Beef croissant & creme brulee topped coffee.

Are you looking for an explosion of flavor in your mouth, look no further!!! I will be returning to enjoy their yummy coffee and sandwich again very soon! Had the coffee with a creme brulee topping and the Beef croissant. Out of thie world flavors. The coffee was so good, but the star of the show was the juicy beef sandwich! A+++

First Visit To Viland Coffee!! Located Busy Plaza In Westminster!! Popular Cafe Specialising In Traditional Vietnamese Coffee, Matchas & Beignets!! Relaxed Atmosphere, Nice Decor & Friendly Staff!! Lots Of Coffee Drinks, lattes, Blended, Refreshers & Pastries To Choose From!! Ordered The Ube Matcha Latte, 50% Sweet, Togo!! Line & Service Was Quick & Efficient!! Will Return If In The Area Again!! ThankU

With so many coffee shops, how does Viland stand out? They have good prices (also run a lot of bogos), serve beignets, and have a ton of drinks options. I came in knowing I wanted the double strawberry matcha, which did not dissapoint, but I left hooked on their drip latte. I'd describe the drip latte as the perfect embodiment of a strong cafe sua da!

This coffee & tea shop is a good place to hang out and study as there are a fair amount of tables, with pretty good and reasonably priced drinks. My drink came out in good time too. I tried their new coconut matcha. It was less than $7, which is a "steal" nowadays. The coconut water was good and the matcha foam was too. I got the foam at half sweet and I think that it was a good middle between maintaining matcha's bitterness and having some sweetness. Unfortunately, my low rating is due to their sanitation. I went to use the restroom, where they were out of soap. I let a worker know . I studied here for a few more hours then went to use the restroom once more before I left. The soap dispenser was now full but barely worked and what came out did not lather. This is because they had replaced the soap dispenser with hand sanitizer. Very unsanitary for it to not be real soap and then considering some of the workers probably wash their hands here then prepare food and drink.

Tofu Matcha and Matcha Oat Latte

Highly recommend the tofu matcha latte. Very refreshing, not too dense, not too sweet, and silkier than an egg pudding. There was a line when we went on a saturday afternoon, but it moved pretty quickly. Pretty busy (lots of students and friends/family gathered) but we were able to find a table pretty easily. All matchas also come with oat milk which is nice (no extra charge for alt milk). Curious to try their tofu desserts as well.

Everytime, I drive by this location, the line is always long and out the door. This is a nice modern matcha and coffee spot. They serve delicious pastries, sandwiches, and merch items. Ordered: Honey Chrysanthemum Tea - 50% sweet & 50% Ice --- $6.00 This floral iced tea was super refreshing with basil seeds and touch of honey. Beignets - $.75 - It was fresh, fluffy and delicious treat. Patechaud - $2.75 -Ground pork savory pastry to go. The flavor was good. Avocado Blended Coffee --- $6.00 It was interesting to drink creamy avocado mixed into their special Vietnamese phin coffee. It was good strong coffee drink. Good service and friendly staff. Perfect for a group hangout, study, and work telecommute. Plenty of parking in the shopping center.

Busy little cafe! They have beautiful pastries but we didn't order any since we came straight from dinner and were all stuffed. So maybe next time! Everyone was happy with their drink orders. Since they were busy there was a bit of a wait for ours since we were a big group.

Being the coffee addict/lover that I am, I've been waiting to try Viland Coffee for some time, but the wait was always too long or I was just not in the area. Lemme tell ya now tho..the hype is legit. On this Friday afternoon, I happened to be lunchin' w/ my mums in the same plaza at the new Mai Phat Mi Gia 2 and was craving a mid-day pick-me up, so we stopped by. Located in the heart of Little Saigon on Bolsa Ave, facing outwards towards the street & Bolsa Mini mall, Viland is a cute & quaint coffee shop ~ serving up your traditional Viet coffees & matcha drinks, but with modern twists. There is plenty of seating & tables inside and the modern decor is inviting for the perfect coffee date, catching up w/ friends, studying, or even a quick stop to satisfy your coffee cravings (like me!). You order at the counter and/or on their touch-screen monitor (by the front entrance), then you are given a buzzer to await for your order at the pick-up counter. The staff was friendly & very efficient. They had an extensive menu featuring specialty drinks, fresh pastries, and light bites. Both my mumsy & I opt'd to try the young coconut blended coffee cuz I've been in my coconut era lately. Lol It was $6 for a 16 oz..so decently priced. It's very reminiscent to a frap with yummy young coconut blended bits found within. The coffee was strong, but once mixed well w/ the coconut, the flavors married perfectly and it was very balanced. At times, I wished for a bit more coffee hit, but it was actually just refreshing enough to end our lunch date. Both my mom & I loved our coffees (and let me tell ya, she's a hard critic to please) and would definitely come back to try the many other drink offerings. I was super bummed that the beignets sold out already (mind you, we stopped by about 1:30 pm on a Friday)..so it must have been good. :( Darn, next time! Total RxFoodie recommend!!!

