I may be late writing this review, yet it's so fitting due to the "Take-Out" season. I was back in Atlanta for the Holidays walking around one of my favorite neighborhoods & got hungry. Since Yard House wasn't here when Atlantic Station first opened up, it was the perfect opportunity to take advantage of their presence. The dedicated Vegan/Vegetarian menus caught my interest during my first experience with YH in Vegas & I delighted in everything that I ordered. This time I tried the Beyond Sausage Pasta that came with a hearty portion of spicy Sausage & tasted pretty good. Here's the thing, I only had my phone on me. I went inside to place the order with the assumption that Apple Pay was accepted, it was not. Kudos to Sam, the Hostess/Cashier as she came to my rescue & allowed me to Cash App her to pay for my meal. Talk about wonderful customer service in accommodations & unexpectedly at that. Less than 10 minutes later my food came out steaming through the containers with an abundance of condiments & utensils. I found myself enjoying my meal even more. Thanks again, Sam! read more

Terribly understaffed. Wait was said to be an hour with the restaurant tables 80% empty. We asked if we could sit at a table until our wait but was told only in the waiting area. Of which we were pointed in the unfilled waiting area around a wall we would otherwise have not known to look unless we even asked if we could be seated. We would have been standing for nothing. 30 minutes later we were seated. Thank God. Food for Yard House is normally good. However, my sashimi tuna on tortillas was not as great as normal. The tortillas looked like they were redipped and refried in the oil twice, which gave them a soggy dark oily appearance. A few were the light color unoily as normal and pretty and then most were terrible looking..you could literally taste the oil. Besides that all was well. This was our for 1st trip to this location. First timer, all I have to say is 10/10 recommend. Ended up sitting at the bar and Marcelino took great care of us. I originally was going to get the black orchid martini but he recommended the Malibu peach and let me tell you baby it was soooo good. Never had a spinach dip so creamy and flavorful, and the calamari had a chicken taste to it which I didn't mind. I came here on a field trip from my school and the service was mediocre. the waitress had an attitude when the restaurant was already empty when we arrived. she messed up our orders and added a 30-40 dollar gratuity fee to our meal while having an attitude about bringing togo boxes and bags. there's no reason the total bill should jump from $181 to $220. that makes absolutely no sense at all. furthermore we left her no tip since she took it upon herself to tip herself. we asked for no tomato's and got tomatoes,took forever for a refill, restaurant filled with smoke before we left like something was burning. i usually love tard house but maybe this location just isn't for me. read more

I love yard house and I go very often, but today wasn't the day.. ‍‍ the service was poor. We had multiple issues. First they wouldn't let us sit in a booth when they had multiple open, due to us having a baby/stroller. Instead we were seated at a table with the sun directly in our face. We first had a glass with hard food all around it. Then, they gave us our food and the spicy rice seemed extremely overcooked. The texture was like tapioca pudding. I couldn't mix it with my Jumbalaya because it was so thick. See the picture below. That brown glob is supposed to be rice. When I told the server, she swore that it was what spicy rice looked like. I wasn't born yesterday and I order this all the time at the battery location. She ended up replacing, but by that time I was no longer hungry. Not once did she show empathy. This was my first time at Yard House and I had high hopes! My family and I had been out all day, exploring Atlanta, and was ready for some good food! There was a long wait, 45 min, but we walked around Atlantic Station (there's plenty to see and do) while we waited. After the wait we were seated and waited another 20 mins to be acknowledged by our waitress. Boys were a little restless because it was late and everyone was hungry but, everyone is short staffed so we practiced our patience. We finally ordered and got our food. Food was ok. I got the BBQ chicken salad, which was good but it was drowning in dressing. Thankfully the grilled chicken that comes with it wasn't and it was pretty tasty so I used that to absorb much of my wet salad. My husband and sons decided on chicken tenders and a cheesesteak sandwich. Neither of them were satisfied. Cheesesteak was bland and dry. Fries were good, hot and crispy. Staff was friendly but unfortunately you could tell they were overwhelmed and understaffed. Saving grace....My strawberry mojito was good! our experience at Yard house was pretty in line with what you would expect for a chain American Food restaurant. Food: a lot of it was overly salty. I couldn't even get through the grilled Korean beef taco as it was drowning in sauce and extremely