This has been my go to store for years.I try to only do positive reviews, but unfortunately I fell compelled to write this. I was in the process of getting my yogurt toppings a girl whose name I don't know but she had a necklace with a name I think was Gabriela. she was young, probably a teen ager. another employee walked out of the rest room and went behind the counter . A third teen (not an employee) was standing next to me and out loud says did she kill it? the cockroach? I'm disgusted and horrified so I asked the girl with the necklace that was putting my toppings on my yogurt. "You guys have roaches? ". Unconvincingly she says no. I'm not convinced and again I ask Gabriella. "So the roach she killed was not here?" She responds " we know each other we are friends" I strongly urge management to speak to these very idiotic teenagers that there are subjects customers DO NOT want to hear. Cockroaches being one. It's very simple we let you know what toppings we want and charge us that's it but it seems like she hates her life and her job. they need to have her properly trained to treat customers or have her work in the back away from everyone. Came in 10/21/20 & was surprised to see only one employee doing toppings, passing out cups & greeting people during a busy time. Made a joke to kailey about getting paid double for working alone when she told me her shift lead was in the back. As a shift lead , shouldn't you be out in the front helping? Not impressed with Kim's ability to lead. She came out to check trash and saw the other worker was busy switching gloves out between customers & didn't bother to help. She processed to just go to the back & let her coworker do everything. Rating the store 2 stars due to the lack of ability to choose good "shift leads" correctly but the employee herself 5 stars for her positive attitude having to do everything on her own. read more

I wanted to write a review on the great experience I had at Yogurtland In Burbank. The store was busy but I felt welcomed when an girl greeted me right away her name is Samari. I was indecisive and I was taking a long time to choose what I wanted . She was very patient with me giving me some suggestions on what I might like. Under the strange times we are living, it was such a pleasant and refreshing experience. There is a closer Yogurtland to me. I absolutely love Rocket Pop Sorbet and Mango. I cannot find Rocket Pop anywhere else. Mango is better tasting here than other locations that have it. They have a wide variety of flavors that taste great! I love my go-to combo and its a perfect place for groups and dates! Great vibes with Top Hits music everyone can enjoy all the time. The yogurt consistency is off at this location. It seemed heavier and thicker. It was almost like they purposely made it that way so it would weigh more and you'd pay more. Whenever I'm craving yogurt the great and wonderful Yogurtland usually hits the spot. I appreciate they usually always have plain tart, which mixes well with ANYTHING, fruit, cookies, candy and any other yogurt flavor. I sampled the mango for the first time and couldn't believe I had passed this great taste by when coming prior. I paired it with Creamy Cheesecake and Plain Tart. My toppings were fresh blueberries, coconut and mochi. I would have given this location four stars however I was disappointed tremendously when I discovered that there was no more fresh mangos, strawberries or kiwi and on top of that the other fruit items looked dull, dingy and bruised. I usually never come across this problem at yogurtland, but I noted it was later in the evening, on the weekend and the place was completely crawling with eager individuals wanting fresh frozen yogurt. I asked one of the workers if they had any more fresh fruit in the back and she said "sorry, no we don't." I wasn't surprised but just bummed. There is parking in the business plaza that they are located in, it fills up fast but you can usually find a spot. The customer service wasn't outstanding but it wasn't awful, it was about average to say the least. Though-I did appreciate the lady helping me, she took the liberty to put a top lid on my bowl to help prevent spilling. Overall I'm a fan of the place but I hope in the future they better prepare themselves for the evenings and weekends. It can be a big disappointment and let down when you come to a yogurt shop having high hopes for certain foods and then you come to realize they're no where to be found, very sad :( read more

