Thumbs down is how their bacon comes..

One star only because the girl with glasses kept wiping her mouth with gloves on.... It was gross to see...... and the fries.... I could smell that they were undercooked as soon as I got the bag lol had to air fry them at home they were extremely oily!!!!!!!!!! Idk this sandwich place had always been questionable to me, my bf likes it..... the bacon was baaad... had to air fry it .. I'll add a picture here... thumbs up is after air frying it ......... burnt but better than what they give ... this entire sandwich was a waste of money because it made me throw up anyway. I'd rather have jersey mikes.

Service just Okay... ordered to go with a few of my friends. Our first time at this location. Ordered online via their website and it was stated online that they open at 11:00am but when we submitted the order; it said they open at 11:30am that day and the order will be ready by 11:45 AM. Arrived and the food was still not ready; so waited a bit. We had the Wicked which consisted of five meats and three cheeses. You can choose three cheese, up to 20 toppings & condiments (great deal!) The food is mediocre, it did not taste great nor bad. Just okay. The price was decent but I would not return again. Pro: up to 20 topping and condiments, decent price for sandwiches. Cons: order took a while (it was not busy inside the shop) and weren't attentive

As far as sandwich chains in Cali go, this one is my favorite. The sandwich to get is the Muffuletta! The olive spread on it and the oil and vinegar just light Italian sandwich on fire. Absolutely love their hot peppers too. Bread was perfect, just an all around delicious grab. Their ordering system is the best. Grab a bag, check what you want and boom. Always comes out perfect. This location has a super friendly staff and it was very clean.

Now, I'm not one to brag about myself, but I like to think I'm somewhat of a sandwich connoisseur....so take my word for it when I say, GoshDarn! This was delicious! As someone who had a couple bean burritos for breakfast, some wetzel pretzel as a snack, a lil Gelato as a sweet treat and 4 pork potstickers to keep me going as we braved the San Diego Zoo (during a PEAK field trip week, might I add), I was looking for something on the lighter side for a late lunch! Which Which did not disappoint. IN FACT! I would say the kind woman who helped us and created our masterpieces, is the reason I am still smiling now! As I look back and think about my iconic wrap, I wonder why other sandwich shops are so mediocre. That question will sit unanswered, but regardless, the sandwich artist who helped us today deserves a raise! Thank you Which Which! We will be Back Back! P.S. : Very clean establishment and wonderful ambience!

UPDATE* Finally received my refund after a week of calling in and trying to reach the manager again. I'm glad I got my refund but very disappointed in this business overall service and what they put out. Still would not recommend spending your money here.

Overall good sandwich. Smaller than I expected, but taste was exactly what I was looking for. Fries could have used some more salt, but not too bad.

    The Wicked 5/5

What a difference a location makes! I was erroneous? thinking this sandwich chain was the same everywhere when I had only been to the one close to home. Big mistake. Night and day difference. I'll always come here instead now. I've been twice now and they crank out a consistently good product. I like the Wicked and the Caprese the most. Now, you might laugh, scoff, and dismiss the 5 stars for a "chain" sandwich shop. And think, this ain't right...It's ok. (I once had to ask an old timer when I worked at NASSCO why his hard hat said "DILLIGAF" under his name.. If YOU don't know, send me a message and I'll gladly tell you what it is.) Say what you will, but if they are doing everything right and to their potential- it is 5 stars. In their world, perfection. In other high end sandwich delis, maybe not but also not fair to compare the two. Just take the time to read a few of our own awesome manager's(Brad B.) reviews. He knows. Panda Express, Subway, Jack in the Box, etc. I review those places too!! Bottom line, the sandwiches are great with the customization that you check off on the bag with basically free unlimited toppings except for things like bacon and avocado. They even have an olive tapenade spread that is bombastic. Free. They get it right every time, and now I drive several miles out of the way when the craving hits!

Wicked. The most expensive miniature sandwich in town.

The latte was good, and my friend bought a kitchen sink type cookie with chocolate, coconut, and macadamia nuts. It was warm and gooey good! Another friend tried the gelato and said it was very good. The decor and tables definitely gives you an old school Italian neighborhood vibe with Italian markets right next door. Pizza was good, but soggy in the middle. The pasta was good, no complaints there. The sandwich was very lacking in the meat department... It was basically a bread and arugula sandwich. Had very low expectations for the gelato to begin with seeing as the colors were extremely unnatural and the way it was heaped was a clear indication to me that it is not legitimate gelato and unfortunately, I was proven very right. I got the strawberry so that my toddler could have a few few bites and it was so unnatural and weird tasting that she didn't even want any... And if that doesn't say something! My husband got the coffee flavor and he literally took three bites and threw it away as well. I will say, though, on the food front, the prices are reasonable here all things considered, but maybe stick with pasta... based on everything As a whole though, you can likely get a much more legitimate Italian meal somewhere else in the area, but it will probably cost you more.

So we decided on Nonna's for their variety of pastas and pizza. The evening was packed with people up and down the streets. We thought most italian places would provide some sort of complimentary bread, but this place did not. We ended up ordering the Carbonara, Fusilli Alla Vodka, Pappardelle, and Salsiccia pizza. Each were fantastic, but the family really enjoyed the Fusilli and the Pappardelle the most! The short rib meat was extremely tender and flavorful. Portions were a little smaller than expected, but it was enough to feed each of us with a couple slices of pizza to spare. Ambiance was nice and the staff was great.
