One of the best urban plates that has us returning. Sheira and Evan were great and we always feel welcomed.

Our FAVORITE casual restaurant for dinner in TO! Healthy and delicious, mostly organic food. I love their grass fed steak, Brussels sprouts & mashed potatoes! The staff are SO nice & professional. Tonite, Sheira at the cash register was so sweet and the cook who brings the food to the table is always friendly & nice. Another terrific visit an another location of Urban Plates. I've said it before and I'll say it again: we need these in Vegas. The food selection is just what I love and it's always tasty. I only get a fix when I'm in SoCal, though. It was my first time at this location and I had what I always have: the grilled grass fed steak plate with mashed potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts with turkey bacon. It's always a satisfying meal and just the right portion sizes. The restaurant itself is very spacious and open. The staff was great and the manager even stopped by to check on us. If I'm in the area again, we'll definitely be back. read more

I always enjoy their CHIMICHURRI GRASS FED STEAK which is their signature grass-fed and grass-finished steak grilled medium rare, drizzled with fresh chimichurri sauce. They also have their OSSO BUCCO which is Australian grass-fed lamb shank slow cooked and served with a mint gremolata and mashed potatoes. The flavors are delicious and will satisfy your taste buds. I placed couple of orders to drop off for thanksgiving meals and I made a mistake on the date on one of them. I came on thanksgiving to pick the last order and they couldn't find it, but after they looked they found out I missed up the date! Instead of turning me away to deal with my problem, the manager (I think his name is Ryan) was soooo awesome and accommodating that he restored thanksgiving for the people I was dropping the order to. This a gem in the neighborhood. While parking nearby can be a little tricky, there's plenty of parking around the mall. The staff here are always friendly and accommodating, and the menu always has something for everyone. I highly recommend the Plate Pass for great savings on top of their reasonable prices. Great food and I love the atmosphere. You can sit and hang for hours talking with friends and they don't make you feel like you have to leave. In fact, a lady named Anahi even checked up on us asking if we needed anything else. I took my 82 yr old mom here, and she wanted to come back with her friends because they had such a large selection of food, everyone could find something they like. Outside dinning is great with heaters and lighting Inside is open They have a new pay at the counter process where you have to pay for your meal and they give you a number and bring it to your table- the tray service is no longer an option. The lemonade is good, I would pass on the cantaloupe mango pineapple. We got the chicken cob with tomatoes but the ranch dressing came in a togo cup ( and not your typical blue cheese dressing) additionally they don't offer blue cheese dressing. Quick, easy & healthy stop for a great bite of food. My favorite is the chimichurri grass fed steak plate - it is so so good and guilt free. They also serve wine & beer here. Enjoyed a glass of sauv blanc over dinner with my girlfriend. Service is quick- you order at the register & your food is brought to you at the table. Decided to give Urban Plates a try. The Moroccan chicken stew had great reviews and since I love Moroccan food I was excited to try it. I made my takeout order which was ready on time, however, the dish had very little chicken. It looked nothing like the photos others have posted. I have a feeling they wouldn't have served this if I was dining in the restaurant. Overall the experience was disappointing.
