If you're someone who loves head scratches, this is literally 1.5 hours of you laying in heaven. I am so grateful that Cindy is an esthetician who are knowledgeable about what she do and want the best for her clients. Cindy informed me on everything that was happening and all the products she used smelled amazing and made my scalp feel fresh and new. Let me explain all the beauties of this treatment! You start off by taking your shirt off afterwards and put on a robe before getting on the bed. She then starts off with a forehead, temple, neck, and shoulder massage. After that's finished, she puts on a heated eye mask and then begins all the hair things. My hair was washed with OLAPLEX shampoo about 2x, and throughout it all she is massaging my head nonstop. I love the head massage the most! There is a water ring around your head that waterfalls on vou to rinse vour hair multiple times as well. She also uses a head scratcher which gave me so many tingles! The treatment finishes off by washing your neck and shoulders. She ends it by using a DYSON SUPERSONIC HAIR DRYER to blow drying my hair. My scalp felt sooo clean and my hair was so soft. I LOVED it. Usually my hair gets oily after a day, but after she washed it my hair was silky and shiny for almost 2-3 days!! Being treated like that in front of my daughter and the entire salon was completely unacceptable. If you want a salon that welcomes feedback and values its customers, I'd look elsewhere.

March 2022 I came in for a full set and got my nails done by a nail tech I had never seen before. And she immediately started working on my nails without asking what I wanted. She finally asked, and I showed her a picture I will post below. And I explained that I wanted exactly the same colors and style. She said okay. And proceeded to do my nails. They were supposed to be a rounded French tip. But she botched them so I told her to just do a triangle style. (No idea what the proper term is.) She botched that as well. And the glitter I said I wanted black. And she did blue. I thought maybe I should trust the process, and perhaps she would change it. But nope! She sealed the polish and left as is. I pointed to the glitter and stated that wasn't what I wanted. She said it was "pretty" and smiled. Language barrier made it difficult to get my point across. I was completely dissatisfied. I had thought I found a new nail place. Will think twice before coming back. UPDATE: May 2022 Gave them another shot. Got a similar set done by Tu, she did a good job. I specifically requested her upon my arrival. As she had done a good job my first time. My mom got a set done by another tech. And it chipped the day after. She also wanted the French tip higher. And although she went back and forth with the girl. She didn't seem to understand. My recommendation would be to ask for Tu. If I go back, I will only get my nails done by her. The rest of the techs lack experience and a steady hand. They also seem to want to get the set done as fast as possible, and don't seem to be concerned with whether you are happy with the end result. Unlike Tu. 2 stars only because Tu herself does a great job. read more

Winchester Nails has been doing my nails for the past year and I am never spending my nail money anywhere else! Gel X has been really great for my nails from the price to the application. I love how the gel x glues on to your whole nail bed and not just the tip, which makes them last way longer, plus your nail is not damaged when they come off! Winchester Nails always makes me leave LOVING my nails, and most importantly makes me feel comfortable to tell her what looks good to me and what doesn't! With a busy salon, they accommodated us promptly and warmly. My daughters and I opted for various nail services--two new full sets featuring cat-eye, and other designs, along with regular gel nail manicure. I've been working here for a while, and the owner insists that we reuse tools like nail files, buffers, and heel scrubbers; I'm actually more worried about the risk of spreading nail fungus by reusing these items between clients than I am about the paraffin wax. The owner is also greedy enough to skim 20% off the tips meant for the technicians. They are completely unethical--constantly verbally abusing the staff and badmouthing customers behind their backs.i fell so bad for customer coming this mail place. read more

Went here for pedicures for my boyfriend and I. He loved his and had a positive experience. I wished I could say the same. The lady who worked on my pedicures unfortunately cut my toe pretty bad. It was bleeding and she didn't even notice until I pointed it out. This is usually understandable for me because it happens, but the cut was so deep and hurt for two days after this. She was very apologetic and kind, so I would love to give them the benefit of the doubt and maybe come back sometime. read more

