This little hole in the wall occupies a prime corner in charming downtown Flagstaff. If you come here, save time to explore the shops! We ate an order of delicious meatballs, an arugula orchard salad, and a tuscan sunrise flatbread. All were delicious! But the meatballs deserved some sort of bread to mop up the delicious sauce, so next time we'll add the garlic knots. The cherry tomatoes added a lovely fresh taste to the flatbread. The salad was chock full of delicious crispy walnuts and apples along with cranberries. After a quick walk we topped it off with a delicious banana pudding - 5 bucks for a pretty stingy little cup, though. The staff was friendly and helpful but the music was too loud. This is a new restaurant. My husband and I had lunch here once with friends. My husband and I split two dishes: a Mediterranean Delight flatbread and a Superfood Boost salad. I was especially impressed with all the fun but healthful ingredients in the salad. Both dishes were excellent. We also had unsweetened peach tea and a custom mixture of part diet, part regular Coke. We were offered refills a couple times. The service was very good. You order at the counter and a server brings your food to you. I enjoyed the artistic natural decor. One wall had a fun display of different rolling pins. Another wall had a pretty display of different shapes of new unmarred wood cutting boards. The wall of the ordering counter was decorated a mosaic of 3" diameter round branch slices. This corner restaurant is not huge, so we were glad we got a seat indoors. There is some outdoor seating on Aspen, which has less traffic than San Francisco. We will definitely return to try more selections from the interesting menu. read more
