the 50th State. Sigh... Well, it just so happened that my friend, Craig Y. from Southern California, just changed to T-Mobile. (Yay!) We planned to meet at Tropical Smoothie in Las Vegas and get our Free Smoothies together! Parking was free and easy in the shared parking lot. Service was pleasant and efficient. The place was clean and neat - we even took photos with the Instagramable walls! I decided to select a healthy smoothie - Detox Island Green. It's made with spinach, kale, mango, pineapple, banana, and fresh ginger. It was quite challenging to finish, but, I did it! It made me a better person! May 28th at 8:04pm I placed my order, walked over to 7/11 same plaza took me like by 5 mins and when I came back to tropical smoothie there was no employees onsite. After a couple minutes an employee finally showed up, I guess all employees were outside. This is very unprofessional. And to top it off, I ordered a flatbread chicken sandwich they barely even added some chicken. I have been to other locations previously, and I have never ran into this issue before. Just follow the big smoothie sign and you'll find your way to the drive thru. I got the Beach Bum smoothie that has strawberry, banana and chocolate. You get to pick from dark or white chocolate. As someone who lives in Las Vegas, I can say this is my favorite Smoothie shop here. The drinks are delicious, and although I have never had to honor of eating their food, I have had coworkers tell me they're really good! My favorite thing about this place is the customer service. I never feel rushed, they're always polite, and the service is quick. Today I write this because, I don't know who, but a male told me that my drinks were made with love. I thought it was so incredibly sweet and could see he legitimately enjoyed his job. On the ride home my boyfriend and I noticed he had written the same thing on the cup. It's the little things like that that really make great customer service! Plus if you're a taxi driver or work within the little shopping center there you get a discount.