Very disappointing recent visit to this store location. I placed an order a week in advanced to be picked up at 11:00 AM. I contacted the third party that they are partnered up with at 11:15 they asked me to wait 2 more minutes as the on-site manager was arriving and the order was ready. A few minutes later a random girl in sweatpants and big hoodie, what appeared to me in pajamas. She mentioned she would prep my order then. My order was ready at 11:35, but even then the order was incomplete. When I placed the order, I requested 8 toppings and I was only provided with 6. I counted the yogurt cups and I was missing yogurt cups. I asked the girl who prepped my order to provide me with the correct quantity I ordered. The employee then rushed over to the machine without using proper disposable gear, she used her bare disgusting hands and touched my yogurt. I had to request utensils and napkins. I was not provided with napkins and the spoons were thrown in a plastic trash bag and given to me. I also did not receive my complete order of yogurt cups. This place has awful and unprofessional employees. Don't come here, employees here don't even have basic costumer service skills. And on top of all this when I was waiting for my order some girl walked in with her shoes half way on and asked me how the set up of the store was, this girl seems soo high off of something she could not even realize I was the damn costumer. Heeeeeeere's the breakdown: FOOD 4/5 stars I am currently in an illicit relationship with their Toasted Coconut yogurt, but today I combined two yogurts - Fresh Strawberry and Pecans & Pralines (No Sugar Added). The P&P tastes better without toppings, so don't ruin it with gummy bears! There is a myriad of healthy and unhealthy toppings (40+) you can put on your frozen yogurt, from fruit to frosted animal crackers. This is a "weigh and pay" place, which means you pay for your frozen yogurt (and toppings) based upon how much they weigh. Very affordable. I bought a medium cup filled about 3/4 of the way to the top and it came to $3.05! Touchdown! (Pricing was $0.35/ounce.) ATMOSPHERE 4/5 stars Windows, tiles and other reflective surfaces make for a lot of echoes inside. Installing some acoustic panels on the walls and ceiling to absorb the echoes would eliminate a lot of the noise. (Please do this, managers. Thanks.) Came to this location with my family on Saturday 9/17/22 at 1:00 and I just want to say the flavors they have it great but.. the two employees working there are rude have no manors they have no customer service skills they looked at us with a attitude like if we were forcing them to work here they didn't even say hi! One of them was filling cups I guess for a party or something she turns looked at us like if we bothered her didn't even say did you guys want any flavors from this side super rude human and The girl at register came with attitude from the back put her gloves on and with attitude asked my kids what do you want on it I think that's very rude especially towards a child! She didn't even say thank you have a nice day or anything not one word! But then again now a-days you can't find normal people to work anywhere. Every time I come here, the employees always greet me and ask if I want a sample cup. Recently I went in and after filling my cup with yogurt, I used the whipped cream but the consistency was a little watery. I informed Jose and he apologized and quickly replaced the whipped cream. He also told me to make a new cup and was really kind and made sure my visit was the best as possible. The employees really care for the customers and that's why this yogurtland is my favorite. Anyway, this place is CLEAN. Clean! Clean! I love how crisp and clean most Yogurtlands are. Whoever designs the locations and chooses the colors is brilliant. The staff is friendly, offered sample cups right away as soon as I walked in. No thank you, kind employee. I know exactly what I want. I've never had such a terrible experience here until today and i come here just about weekly. Upon walking in, the machines were a total mess. Ice cream EVERYWHERE and fingerprints all over the glass. Kind of a turn off especially during COVID. We decided to stay... well we tried... all the machines were down. A group of girls in front of us asked the one employee to fix the machine. The employee seemed very mad she had to do so. Then when the group of girls left, we stood there hoping the employee would fill up the machines or at least acknowledge us. Instead, she brought out some buckets and THREW them on the ground to clean the machines. She kept dropping the buckets very loudly on the ground over and over again. Was very clear she wasn't happy and wanted to express that to us. At that point, we just decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. The young woman who was working there tonight either needs to be let go or told to shape up. I don't know if she was left to work alone but i go to get yogurt for enjoyment, not because i have to. Ive never seen a yogurtland & ever remember being disappointed. This location is very clean & like how there's a little patio area to sit and enjoy your yogurt. Always being greeted when entering & offered sample cups. There's about 12 flavors to choose from and a variety of toppings. I believe I atleast visit this location once a week. Then I finally decided to get a rewards card with them, since I was there often. Also with your receipt there's always a free 3 oz or 4 oz after completing the survey. Hey those ounces are better than nothing. Not too long ago I received a letter from yogurtland, opened it & noticed it was the platinum rewards card. That's when I finally realized I was going way too much. lol but that still didn't stop me. No matter what happens I'll always find time in the day to stop by and enjoy some delicious yogurt.