There was only one nail tech working, another customer already waiting, and no one even bothered to check my appointment. I was just asked what I wanted and told to sit down. That alone told me everything. I waited about 15 minutes before being seen. The pedicure itself was fine, but while I was sitting there, more and more people kept coming in even though existing clients were not finished. It was obvious they were overbooking. After my pedicure, which was not even completed since my toes were not painted yet, I was told to wait another 25 minutes. At that point it was already close to noon. I left briefly to grab coffee and came back at 12:35 PM. They still were not ready. I ended up waiting about an hour, not the 25 minutes I was told. My 10:30 AM appointment did not end until 2:00 PM. That is 3.5 hours. I even told them to skip painting my nails just so I could leave sooner, and it still took that long. At checkout, I said I would not be paying full price due to the excessive wait. One staff member was apologetic, but another stepped in and insisted I pay full price, clearly annoyed that I even asked for a discount. Only after pushing back did they take 10 dollars off. I paid 105 dollars for a 3.5 hour appointment that was not even fully completed. This place is disorganized, overbooks aggressively, and does not respect customers' time. A 10 dollar discount for this experience is honestly insulting. Would not come back. Would not recommend.

I do not recommend this salon…read more It may have a fancy name, but my experience suggested a lack of training and attention to detail. I came in for a pedicure with regular polish and a gel manicure. The pedicure was mediocre but acceptable, but the manicure was a complete disaster. During the manicure, the technician cut my finger so badly that it wouldn't stop bleeding. She became visibly flustered, wasn't wearing gloves, and my blood ended up all over her fingers. It was unsanitary and incredibly uncomfortable. The quality of the manicure itself was terrible. My nails were filed into uneven, lopsided shapes that weren't symmetrical. She then proceeded with my gel manicure but skipped several of the basic prep steps that are essential for proper gel application. I get gel manicures regularly, so I know the process, and she completely missed some of the key steps. The polish application was also poor. It was so thin that you could still see my natural nails through it. I had to ask them to redo the manicure, which turned my appointment into a nearly two-hour ordeal. When I tried to bring my concerns to the staff, no one seemed to understand me--or they pretended not to. I eventually gave up trying to explain. At checkout, they took a little over $10 off my bill. At the time I accepted it, but after telling my husband everything that had happened, we both agreed the discount didn't come close to making up for the experience. A few days later the gel manicure peeled off in one piece, which is a clear sign it wasn't applied correctly. Then, a couple weeks later I went to a different salon for a pedicure. Since I thought I had regular polish on my toes, they started trying to remove it with regular nail polish remover. That's when we discovered it wasn't regular polish at all--it was gel. I never asked for gel on my toes. Not only had they applied the wrong service, but it had also been applied incorrectly. I ended up having to pay an additional $5 just to have the unexpected gel removed before my pedicure could begin. Between being cut until I bled, the uneven nail shaping, the poorly applied gel manicure, being given gel on my toes instead of the regular polish I requested, the extra time, and having to spend even more money to fix their mistake, this was easily one of the worst salon experiences I've had. I won't be returning and cannot recommend this salon.

What was suppose to be just a mani pedi turned into a whole spa day for her. Kathy the owner is such a nice woman who offered her a scalp treatment that also comes with a facial. My sister could not say no since we keep trying ro find places that offer scalp treatment. So she ended up adding the service. I saw her after and she looked so refreshed and rejuvenated. Well my sister surprised me with buying me a scalp treatment/facial the next day. :) I got to the business a little early. The lady Phong was very nice and asked if I needed a mani or pedi. I ended up getting my gel pedi removed lol. She had some time so they fit me in and added this. Phong was very gentle and at the end gave me a 5 minute foot massage. Thank you Phong. Next they took me to the room where Kathy did the scalp treatment and facial. She played some relaxing music and omg the massage and everything she did felt so amazing. I rarely get facials so this was much needed for me. Can't thank them enough as well as the business. If you are in the area you should check them out. I hope to be back again.
