Ooooooh yes. This is just what the doctor ordered. We had an all you can eat hot pot dinner here on Saturday night and I'm already dreaming of coming back when it finally gets cold in Denver. It's about $22 for adults (they raised the prices a bit since some of the other reviews, so it's no longer $18) and it's a phenomenal price for the high quality and variety of food you get. You choose the broth type and all the fixins, and they bring it all out for you to cook at your table. The stoves are induction, so you don't have to worry about bringing yourself (woohoo!) and the temp controls are super easy. The variety of broths, meats, vegetables, tofu/soy, and noodles was awesome! You can also go to the little table they have set up toward the front for dipping sauces and some extra condiments. I loved the service--they were very helpful, friendly, and responsive. Don't forget to save a little room in your belly for the dessert cakes and ice cream they have as well. read more

I enjoy mixing this with soy sauce, chili oil, sesame seed oil, garlic, and cilantro. I docked a star because my friend and I were missing multiple items from our order multiple times. So then we'd have to look around the room for the server and flag them down, which is kind of stressful. We went for the AYCE hotpot and like previous Yelper' s, found the dining experience A#1. Service was very friendly and efficient, and the food choices for the hotpot was large varied enough to make everyone happy. There were six selections of cooking broths, five types of meat, four seafood, fifteen veg, five soy, and five types of noodles for the hotpot selection, a nice variety for a economical hotpot. They also have a table for you to sauce up your food to your liking (gloves provided). There was a nice size lunch crowd today and the restaurant does follow table distancing. This is another AYCE hot pot spot in Denver. They raised their prices in 2024, so its about $27 a person (which is still a really great deal). They have a really great variety of vegetables, proteins, carbs and soup broths to pick from. And they also have a self-serve fruit/dessert station and sauce station that was really nice! The ingredients they use are all really fresh and delicious, and the service is quick and efficient. It is a smaller venue with a smaller parking lot, so wait times/parking can definitely be challenging. It also appears to be an older establishment, so if you don't mind eating in a little bit of a rundown space then it's not a big deal. Be warned, even in winter, they have some crazy insulation so all the heat from the hot pots makes the space really steamy and warm (which is nice, but wear clothes you don't mind smelling like hot pot for awhile)! Small but incredibly hoping! I had never had hot pot before but this is THE place! Hot Pot is similar to Pho or Ramen but more like a fondue version. It certainly didn't disappoint. From the outside it looks pretty unassuming and we ended up parking in a neighborhood off of where the restaurant is located. Once we were seated we got to order anything we wanted sushi style and went to town. Absolutely now one of my favorite things in Denver! Sunday outing after snowboarding, what sounds better than hot pot?! 4 of us went and got seated without a wait. You order the broth and ingredients sushi style by checking off boxes on a paper menu. There are TONS of ingredients, some of my favorites were cow tripe, yubu, enogi mushrooms, and fish balls. Service is on point, fast, friendly, they always keep an eye on your water glasses and the broth. The food comes out all at once, I recommend sharing with people, you can order a few servings but getting a little bit of everything is great! The Tom Yum was delicious and we got a second round of ingredients. Since you can order more than once, try not to be wasteful, I saw one table leave with SO MUCH food left which is ridiculous cost wise for the owner but also just plain wasteful. It's always packed with people from the neighborhood to newer arrivals, it attracts everyone! I love the hot pot concept , but they have the freshest ingredients, most delicious broths available, and then a huge pot of sticky rice to serve yourself unlimited.
