I love World Wrapps. Back when I attended mission college it was my go to lunch spot. Clearly when I saw they opened up in the pruneyard I was so excited! I've been a few times and it's always consistent. Quick and Friendly service! Today was no different and the manager absolutely made my day! My go to is the Thai Chicken Wrapp - Grilled Chicken, Sushi Rice, Cucumber, Rainbow Slaw, Scallion, Crispy Shallot, Sesame Seeds, Peanut Sauce, Supergreen Flatbread The coolest part is all their flatbread wraps are made to order! And every ingredient is fresh and has the perfect crunch. And the peanut sauce is my favorite. Now, when they ask you if you want to try one of their house made juices... the answer is yes. Placing online order was fast and easy; food was ready ten minutes earlier than the expected time of 30-40 minutes. Ordered Argentina chimichurri wrap, 2 satay chicken wraps and Tikka Masala wrap. Cons: Satay chicken wrap had sauce that dripped out of the wrap like a leaky faucet. Rice paper was a bit slippery (almost soggy) and hard to grip when eating. Unfortunately, the wrap was not cut in half which made it bulky to eat neatly. Other wraps seemed to be a little wetter than you'd expect a wrap to be. Was hoping to really like eating at this location since it is in a great spot. However, in comparison to a prior experience at the Palo Alto branch a couple of years ago, this new location in Pruneyard isn't what I expected. I was in the Pruneyard area and needed a quick bite to eat so I yelped places bear by and found this. I have always wanted to try sushi burritos style food and this was the perfect time to try it. I got the salmon samurai and it was really good. It wasn't too spicy. However, because I took it to go and didn't get a chance to eat it until an hour or so later, by the time I ate it, it was a bit soggy. Where to start. I'm always looking for a wholesome, healthy, but delicious spot. It's obvious this is a place where everything is made from scratch-no doubt about it. The food is delicious, the portions are huge (they don't skimp)!!! So much so that my husband and I asked each other "how are they making money?" We wrote that pleased. This reminds me of Aquis Cal Mex different flare but similar vibe. My hubby and and I love to have a date night here and then hop over to one of the next door spots/bars for a summer drink. Just noticed this location opened up in the Pruneyard so I had to try it out. Their menu is super diverse, as the name implies it's a bunch of different wraps but that also includes sushi wraps. I had the Korean BBQ steak wrap and it was pretty good. It was a tad on the spicy side especially the last bite that had the majority of the sauce that settled at the bottom. I would come back and try something different. The Chicken Tikka wrap sounds good and they also have a fair amount of vegetarian and vegan options read more

5 stars, food comes out looking like art and is an absolute healthy delight. both plates were scraped clean it is satisfying to eat out of a real plate with real fork, even the staff are like real servers prebussing plates and checking in that the food tastes great, even tho you order at the counter and take a number so the food finds you. I have enjoyed eating here maybe.. 5 or 6 times and each time is consistently good with all the various plates ordered. seating to look out the windows is nice - my only concern is that it's never too busy when i eat here, so even though i enjoy the quiet ambiance with great music for a complete feel-good vibe, i wonder if enough people know how awesome World Wraps is! read more

The restaurant name says it all. You can get a bowl, wrap, or salad from various different cuisines around the world, like Argentina, Japan, Korea, India, Italy, etc. The only point of criticism I'll mention is: if you opt for a wrap, it won't be made with love. Meaning: anyone who eats a wrap or a sandwich knows, you want to lovingly distribute all ingredients evenly, so the item plays as one delicious homogenous bite, with every flavor properly osmosed throughout. World Wrapps jams their wraps unevenly with one wad of ingredient smashed against another, but never integrated. It plays like a sushi roll, but on a much larger scale. So, while it's aesthetically pleasing to look at, the end result is, there are bites where I only get meat. Then there are bites where I only get carrot. And so on and so forth. Ideally, I'd like to be able to get an even bite with every ingredient accounted for. But that one, single criticism aside, we love World Wrapps and we'll continue to patronize them for their delicious food and friendly service. read more

This World Wrapps is in the back of the Pruneyard, to the left of Asian Box, near the movie theater. I say that as it's hard to find it from Bascom Avenue parking lot and my iPhone gps didn't show the location properly. I was wandering around for quite awhile looking for it (and as I did I noticed that the Pruneyard has developed into quite a dynamic scene, the locus of an active, festive atmosphere on a Friday afternoon). Same great menu and execution as the Palo Alto cafe. It may take a little time for the staff to familiarize themselves with the operation but the food is up to par. I would love to try more things on the menu but I'm so hooked on the Saigon Salmon Salad and Furikake Salmon Rice Bowl that I can't move past those, have to order one every time. Such delicious healthy entrees and despite its clunky name, I wish World Wrapps the success of Chipotle as I'd love to be able to go to one anywhere, to find one in an airport while traveling and the like. I'm really happy they opened one in Campbell and my next suggestion for the World Wrapps team is please come south to Santa Cruz! read more

I feel bad that the Campbell location is always super dead, and I figured they deserve more positive reviews! Every time I've either been here or walked past to go somewhere else in the pruneyard, the restaurant is super empty. I wish they would get more customers because I don't want this place to close! There are lots of healthy options to choose from, and for me being a gluten free person, lots of bowls I can eat. Last night I tried their new paella bowl and it was so good! It had shrimp, chicken, and sausage over rice and veggies for $14 once tax and living wage fee was added. $14 for something containing 3 proteins including shrimp is really difficult to find these days. I do wish you could customize your order more on their website. For example, you can order extra protein, but can't ask to remove ingredients from the paella bowl. That could potentially detract from people ordering online, and the location is definitely not too busy for the employees to make these special changes to specific orders. That minor complaint aside, I really enjoyed my bowl and I hope they keep the paella option around, and at that price. I'll definitely be back to try it again. read more

I personally got the Hawaiian Poke wrap and my fiancé got the Mexican Griddled wrap. I think overall, like a few other reviews have mentioned, but they make wraps on the saltier side but it was good! Now I personally don't like as much sauce or as much salt so it's good to know they don't skimp to begin with. The workers are also super friendly!
