Avoid this place at all costs I took my car to USA Auto Shop at 1425 N Boulder Highway in Henderson Nevada 89011 for an oil change and it nearly cost me my life I specifically told them I just want an oil change don't rotate the tires,add air to the tires just a simple oil change apparently at 23.99 they don't make any money and proceeded to sabotage my car I only discovered the problems on drive home. I'm truly lucky that I made it home alive,not seriously injured or injure somebody else on my way home the car was driving erratically and too dangerous to drive back to USA auto shop for inspection I had the car towed at my own expense and took it to a reputable place They discovered that they intentionally loosened my caliper bolt and had no brakes. I really believe that they intentionally did this on purpose with the exor Tati on of bringing it back for some needless expensive repairs. it was a catastrophic failure. I have documentation photos and even filed a police report I strongly urge anyone considering this shop to think twice. a mistake like this isn't just inconvenient...it's life threatening read more

Lazy mechanics, told them to check breaks and they said they did. They said they couldn't find anything wrong with the brakes. 3 days later breaks go out. I wouldn't recommend these clowns. Had to use Lyft like 6 times because of these jokes of mechanics. read more

JOHN(service Mgr) IS A MASTER CON MAN. Don't take his charm to heart cause he will pull a fast one on you. You've have been warned. I won't detail what he said he could do for a certain price but i ended up me paying for services that were not done for way too much. The reviews say it all. They also unplugged my video camera to solidify how dishonest they are. Why wLas it necessary for you to unplug my camera unless you didn't actual do the work? I left a detail of my complaint and no one ever contacted me about it. I promise if you go there you will get ripped off and promised services that actually won't get done. read more

Best Smog Test location in town! I had seen the sign out front of this shop on my way home advertising $9.99 for a smog test. My registration is due next month and I have a lot going on so I stopped in here during my day to get the smog test done early. I was greeted by Mark when I arrived. Mark informed me that his smog technician had just gone to lunch and asked if I could come back later. I returned an hour later, Mark got me in and I went inside to give my information to the super-nice lady inside at the desk(sorry, I didn't catch her name). In all, I was there about 10 minutes and this place has the best price in town! I will come here for smog tests for all of my vehicles in the future. This business is a rip off. They offer a low price for smog and once they lure the person in, that individual is told they have everything under the Sun wrong with their car. They tried to scam me telling me all the different things wrong with my car. I took my car to where I get it serviced and my records was pulled up on my car. I was told there was nothing wrong with my car, since I had especially had it in about two months prior. Too many complaints on Nextdoor app of complaints regarding this business. I feel bad because I originally reviewed the OTHER Boulder shop. I was actually at this location. I took my Kia Optima Hybrid to this location to get a diagnosis for an oil leak on 3/1/21. I was called by the manager and was told I needed my oil pan gasket replaced, intake manifold and oil filter housing replaced and an engine flush. All in all he said it would cost me $1100. I couldn't afford that so my mother-in-law and I went to pick it up. As we were waiting for the car, a mechanic came up to us and told us that NONE of that needed to be repaired and to take it to another mechanic and let them know to check the engine oil dipstick. However, I was still so afraid to take it in to find out it would be way too expensive. Eventually, we took it to Towbin Kia and they diagnosed my car completely different! Turns out the mechanic was RIGHT! The USA manager was trying to upcharge us for repairs that didn't need to be done. The oil pressure switch was leaking. They fixed it for free. My car is perfect now! Please be careful and never trust what a non-mechanic manager tells you. The truth is NOT on their agenda. I am truly grateful for the mechanic that spoke up to let me know. I lost $50 for this FALSE diagnosis by USA Auto. I don't want this horrible experience to happen to anyone else! read more

