I had found this spot through Anne Phung's Instagram ... I was gonna be in the OC cause of Disneyland and I thought why not try it out? The last time I got a treatment similar to this was in hk about 9 yrs ago. So I had high expectations and they were met! This place is a gem and I honestly wished I lived in the OC so that I can come here monthly! I made an appt for 430 but I came a little early and they were able to start on my appointment sooner! I got the platinum for 75 mins and I loved every aspect of this service. It included a hair wash & conditioning, Hair steam, facial and basic hair drying. I literally almost fell asleep so many times. I got a massage a few days ago in Hawaii and I thought that scalp massage was good but no, this one was way better. I felt like I was massaged so much that the tension I had for a headache literally went away. I also loved the scalp massage and hair washing, it felt really great and the tea tree really made My scalp tingle in a good way! The facial was amazing I loved the jade roller and the mask they used. I honestly don't know which mask was done but my skin felt smoother and brighter! This place literally is a great treat, if you have the chance definitely check it out! Prices are very decent and for everything that you get, it's so worth it! I'm even debating if I should go one more time before I leave the oc! But next time I'm back in the Oc, I'll definitely come back and get this service again! My friend and I booked the 1 hour 30 minutes Platinum package with blow dry ($115 pp). Not knowing what to expect, I'd say we both left feeling somewhat more relaxed and happy to have tried our first head spa. We got started promptly at our scheduled appointment time. My masseuse was very gentle and made sure the set up was comfortable. There was definitely a lot of head scratching in this experience, and at some point, it felt a little excessive. The scratching was followed by/ mixed with acupressure massages and a cooling scalp treatment. The cooling/ peeling facial was interesting. But my favorite part of the whole experience was the ending shoulder/back massage. My masseuse was quite good at getting to all the sore spots I had. As first timers, I wish the masseuses would be more informative and let us know the steps they are performing. I was honestly too curious to truly relax. The blow dry at the end was a little disappointing especially since they charge an extra $20 for it. It was a simple blow dry, so don't expect blow out hair. I purchased The Treat spa service and did a blow dry add on. The head spa and massage was amazing but the blow dry was the worst experience in my life. They could not do my hair or untangle it. I was greeted by Nikki and she checked me in. The vibe was calm and the place was very clean. I was super relaxed and felt refreshed. I'm a new mom and this was just a little treat for myself. I had a very nice experience the 1st time I visited the spa sometime in 2022. With the exemption of the blow dry, if you are expecting a nice straight hair type of blow dry Vheadspa does not provide that. I've returned two times this year 2023 and the massages were not relaxing at all. It felt rushed and the massage pressure was very hard. I repeatedly told the masseuse ladies to bring down the pressure but on both times it ended up to square one. I kept getting an apology through out the massage, and I still ended up really sore and uncomfortable. Aside of that, the face towel was extremely hot. I was very disappointed. read more

I had a pretty horrible experience. I booked my appointment two weeks in advance, I confirmed the appointment the day before via text twice and was given a response therefore I knew that they knew I was on the books. Even when I got to the appointment it showed on their iPad I did indeed have an appointment. They made me wait for 20 minutes only to find out they had no one to actually to the massage. There were serval woman walking around not working while I laid there waiting for service. I eventually gave up and left. This place is 30 mins away from where I live so I drove 39 mins there 30 mins back with no service . Definitely don't recommend. Also no one speaks English. I took my boo here for his birthday, I booked myself a 60 minute with blowdry and his without blowdry as he is bald. I believe my service with blowdry was about $100 and his $85 with 15% off because of his birthday!! It was so worth every penny! I am so relaxed. They do an oil face/scalp massage and wash your hair with tea tree oil shampoo. I've been needed this since i'm dealing with itchy scalp issues. My itchy scalp is RELIEVED and thanking the head spa gods! They also do a jelly mask, shoulder massages were the cherry on top at the end of the service. Came here for a girl's day with my mom and sister and really enjoyed it! The we were greeted and helped immediately. I really liked the ambiance. It was very quiet, calm and relaxing. We got the 75 min package deal. The head scratches and scalp massage was amazing! The mini facial and massages were a plus. It was soooo relaxing, I fell asleep! Loved coming here for a hair wash and facial. The scents of their products are very aromatherapy. Very clean and apple fruit scent that helped me relax. Head/scalp massage was wonderful. The facial was a great as well. I don't recommend the facial if you have an eyelash lift or eyelash extensions because my lash lift I got 4 weeks prior this service came out a little wonky after the facial. Best to let them know to be gentle with rubbing your lashes or don't rub the eyes at all, if you have an eyelash lift. After your hair and facial is done, they will blow dry your hair to a simple straight look. The service was $85 and I would definitely come back. They also have a stamp card after your 10th service you get one free service. I do recommend coming with a friend or by yourself for an RNR indulgence, you will enjoy it! read more

I had to make an appointment twice for this place. The first time I made it, they texted me while I was already on the way there 15 minutes prior to my appointment time and canceled. The second time I made the appointment and arrived, I was told that my appointment was mixed up where they only had one person scheduled when I booked for two people. Basically I took off one star because of the disorganization of booking the appointments. The treatment itself was amazing. This is my first time getting a head spa treatment. I didn't think I would love it as much as I did and to be honest it melted my anger away from all the frustration caused from the unorganized appointment booking. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and yet 6 people who arrived after me by several minutes were all paid attention to, checked in, and taken back and seen before me for the same time appointment. They kept apologizing finally after I had to complain again, but all the apologies in the world don't fix that you completely ignored me until I was forced to make a big deal about it. I was crying when they finally sat me because I was so done. Waiting for an appointment if everyone else is also having to wait is fine, but I'm the only person who had to wait even though I was there first? I have been there before and the last time I was taken in right away and treated very well. The difference that time is I was with my Vietnamese husband and this time I was a hispanic woman alone. I wish it wasn't racial, but as someone who is married into an Asian family, I know that it very well could be. The massage itself was fine, only thing I will say about it is that she matted my hair by rubbing it together a lot and I have curly hair, so I'm sure she caused some breakage after brushing out the matted hair she created. read more

I paid for 3 people. There's only one license in store. They said all techs were licensed, then sent me licenses with numbers blacked out. I got 1/3 refund, but I'd rather have my wasted time back. The massage felt good as they massage the face, head/scalp and neck, I mean who doesn't like a good head massage. I read a few comments here about the water splashing their face as they got their hair washed but I did not expect that they will literally splash my face to rinse off the oil and soap they used on my face. I'm not sure how long they steamed my head for because I only felt the steam a few seconds and didn't feel anything hot on my head anymore while I had the cap on. I opted for an additional $10 for 10 minutes of shoulder massage and that was a great addition and a great way to end the spa experience. Overall, it's a nice place to go to treat yourself.
