The queso was really good and had a little spice to it so it wasn't bland. The vegan tacos were good too, I put salsa on top since it didn't come with a sauce. This place right next to the giant eyeball, and I think the balcony even overlooks the eyeball. This inside is bright and well lit, it has nice cultural art and a bar smack in the middle. Only 2 of 5 people liked and actually finished their meal. Decor-very cool designs and bright colors adorn this place. It has a patio upstairs overlooking the eye ball and the busy street. Nice place inside with lots of seating areas. Service-needs improvement. The manager in charge was kind of a jerk and not very friendly. I had to ask my waiter for water refills multiple times and had ask for my check and waited for the check and for my credit card to be run. Simply not great service. Food-shrimp tacos were good, didn't like the beans or rice. The trio salsa app was good and good size portions. This place didn't satisfy the group and most likely will not be back. read more

The service was good, the manager welcomes you personally on a first visit. It's a nice enough setup inside with a patio upstairs and good ppl watching on the first floor in the secondary room. Where they feel short was the execution of the food and drinks. The menu makes it seem like stuff will be great. However, it's just mid as the Gen Z'rs say. The 2nd sign that it wasn't up to par should have been the chips and salsa. Salsa was fine. Chips reminded me of doritos (cool ranch). The drinks we ordered are seasonal but we didn't enjoy them. The purple Rain had a weird after taste. My drink had too much going on to taste good. Chamoy, mango, lime, coconut, strawberry. My friend sent her drink back and got a regular margarita. Even that tasted off. The tortillas are homemade and are good. The rice and beans were OK. The steak and shrimp fajitas were underseasoned. We're from Houston so this is definitely not our typical quality of mexican food. read more

Amazing time at the bar tonight with my girls. Mike the bartender was so knowledgeable, we came in for drinks and ended up getting full meals because he was so convincing! When we first walked in we were greeted by the sweetest manager, I believe her name was Sydney. She checked up on us every chance she got, seriously in downtown it's so hard to find service like this where the managers really care about your experience. I visited this place about 3 weeks ago and unfortunately I will not be going back again. The food wasn't that great but the service was ok, the server we had wasn't in regular waiter/waitress attire so I'm assuming he could possibly be a relative of the owner. He was super high at the time and unfortunately became really annoying, to me this is a very unprofessional look for a restaurant. I don't understand why we were given him and the other tables on the patio were given an actual waiter/waitress. As stated previously, I don't believe I will be returning to this restaurant, the experience I had wasn't the best. read more