I have gone here for the past few years for my $9.99 smog check. Always fast and convenient. This time I went in at noon and they were booked up. Told me to come back in an hour or so, but they put me into the system. Came back in an hour or so and big bang, I got smogged. The next morning I brought our second car, but the smog man was not in yet (it was before they officially opened). So I decided to wait since they now have really comfortable chairs. But my wait was short lived and big bang, my second car was smogged and it was on the house because of the wait (which I did not complain about). How is that for customer service? This is by far the worst mechanic experience I have had. I took my car in yesterday for an alignment, my car was noticeably pulling to the right. When I entered the shop explained to them that I need an alignment. No questions asked about what the symptoms of what I was experiencing with the car. I had taken my car in at eight in the morning. They didn't finish until 12 o'clock in the afternoon as soon as I drove it I didn't feel any difference in how it was driving. I figured I'd give it a day to see if what I was feeling was correct. Now today, and still experiencing the same issue I brought it in for yesterday I had called the shop to explain to them that my car is still swerving to the right, so I bring my car back to this shop, not to be put first seeing as I was in here the day before dealing with the same issue, but to be put at the back of the list, with several cars in front of meand to wait an additional three hours until they can get to my car. Once I went to pick up my car they claim the alignment is now fine and there isn't any issues with my tires. I drive it and still the alignment is off. Third day of still having issues with my car I took it to Firestone and they said that the issue is my tires. This has been very, very poor customer service. Don't bring your car here. They don't do good work nor do they offer refunds. read more

this is the first time I have been scammed at an auto repair shop. You hear horror stories like mine and you think that people wouldn't actually do that... but this company does. If i could stand outside with a sign that says "turn back" in order to warn all the other potential customers and victims to please don't allow these people to touch your car. If they have your car and they are telling you that your car can't leave this shop, call a lawyer. They had no legal right to hold my car. i was misinformed byMarcos who was let go following this... he exaggerated a small radiator leak and told me that my car was completely empty of coolant which we came to find out was a lie. He told me I couldn't leave the shop because of a liability and then when I informed him that i had been rear ended two weeks ago he said that there was absolutely no way that this happened from that accident. Turns out that was another fat lie. I was in the process of claiming it to the insurance and working out a rental vehicle and a tow for my car to another shop to be assessed when he misled me into believing that this would not be covered and I would be out of pocket for the tow and rental car and any other expense because It was absolutely not involved in the accident. you can google it. even a low impact rear ending can and will crack your radiator. the manager BOBBY is aggressive and unprofessional. He accused me of yelling and screaming when he was the one getting loud, and then he slammed the shop door so hard the entire building shook. Then he proceeded to go outside and up to my car where my husband, and two toddlers were seated, and yelled at him with profanities about me! Talking badly about me in front of my 3 year old son and 18 month old daughter... I am absolutely enraged with this place. I have contacted the CED, and I am going after their Surety bond so that I can recoup the money they illegally swindled from me. It is called COERCION! PLEASE DON'T LET THIS PLACE WORK ON YOUR CAR! District manager raul shmoozed me to my face and said he'd take care of this and then now hangs up on me and turns his cell phone off. it's insane read more

Worst car service repair shop I have ever been to, totally unprofessional staff, they were extremely rude and condescending. I was also told by their own employee that they sometimes do not complete the work they bill you for. Refuse to call customers, they will ONLY email. I am a member of the U.S. Army. I will do everything in my power to get this establishment on the blacklist of places for service members not to do business with along with contacting the better business bureau. I also have video of their rude behavior and profanity that I will upload. Completely unacceptable to not receive a refund when we had to return our vehicle multiple times for the same issue and issue that put us in harms way driving a vehicle they said they fixed. read more

I came in because I got a mailer coupon for a smog check and I was due. I once again learned you get what you pay for. The "certified" smog tech apparently doesn't know how to input license plates into the system so the first check didn't take. Then she walked off on a break or something without letting anyone else in the shop know where she was going or if my vehicle was even done. Once she finally came back, she finally got it right (with some help). The girl at the front desk was nice and seemed to be on top of stuff, but unfortunately she's not the one fixing your vehicle. This place has not improved since it was Meineke. I would definitely pass, even for something as simple as a smog check. read more
