DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR CAR. This place is terrible. I came in for an oil change ($65) and when I got home I noticed my car was pouring out oil. I took it back and David told me it was coming from somewhere else and that it's going to start at $1,000 or more just to see where the problem was coming from. I took it somewhere else and it turns out they put on the wrong size oil filter. If I didn't notice all the oil, my engine could have been seriously damaged. I went back to ask for a refund and showed them the difference between the oil filters and Ali offered me $20. When I told him I wanted a full refund and nothing less he didn't want to. I had to pay to get a new oil filter and replace all of the oil that came out during the leak. They wasted A LOT of my time having to deal with this. Got referred here. Went on a limb and decided to come in for an oil change. There were around 3 other people in the waiting room when I arrived but I was done in maybe 30 minutes tops. They also showed me the condition of my air filter and said it needed to be changed. They didn't say anything else was wrong with my car so maybe I came on a good day. Alright, so I do want to leave a detailed review based off my experiences at this place because we rely on our cars and we deserve to have trustworthy people working on them - with that being said 2 stars I feel is generous. I was leaning towards 1 BUT I'll explain. I own a 2015 Ford Focus 70k+ miles in which I bought it brand new with 6 miles on it. About 3-4 months ago I was driving and my brakes were worn down and started to grind, I wasted no time and immediately took it here because they offered 100 day pay off and I didn't have the $ to pay dealership costs to replace brake pads. I get to this place and everyone seemed nice and ready to help. Upon further inspection, David (who's the boss, I believe) told me to follow him so I can checkout what's up with my car. I walked in expecting to pay $150-$200 because I was quoted that through Yelp messages but was quickly told my rotors are done and oh, also my drums. $150-200 quickly turned into $700. Me being in a tough spot financially and this happening unexpectedly - I knew it was too much for me BUT after they knew I was approved through their Snap finance (which God, don't get me started with their 100 day payoff through Snap) that's when they insisted I get everything done. Definitely pressured me into it. David said word for word, "if you don't do it now, I promise you'll be back here in a few weeks to get it done." So I did it. 4-5 hours later, they called me and my car was ready to go. I was happy knowing I'm gonna be riding smoothly and have new brakes/rotors/drums/fluids flushed and replaced. I get my car and it's running GREAT...for about 1 hour. Brakes began to squeak and SO MUCH dust came off onto my rims. I was told they were ceramic pads but they definitely weren't and were much cheaper materials. I take it back 1-2 days later and they replaced my pads under their warranty because and I quote. "We didn't like the way they looked" - are you kidding me?! So you liked how they looked when you "fixed" them right? Lol they replaced my pads and this time I got ceramic pads because they don't leave nearly as much residue. BUT this time I go to get my car back and they said. "We hear a noise coming from the right side of the vehicle, we think it's your belt tensioner/idler pulley. It'll cost you about $500 to replace" WOAH WAIT. I came back here so you guys can fix the squeaking brakes you "fixed" now I'm being told about a replacement of something else? Lol gimme a break. I told them no thanks and my car ran great for 1-2 days then they started squeaking again. Not as bad, but consistently squeaking. I take it back reluctantly but take a test drive with David, he said I shouldn't worry. The squeaking isn't too bad but if it worsens, come back. Well, $700 spent you'd think that I would have brakes that wouldnt squeak. Just like how they NEVER did before in my 4 years of owning it. - it's been 4 months and every day they squeak. I'm not gonna bother to take it back because they may find something else that needs "fixed" - my transmission went out 2 months later (covered through Ford warranty and they inspected my idler pulley and belts, said everything looks fine and don't need replaced just yet! So they lied to me to get more $$$??? Shocking. Lol) I had a payment of $33 every week and thank God I paid it off in time because their interest is 182%!!!!! My god!!! Don't finance through them unless you absolutely have to and make sure you pay it off ASAP! Snap finance is corrupt and will call you nonstop even if you make payments on time. They even made a mistake and refunded me a payment. SHARKS. Anyway, this place I wouldn't recommend but if you're out of options and have little to no money then it's your best bet unless you fix it yourself. Oh and by the way, my car is a Lemon under CA law and Ford is buying my vehicle back so no need to take it back to these guys for the squeaks or to help. They're nice people but it's nearly impossible to find an honest mechanic these days. 1 Star because they were relatively nice. Another star because they had financing. 2 stars overall and I feel it's justified. read more

crooks and liars. told me my car was fine and fixed everything under the sun. i put $7000 dollars into my car here, only to take it to an honest mechanic and be told my transmission is no good. even after i got my car back and took it back, telling them it was running bad after all the repairs, they gave it back to me and told me everything was fine. that the car runs good and they couldn't find anything wrong with it. now i am on the hook for $7000 in total on credit for repairs and the car is junk. do not go here unless you want a crappy job and a crappy car. also they told me they gave me new axles, what i paid for, and the axles are not new, they are refurbished/used. one of them is no good and now i am out of a car soon when the transmission breaks down. i am looking into taking legal action against this shop. do not go here, especially if u are a woman. they are a scam and will take you for all you got. a bunch of liars and they give you old parts but promise you new parts. you sure pay for new parts! also they hotboxed my car and it smelled like weed for days. worst mechanic i ever been to and they will lie to your face over and over and take your money with a smile. i was cheated and swindled and now i owe money for a car that isn't even going to last the year. thanks for nothing and for stealing my money. read more

I've been coming here for smog checks for at least 6 years for both of my cars & have recommended them to people. This will be my last time. They have a coupon for a $14.99 smog check on their website along with 17 other coupons. All of them have been updated to say Xpress auto except this one, it still says Purrfect auto. So because of their screw up, they won't honor their coupon. The punk at the front desk kept arguing with me saying that it's not their coupon even when I pulled up their website (where I printed it from) on my phone & showed it to him. After suggesting to him that they should pull it down from their website (which tells me that they left it Purrfect on purpose to scam people & get them/me in the door) he STILL wanted to argue. At that point I should've listened to my gut & left, but I was stupid. Then they charged me another $10 because they consider my '03 Honda Odyssey an SUV.
