Each fish was good quality, no sinew. Rice was cooked well Mini toro bowl- comes with seaweed to make DIY hand rolls. The seaweed was crispy and not chewy, which I always look for when it comes to hand rolls. The shiso leaf and radish was a good compliment Potato puree uni- it looked like to would be sweet potato puree, but it tasted like normal potato. The puree itself was plain and needed more flavoring. I think sweet potato puree would go well with this actually. The uni was delicious Kushiyaki- the shiitake was delicious, cooked well and juicy. The meatball was plain, a bit salty, nothing special. Chicken thigh was fine Blue crab hand roll- worst dish in the set. The crab tasted old, it was not nearly as good as the crab in the salmon roll. We didn't finish it. Dessert- scoop of either green tea or sesame flavor. Came a bit melted, flavor was weak.