salty. The cheeseburger was a little underdone but otherwise fine. The onion rings were good and crispy. The garlic parm fries were a nice addition. The boneless wings had a really nice breading on them (not too thick). Overly the saltiness is what killed it for us Service: our server was incredible. She was extremely sweet and was consistently checking in on us to make sure we had all that we needed Ambiance: the restaurant itself was very dark and the booth felt like it was broken. Came here with family on a Tuesday night and we didn't have to wait. Customer service was good and waitress was very helpful. Despite some of the other reviews I've never had a bad experience here, it's always been good and the food too. Our food was hot and came out at a good time. This is a great spot to come to while shopping or just to come eat and hang out at the bar. I ordered spinach dip for an appetizer, it was good but I was a little disappointed for it to be like $13 and you get a small portion. The plate makes it seem like you're getting a lot. My entree was the Jambalaya with noodles and it was amazing!! It says spicy but it was like a mild spice which was perfect. Menu prices range from $2-$30. There is plenty of parking in the parking garage and you have to pay after 2 hours. Parking fees are pretty reasonable and it goes up after a certain time. Street parking is also an option with a meter but it's limited and some spots are always taking. If you want to get close to the restaurant in the parking garage I would recommend park long near the red section and walk up the last stairs or elevator in that area. read more

Where do I begin with the one...let me start by saying that I despise sports bars, yet I went on game day, during the worst first date of my life. Having said that, the service at this location was so bad that you'd have to be nearly blackout drunk to think you had a nice time. The waiter only checked on us once and never replenished our drinks. This man was gone so long that I had to get up from my seat and retrieve the ketchup bottle from the table near my companion. I believe I saw the manager making his rounds, but his presence wasn't strong enough to keep the restaurant running smoothly. You can honestly tell a poorly run establishment by how the wait staff flows throughout the restaurant. To summarize my experience, I will not return, even if the dinner was free. read more

A bar with an entire vegan menu, there really isn't any way to make me happier. Good size, tons of televisions, convenient location, this location has so much going for it. If it could improve its service and food ticket times, this place would always be rockin'. Generally speaking, the drinks are good, the food is better. The issue here is that it's very hit or miss. I can be the only patron in the establishment, it'll still take 40 minutes for my salad. On the other hand, if I'm there during Sunday Night Football, I can get my (vegan) wings in 10 minutes flat. The service is another area of improvement. That being said, I've only sat at the bar, so table service I cannot speak to. Sometimes I'll be greeted immediately. There was one time I watched an entire interview with a potential employee before a bartender even told me hello. Their vegan menu and happy hour is what keeps me coming back. Calamari and firecracker shrimp was ok. The chicken and sweet potato pancakes wasn't my thing but our friend liked it. K said his BBQ bacon burger was ok. I should have let him get the bleu cheese one but he wanted me to be able to have a couple of bites. I had lemon pepper wings (wasn't very lemon peppery but that's just fine to me). The Korean chili garlic wings were ok. I was able to pick 2 flavors for 10 wings. The guacamole was ok, but had to add salt. Their sweet tea is good. The tv screens were plentiful and the music was R&B and was nice. We sat outside, which was great but it looked nice inside. The server was decent but nice. It had been a while since I been to Yard House for a meal and I had never been to the location at Atlantic Station in Mid-Town Atlanta. I'll have to say this visit was just as good as the last time I went a few years ago. The food was really good, as I had the Spicy Jambalaya. The dish comes with a choice of linguine or rice(I chose linguine), blackened shrimp, andouille sausage, crawfish, chicken, peppers, cajun cream sauce. It was very good and it kind of reminded me of one of my favorite dishes at Pappadeaux, which is called Pasta Mardi Gras. The dish was a tad bit spicy(which I love), seasoned very well, and the portion was enough to where I had to get a to go box because I couldn't finish it all. They have a really nice beer selection and to push all of this delicious food down, I had a couple of beers called Sierra Nevada Big Little Thing, which is an imperial IPA rated at ABV 9.0% out of Chico, CA. The perfect meal for dinner to end the day. I went on a Tuesday evening around 9:30pm so the service was blazing fast, as I hear this location can get super busy during peak hours. The service was awesome and I even had a really nice