Great food for the price. We got three different wraps and they all hac unique flavors and interesting ingredients. The fries were made to order and came piping hot with my choice of sauce. The people were fine. There is plenty of seating, but a lot of tables were still dirty. It was very solid.

This is a cute little spot in the Pruneyard that I have been to a couple of times now. Went in today and the service was fast, friendly, and included a discount for wearing green on St. Patrick's Day ! I had the tikka masala bowl, which was flavorful (but lacked even a hint of spice). The concept is a good one, if you think of the flavors as being inspired by their namesake, rather than expecting too much authenticity. Once you do this, it's easier to appreciate the fresh, healthy, delicious bowls and 'wrapps' they offer. Please forgive the terrible picture, the bowl was much more appetizing than it looks after mixing everything together and eating most of it!

I had a really nice little lunch here! There aren't that many wrap places left, especially for vegetarians, so I appreciate that this one is around! The service was standout, with one of the employees checking on me and letting me know I could refill my iced tea. Super clean and calm inside, plus nice outdoor seating. I got the Caesar salad wrap with kale and swapped chicken for tofu. It was pretty good, and I appreciate their flexibility with the vegetarian options.

It had been a longtime since I'd been to World Wrapps and I'd never been to the one in the Pruneyard before, so it was a nice date night stop with the hubby after perusing Sports Basement for a while. The food menu has changed drastically since the last time I'd been to the one World Wrapps we'd had for forever in Santa Clara by the AMC Mercado theater. We shared the Tikka fries and I got the poke wrap, which was essentially a sushirrito. Everything was delicious. The poke was tasty, the rice in it was soft, and the tikka fries were covered in delicious tikka sauce. All in all, tasty and great, friendly service.

Do not sleep on this fast casual spot for a hearty, healthy, and delicious meal. Firstly, the service here is second to none. They are TRIPPING over themselves to get you whatever you need and to make sure your food is what you wanted. The vegetarian and vegan options are extensive, especially because you are able to mix and match with the various bowls and wraps. Love the Beyond meat option!

Can't believe tho place exists! I used to go to a world wraps in Burlingame a loooong time go, and was shocked to see this at the pruneyard. Such a great menu of options, you can customize your protein, chicken, steak, salmon, and meatless options! Tons of opportunity to customize your meal We got the salmon wrap and patatas bravas! So yummy!

Absolutely delicious Caesar wrap and so filling! Grabbed take out quickly in between meetings when visiting the area and was pleasantly surprised. Food was fast and their menu is extensive. Would love to visit again and try something else!

Ordered: Watermelon aguafresca -a bit watered down. Chicken shawerma bowl -great meat portion and tasted fresh. I rarely finish my salad but I did this time because it was really tasty. Good service, attentive young lady was a cashier, and server was a kind man, brought the food and asked if I needed anything else. Vibe was ok, kinda like Aqui's but quieter. Parking was ok, gets busy around 4pm on weekdays

I enjoyed the chicken shawarma bowl as it came drenched in their sauce. The bowl felt fresh and was just the right portion. Price was not too bad either. Service was good and the ambiance was clean and modern. They had interesting selections including Mexican, Japanese, and Mediterranean options. They also have a kid's menu. There are no restrooms here and only a water dispenser was available. Parking is in the Pruneyard and this restaurant faces the street side.

I had a strong craving for a Caesar chicken wrap and this was my closet option. I've never been to a world wrapp so I gave it a try. Their Caesar wrap is actually pretty good. Big croutons for texture, chicken is thigh meat I think so very tender and pretty flavorful, and the lettuce was fresh. Only critique would be to add more dressing but that's just my preference. My partner got their Thai chicken wrap and it was pretty good as well. The peanut dressing isn't too over powering and all the veggies were fresh. Good ratios between the rice and everything else. I would likely come back for another caesar wrap but add an extra side of dressing.

I would have given this 5 stars if not fir the fact that my husband got food poisoning after eating here. Yeah I still gave it 4 stars:). Don't want to start the new year on a low note! I ordered the tofu chimichurri wrap which was delicious though it needed a bit more sauce. The person who came to check if we liked the food offered one and I chose the garlic aioli. Made it better. Husband got the beyond quesadilla. It was absolutely delicious in taste but I dont know whether it was the mushrooms in it or the beyond meat was not cooked properly which made him sick. Value wise it's amazing as portion sizes are decent to big.

Great fresh food - loved the bowls. I got the bulgogi steak with vegan meat. They customized it for me by skipping rice and adding more salad leaves instead. The aioli and dressing was yummy! Tamago was bit sweet for my liking but overall a great bowl. Love the outdoor seating!

I like that they had, mango, pineapple, radish, tomatoes, and chicharrones. And I LOVED that avocado, crab salad, and seaweed salad were already included in the price. I got the last of the soba noodles, so I was surprised that even though it was closing, she went into the back to get me more soba noodles even though it seemed like the amount she had given me was enough. they also allowed however many sauces you wanted to marinate the fish in. I chose unagi, the house sauce and ponzu. I also asked for spicy mayo drizzle at the end. my brother got the wasabi mayo but he said he barely tasted the wasabi when mixed in. total came out to be around $40 for two large bowls. I wasn't sure what I was expecting for the soba noodles, but I was pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed it. the sauces from the marinade seeped into the noodles gave it a nice light flavor. the fish was fresh and chicharrones were such a good contrast with the crunch (im a huge textures girl). I was able to eat half and and save the other half for lunch the next day. because I got soba noodles, I did not have to worry about heating up rice and separating the fish, so it was perfect. This might be a new way im gonna have to eat my poke from now on!

The salmon faired a bit better. The texture was smooth. However you can tell that it is not the most buttery, and the flavour was very mild, almost like a watered down version Then there are little things that could be improved, like salting the edamame, or increasing the pickling on the daikons and radish Lots of indoor and outdoor seating, so it is nice to enjoy a meal outside

Price is pretty steep for something like this. The owner or person taking our order seemed like a confident or very straight forward / strong type personality, which I'm fine with because I naturally have a bit of a strong personality as well so it didn't bother me, although it would've been better if he smiled or something so it doesn't seem like he's coming off like a New Yorker. Just sayin. But I also know that he's simply doing his job so it's nothing personal. Anyhow, the food he talked a good game on it being the best in the Bay Area turned out to be quite mid IMPO. The shrimp was 100% overcooked, the side Mac salad was actually *not* good at all and it sucks because that's something I feel like you can't mess up but it was gross unfortunately, I spat it out even tho I hate wasting food. It just didn't taste freshly made whatsoever. The poke bowl wasn't comparable to Hawaii since he mentioned it's just as good... but honestly I think everyone's taste buds are different because to me, the poke bowl was totally mid, but it could taste really good to someone else and that's certainly OK! Also -- I like salty things esp when I crave for it but this was quite heavy on the salt, which made my experience the way it was. Even though it could've been better, I came with no expectations and just wanted to see what the fuss was about. That said, the only thing that was good was the rice cracker snack we bought and that's it. Glad I still gave this place a try, but personally for me, it's definitely my last visit. Maybe I'll come back at an earlier time to get one of their strawberry mochi but other than that, I think I'll rest my case here.
