Visited for the first time a few weeks ago and sat at Smokey Joe's Bar area (traditional bar/dark woods). We were able to find seats right away since it wasn't crowded. We were glad the bar area was more casual, although there wasn't really much of a cocktail or beer selection. We assumed the charcoal chili chicken wings were spicy because of the name but we were wrong. Nothing on the menu was really catching my eye so I ordered the prime rib/queen cut. First time at Weber Grill and it was SO good. My family decided to come for a birthday dinner and it was about 12 of us. For a party of 12, the service was spectacular!! Our server came out quick, got our appetizers and drinks out fast, took our dinner orders, and even those came out not long after the appetizers. Honestly, we ordered so much food and none of us complained about a single thing. For appetizers we had the ribs, egg rolls, crab cakes, and some other items I can't recall (but everything was sooo tasty, especially those ribs and egg rolls!) For dinner we all had steaks, ribs, chicken, salmon, baked potatoes, and my kids had chicken tenders and even the kids food was amazing to them! Second time going , First time nothing special . So went back to give it another shot again . For the money you would think it could be better quality and or presentation. But more then that was the service...had to track him down to get waters , wine and then condiments . The final 20 minute wait was for the bill also had to find him . Wasn't crowded and we couldn't figure out how he was not on top of it ...would have drank more and ordered dessert too but he didn't ask so the 450 dollar bill stayed that .... We went to a Weber Grill in Indianapolis and the food did not disappoint there- here the same - the Baby back ribs were delicious! Falling off the bone. I'm not a fan of ribs but these were the best. We had the salmon- and it was ok- the piece of salmon was small for the price. I won't be reordering the salmon. The meatloaf was delicious! So from my standpoint order beef or ribs or the chicken dishes they do a fabulous job with them. Our server was very attentive and friendly. We chose Weber Grill for a special birthday celebration. Unfortunately we were not off to a good start when trying to place orders . Our guest of honor was unable to get Prime Rib as we were told by our server that they ran out of and only had possibly a well done one left. Our reservation was for dinner at 7:30 and I don't think we were unreasonable to expect items listed specifically available for Friday , Saturday and Sunday dinner only and we were there on a Saturday . Nowhere on the menu does it state that Prime Rib is available only until they run out of them . It caused an upset to our party as this was major reason why we choose this place for our celebration. I guess Sunday guests will have to go by without Prime Rib as well since restaurant ran out of them on Saturday . Overall other items we ordered were good . We enjoyed a chicken piccata, hamburger , chopped salad and mac &cheese . Our waiter forgot the drink order and that's how our night ended , somewhat on a sad note , just like it started . This location was often. I went at 5PM and there was no wait and plenty of room for others. The interior is very nice and each table feels intimate. It's a little more on the expensive side but the portions are big so I think it is worth it. The food is extremely flavorful and it comes very saucy which I personally like but if you do not, definitely mention that to the waiter upfront. You smell the smoke from the open grills when you walk in the door. I have seen this restaurant featured on several TV Food shows and always wanted to visit. Luckily, my hotel was nearby so I jumped at the chance to get a meal cooked on Weber Grills. I was quickly seated and my drink order was taken. The menu and nightly specials were explained and I started to ponder what I wanted. I down-selected to the meat loaf and I was not disappointed. A basket of pretzel rolls with two types of butter were brought to the table while waiting on the main course. Three large pieces of meat loaf with visible grill marks were served with mashed potatoes and baked beans. Also, a piece of sweet corn bread accompanied the main dish. The meat loaf was thick and covered a tangy BBQ-like sauce. The mashed potatoes contained the red skins and were very good. The baked beans were chunky with meat and a thick sauce and were excellent. Molly, my server, was very good and answered my menu questions and kept my soft drink glass full through my dinner. My ticket was $22.83 before tip. A few weeks ago, I had called this location to inquire about something on my Weber Grill Rewards account. There was an issue with the hostess I spoke with over the phone; however, I won't get into that in this review because that is NOT the purpose of my review. As you can see from the five stars, this review is due to the way George and staff handled the situation. I am very grateful to him for the first-class and very professional remediation. He listened attentively and made sure I felt validated and heard. Not too many restaurants treat their customers with that kind of respect anymore, so I am very happy to experience the professional way George addressed my issue. I haven't been to Weber Grill in over 15 years. I decided to celebrate a special occasion with my family last tonight, but unfortunately things didn't go as planned. The service was slow as our waitress wasn't attentive as I would of liked. The wait time to get our main entrees took way too long. The kitchen messed up the cooking of two different steak types. There was no way I was waiting another 20-30 minutes to cook another steak. I just ate my over cooked and charred edge steak. My wife at this point lost her appetite and didn't eat. I thought the waitress could have shown more empathy or have a manager come to our table to acknowledge and rectify the matter better. Lastly, I know food prices have gone up, but the portion sizes that were served do not justify how expensive this restaurant has gotten. Never again as there are so many better restaurant options in the area. read more

Food--okay--nothing amazing, nothing terrible. A little greasy/heavy. We got the Brussels sprouts as an appetizer/side and they are "crispy" which I guess is code for fried. Drinks--good. Covid precautions--while all the staff are wearing masks--the bar area is SUPER crowded, like there is no limitation on number of people, and of course none of the patrons are masked. Haven't been here in a few years and was craving it. A friend and I went after a show. Smell from the grills was missing when you walked in. Service was great, food was o.k. I ordered the pork chops, which were dry, the broccolini, green bean almondine, and sauteed spinach were all blanched and not fully cooked. The surprising star of the show was the meatloaf! Strange to think, but that was absolutely amazing! We shared the bourbon blueberry sundae, and it was fantastic (but could do without the blueberry cake on the bottom) - Would definitely come back for the meatloaf alone. read more