chat with manager on duty while walking by to check to see how things were going with my meal. He was very professional and makes you want to come back to have more meals in the future. When we sent it back, the sandwich came back burned. Besides that though, the other food that we got was good. The service was good although our food came out slowly. I had to finally do a review because this place drives me crazy! They have the worst customer service EVER. We order here frequently because its close to work but I have officially hit my end game. Yesterday I place a phone order for 3 large Caesar salads with an extra dressing for each salad. I also paid on the link that was sent to me. I got to the restaurant 25 mins later and stood at the front for 10 mins, it was 2 other people that walked in after me as we were all standing there. Not one employee asked us to sit us or were we picking up. Then one lady who was also waiting had to physically go get someone to come up there. I had to tell her I already paid which she should have seen, I then get back to work and no extra dressings were in the bag. I blame myself because due to our history I should have checked the bag, but I don't work there so it should have been right as it was on the receipt. Like I've said before I have had to go back due to orders being wrong etc. The workers are pleasant to talk to or welcoming at all. January 2022 I am very happy with my experience here! Had a couple of gift cards from an event and took my honey on a date night. We enjoyed the spinach dip together. I had the lobster noodles, and he had the vampire tacos. We were greeted warmly by the staff and seated quickly. My data really loved the tacos. It's been on my list of places to try, but I never went out of my way to make it happen... until recently to take advantage of their 50% off Pub Fare promo for the week. Parking: Free 2- hour parking in the garage. There's also valet parking in front too. This location is HUGE! Walking in, it's pretty dark. There are booths lined around the restaurant, tables in the middle area and a bar. The booths could fit up to 6 people comfortably. Lots of TV's too at the bar area too. Service: Great! The hostess had good cheer and we were well taken care of. There wasn't a wait during lunch and food came out pretty quick. *Whiskey Black Pepper Wings ($12.95/10 wings): Crispy wings tossed in whiskey black pepper glaze. This is YUMMYYY! I asked for light sauce and it was perfect. The wings came out hot and juicy too. *Grilled Guinness Cheddar & Braised Beef Melt ($13.95): Shredded braised beef and Guinness-infused cheddar cheese on artisan bread served with tomato bisque. I'm not a big fan of the bread, it was hard. The Beef Melt part was good however, I felt like they skimped on the beef a bit. Also, I swapped the tomato bisque out for their clam chowder soup. This was decent albeit a bit salty for me. Overall, with this 50% off deal, everything we ate was great! Otherwise, I think Yard House is A-OK. I think it's kind of pricey. Horrible experience~took over 2 hours because they were out of everything and very slow. It took me over 30 minutes to get a drink because everything I ordered they were out of. They showed up with a cosmo that I didn't even ordered (and was charged for it) because they didn't want to tell me they were out if what I ordered a third time! I'm not a cosmo fan and would of canceled had I been given the option. They were out of calamari and didn't tell us for a while. The nachos came out over cooked and cold so they had to be sent back. When we asked to speak to the manager, Geremy, his explanation (with an attitude) was that we added to our table. This would be an acceptable explanation except that a few arrived early and still had to wait over an hour for appetizers. What I wonder is why we weren't informed of this and asked to separate into separate parties? Simple regular communication without attitude would have been appreciated. Before I even get to the meal, I spent 15 min at the bar waiting to get a menu and another 15 to put my order in. I should have known when the people next to me complained about waiting over an hour for food that it was going to be an issue. Once my meal was ordered, I sat with an empty drink while every employee passed by me and didn't even ask me if I was doing okay. They spent more time chatting with the people they knew at the bar than anything. Terrible service. I ordered a ribeye to dine in and a Cobb salad w/ chicken to go. The steak came out decently quick so luckily that wasn't an issue, but it was over cooked and burnt in some areas on the outside. Once my meal was halfway eaten I was told my to go order was coming out soon.. 30 minutes later and roughly 20 after I finished my meal I got my salad. At this point I just wanted to get out of there. Walk all the way back to my hotel to find that I had no dressing in my to go salad. I would NOT go back to this location for food again. I did have to send my food back because it was cold, but on a different occasion when it's not busy, my food was good and I enjoyed it.
