Disappointing visit to say the least. An associate stared at me dead in the face as we were walking up to the shop. Instead of greeting us, she chose to go outside and clean the patio, not say a word to us as we walked in. The place was kind of messy. Melted fro yo all over the place, the toppings bar was messy... Then when I got to the register, two associates walked out from the back... I proceeded to call out the fact that three people are working there and no one greeted me. "oh sorry about that" I was told...we are our yogurt outside; I walked back in very briefly to get a napkin, when the associate that had been outside cleaning the patio since our arrival and all through us eating our yogurt then decided to greet me and offer sample cups with a pretty sarcastic tone. I remember coming in and seeing a busy crowd but attentive staff :) it was really warming to see familiar burbank faces as well from old high school times after leaving the city a while and coming back. Burbank is beautiful for that ability to sustain itself within the community and share a small town feel while in a hub like LA. I think this yogurtland gave a great representation of that and what Burbank embodies. On my way out I had really felt safe visiting too because of the attention to supplies readily available for customers. Having sanitizer and such is a huge bonus for businesses in my opinion during these times. Of course its not forced but there for the reassurance you're concerns are thought of. It was amazing service I came in 10 minutes before closing and the two wonderful ladies were so kind and had a positive attitude. Was not in a hurry home they took there time when putting toppings on my yogurt and the cashier was lovely I even signed up for the real rewards program she was talking so highly of it. This is I usually come for frozen yogurt. Staff is always welcoming and work with a sense of urgency. The shop is always clean and fully stocked with toppings. The only downer is when the yogurt machines ran out of yogurt during the evening. Overall great location. read more

Pretty good as far as your typical yogurtland goes. Only thing is on my last visit, the manager used the small patio for diciplining an employee. Customers are trying to enjoy a beautiful day and some frozen yogurt and this manager is totally laying into this employee in front of everyone about how having fun at work and kidding around is not acceptable. Poor kid. Seriously. Of course your first high school job should be fun. And how hard can in be to clean up and sell some frozen yogurt? I enjoy coming to this particular Yogurtland because of the amount of parking available and the outdoor eating environment. There is more than one entrance and exit door, which makes entering and exiting much more easier than other locations. The staff seem to be kind and friendly and that is what makes customers happy and more likely to return. Above all I would recommend this Location. Love this place. Yogurtland has a simply tart that is the closest to Pinkberry I've found! I get it with fruit all the time. Lately they have had the "off the stick" flavors available old childhood ice cream truck favorites served as sorbets...Holy Heaven!! The rocket pop is a MUST TRY! If you want to get sick, eat their yogurt! I have been to two Yogurtlands in North Hollywood and Burbank and I'm shocked at how dirty the stores are and the kids working the store just standing around texting their buddy. Yogurt was all over the machines, one couldn't see that there was stainless steel because it was covered with smeared yogurt, the drip trays were dirty...so one can only imagine that the machines, which MUST be clean every other day due to high bacteria that can make one sick, are just as dirty if not more so. DON'T EAT AT THESE STORES...GROSS!!! read more

Opening a Yogurtland in this location is a stroke of genius... sorely needed on this side of Burbank. And it doesn't hurt that it's pretty close to home. And the parking is waaaay better than the location at downtown Burbank. It is a bit small and cramped, especially when it's busy, but it normally goes fast. Good stuff. read more

I have been to many a yogurtland and I have to say this was by far the sloppiest one I've been to yesterday I was at there other burbank location bear the mall and I love that one. This one like I said was sloppy I went around 6:30pm. First off the employees were nowhere to be found to greet you (not that I need that but its nice to hear) and the topping were dirty, all the spoons had crud all over them and the toppings were all over the bar and everything was almost empty. Also the selection of yogurt was small and the yogurt dispensers were dirty as well and the handles on the ones I used were sticky. I have never had that at the mall location...EVER! and I go there a lot. I would definitely say this location could use some TLC and a more prepared staff. I hate to give them a 3 star but it just was 3 stars. I will still continue to support yogurtland, just not this location. read more

I went pretty late at night on memorial day with 3 friends, it was packed. It was my first time at Yogurtland, but compared to other froyo places I enjoyed it. The venue is clean and the staff are friendly. It has a lot of interesting flavors and tons of fresh toppings. Probably worst experience. It was Sunday 6/23 at 8:22pm there was only one worker it seemed like, none of the yogurt machines seemed to be working there were only like two flavors available, none of the toppings were refilled so there was nothing to choose from, on top of that the store was packed and the poor girl was only able to ring people up. Our family had dessert at this Yogurtland the other day and it was delicious. Everyone found flavors they loved and the topping selection was great. The workers were very nice. They offered sample cups and were quick to help us pay. We love the strawberry water that is available and the outside seating was comfy. The only negative was that the chocolate yogurt was out and that is my husband's favorite. He tried another flavor, which was good, but not his #1. We will definitely be back. read more

They just opened a Yorgurtland in Burbank. They have really good yogurt. I like the Tart and Dragon Fruit.

This place is really small and usually at maximum capacity. The staff offers sample cups right as you walk in and there have great selection of yougurt and toppings to choose from. The prices are very decent and unlike Pinkberry, they charge you by the oz. instead of the size. read more

I remembered I waited anxiously for this place to open. there is no other frozen yogurt place in this neighborhood area and the convenient and spacious parking lot make it even better. there are always many kids at the store but they are well behaved and I have yet to see any screaming kid, that is another big plus. The store location is great, there are a few eateries around, the 99 cent store is across the street and Ralphs and CVS are also near by so you can have your frozen yogurt and do your shopping in one trip. The taro and dragon fruit flavored frozen yogurt are my favorite. I heard that they once served the black sesame flavor, I missed it and they seem to discontinue serving it. read more

Yogurtland is not my favorite yogurt place. I prefer Pinkberry but because this is closer to my house I bring my kids here they enjoy the rocket pop flavour. I gave it 3 stars because they can never keep the floor clean and non-sticky!!! I hate it. Yesterday I was getting a sample and the floor was so sticky that my shoe got stuck I lost my balance and had to step on the sticky floor DISGUSTING! Also the store has a non pleasant smell and it always seems muggy in there like no AC is on. Also, another reason for 3 stars is that there toppings area is messy and does not look fresh as it should. I don't think I'll be coming back here, I think I'll make the drive down to Pinkberry better and not have to worry about sticky floors and nasty flavour yogurts. read more

I love yogurtland and I was so excited when they finally made one in north Hollywood . It's clean fresh and friendly. The outdoor sitting area is a nice touch. They offered me free sample cups a soon as I walked in the door which was awesome! All flavors are awesome and the toppers bin were clean and organized. If you're like me then you hate when other food touches other food and it bothers you like no other thing so whenever I see a fruit in the chocolate chips I lose my mind. I didn't have any of that there and it was so packed in there and they kept the line moving . They even post the managers number so you can text them how they're doing! read more
