One of the best Chinese food in town! I Always order it for take out. The ingredients are so fresh and the price is great! My favorite is the egg foo young which is tick veggie omelette with the choice of meat. It's perfect combination with roasted pork fried rice. With lunch / dinner combo, the meal comes with veggies egg rolls. My other favorite is beef mushroom. The portion is big and the meat is so juicy and tender. The owner is really nice and friendly. Very helpful and the service is always fast. If you don't have much time, I recommend to call them in advance so the order is ready by the time you arrive at the restaurant. If I'm in Pensacola for work and I'm wavering on where to eat, I'll head to Yums. The food is great for the type of restaurant it is, more leaning fast food in my opinion, and there serve good portions. I've tried several different options of chicken and shrimp and each one was so full of flavor. Their Hot and Sour soup is some of the best I've had. Let start with the appearance, the door was extremely dirty and the place doesn't look the cleanest. The guy was eating when I went in so maybe I disturbed him, he was rude and yelling. I asked him to stop yelling at me, there was so much agitation in him, and I have no idea why. When I came back in to get my food I asked was that it on the counter and no one said anything (mind you it was three workers standing right there in that small spot). Decided to stop in and try Yums Chinese since I was in the area. I had the beef with broccoli and rice with seafood egg rolls. I used to think they were always arguing when I went in because it sounded like they were yelling at each other but after talking with one of the guys there, who is super cool by the way, that's just how they talk to each other it's not anger or anything. I wish I could give this ZERO stars!! Go here if you're wanting to suffer from severe stomach pains a few hours after eating the food!! Never got to try it, but they deserve a bad review for being difficult and unfriendly on the phone when I attempted to do business. I returned from a trip this afternoon and thought I would give them a try because of the delivery service. I gave them my cell phone number, address, etc. and was told immediately that it was too far to deliver because of my cell phone area code. Perplexed, I explained to them that my address was less than 2.5 miles from their shop. I attempted three times to give my address (including phonetically), but they were not getting it. I was really surprised to see all of the negative reviews. We have been ordering take out or delivery from Yums for years and have NEVER had a problem. The Good: Yum's give you a ton of great tasting food for an extremely reasonable price. We always make at least 3 meals out of our orders. The portions and ingredients are consistent. They always throw in a free order of chinese donuts for orders over $30. The rice is nice and sticky, just the way we like it. You can ask for spicy hot if you like it spicy. The egg drop soup is the best I've had in Pensacola. The crab rangoon actually has plenty of cream cheese left in it after being fried. They deliver. The Bad: The only negative thing I could think of is I wouldn't want to eat in, there are only 4 tables and no A/C. The Ugly: The stuffed pork buns are gross. Conclusion: If you are looking for fine dining, this is not the place. But if you are looking for great tasting Chinese, ample portions, and a fair price you should be very happy with Yums. read more

Our General Tso's chicken was soggy and clearly made hours ago, and because it was near closing, we got leftovers... Fast forward a year or so, and we ended up calling Yum's despite our vows not to, due to a coupon we received...and man was it good! Two good visits in a row had us wanting to come back.