Viland Coffee - Vietnamese coffee topped w/ creme brulee foam
    Long T.

Good coffee. Service good. Small modern place. Came here on a Monday and it seemed a bit short-staffed, so there was a bit of a wait, but the service was still friendly and solid. I finally decided to try it since I pass by all the time on Bolsa Avenue (it's hard to miss). Parking was easy, just find a spot in the lot and walk over. The space is clean and modern, though a bit small for hanging out compared to Da Vien across the street. I got the Viland Coffee (Vietnamese coffee with creme brulee foam), and it was pretty good, definitely something I'd order again... after trying a few other items on their menu. Overall, would recommend!

Decided to drop in during the day on weekday and can confirm no wait. However, be forewarned this place gets poppin off-work hours! The Pandan Matcha Latte was good. Make sure to really stir it up to get the best taste. Came out promptly. The Flan Cheesecake was divine. If you love both desserts, this is a great hybrid. Would get this again! Overall, this is a cute spot but not worth the long wait (unless that's just your thing).

    Beignets
    Nikki M.

This place was super packed with line out the door. Interior is very small and barely any tables so be prepared to stand. Decor was modern and very cute. We ordered the coffee and sandwich combo for $11.50. The coffee was pretty good but wish it was stronger. The beef croissant was packed with meat and super flavorful. Also got an order of beignets which came out fresh from the oven. It was pillowy fluffy and hot. My daughter loved it. This place is worth the hype!

Uji Matcha Tofu - the most unique drink of the menu imo! The tofu is silky and lightly sweet
    Tiffany P.

This spot redeemed itself with the Uji Matcha Tofu! The silky texture and light sweetness of the tofu pair surprisingly well with the matcha. It's both unique and yummy ~ Honey Chrysanthemum Tea: Light, refreshing, fun bites of basil seeds. Pandan Coffee Latte: Not bad! Coffee overpowered the taste of pandan. Service and quality control can be a hit or miss. One of the coffee drinks was not filled, and the worker reluctantly filled the empty space between the ice. If someone pays the full amount for a full cup, why is there any hesitation and attitude in making sure the customer properly receives what they paid for? The shop itself is on the smaller side, so seating can feel a bit cramped, and it's often crowded. The decor is cute though! One thing I'd probably skip next time is the beignets. They might be better fresh or warmed up, but when I've had them, they've tasted a bit stale and didn't live up to the rest of the menu. If you're looking to try something a little different and memorable, I highly recommend their Uji Matcha Tofu!

Viland Coffee with creme brulee & mini croissant (left) and young coconut matcha (right)
    Alice W.

Adorable cafe specializing in Vietnamese coffee & matcha! Space is small and inviting, great vibe to catch up with friends or get work done. Windowside bar seating with outlets to work or several 2-4 seat tables for chilling. Great place for all ages - I saw all generations enjoying themselves. Their signature Viland Coffee kinda cool, Vietnamese coffee with creme brulee on top, and you can get a mini croissant add-on for a nice and aesthetic snack. Love the variety of matcha options as well, especially coconut to make me feel SLIGHTLY healthier with all the sweet and syrup-y items on the menu. And last but not least, WOW the beignets! They come out WARM, fresh, and airy! They were bigger pieces than I expected, and so nice to pair with the matcha. MUST GET SOME!

The interior is quite spacious, with vibrant yellow and green chairs that create a cozy atmosphere reminiscent of a Vietnamese café. We ordered the Mango Chè and Thai Chè. The Mango Chè leaned more toward a smooth mango purée with fewer fresh mango cubes than expected, while the Thai Chè was exactly what I had hoped for. One thoughtful touch was the presentation--the ice was served separately, allowing the dessert portion to remain generous without being diluted or taking up space in the bowl. The only downside was the seating area along the side wall. Several of the seat cushions appeared quite worn and noticeably dirty, which detracted from the overall dining experience. It was beautifully presented and had a delicate floral flavor that was both unique and refreshing. You can tell that a lot of thought goes into both the taste and presentation of the drinks. The dessert display was equally impressive. The cake case was filled with a variety of beautiful, aesthetic-looking cakes and pastries that immediately caught my attention. Everything looked carefully crafted and almost too pretty to eat. Even if you're not planning on ordering dessert, it's worth taking a look at the display because it's truly eye-catching. The corn cream was perfect in the optimization of corn flavor(need to steal the recipe). The little corn is a white chocolate that was drowning by the time I took the picutre hehe oops. Their coffee has a little bit of an acidity to it, but once mixed the coffee will overpower the corn a bit. I also tried the jasmine yuzu which had a light yuzu kick to the tea. They were out of original plain salt bread by the afternoon, but did do a light restock of flavored ones. The good thing is, they don't fill the inside of the bread with stuff so its the same thing with a touch of topping. We got the bacon scallion salt bread. If you have seen salt bread recipe videos, it is exactly like that. Not light like other bakerys, it has a oily thick crust on the bottom that lowkey (highkey) would make a great pairing with melted cheese and like.. as a pizza yum.. or like a grilled corn cheese.. or sweet corn.... i just like corn.
