This review is for the North Conway restaurant.Last year they were incredibly helpful, so we came back again. This year, We didn't actually get to order anything. The waiter was put off by us asking for children's menus when we clearly had two children with us. We then explained that we were able to order a meal for our child (with severe egg allergy as well as sesame, peanut, and tree nut allergies) last year, but could not remember what we ordered. This year we asked the waiter about the pasta, he said no there is egg. We asked about chicken fingers, he said no there is an egg wash, so nothing fried could be ordered. We then asked about the burger bun, and again he said no. The only thing he offered was a salad for a ten year old for a dinner meal. There was such a attitude and disdain for even trying to help us that we left and went to Applebee's. We will not be back and will be sure to share this experience with everyone. read more

Probably the worst service I ever had, save your money What a joke. Came here with my wife before our movie for something to eat and drink. First impression was really nice from the bartender as she greeted us and handed us menus at the bar. But all went downhill from there. After she walked away we waited about a half hour before we were asked what we wanted to drink and eat. As we put our order in, the bartender comes back 10 minutes later asking us what did we order again with a pen and pad in her hand lol. We both have our orders again for food and drinks. Food: The calimari was decent but not close to Asian style more like frozen from the box with sweet chili on the side. The BBQ maple chicken wings were decent but a bit overpriced. I also ordered a side of brussel sprouts that never came but managed to make it way on my bill. I explained this to the bartender and it was removed. Drinks. I ordered a Manhattan that was strong but mediocre in taste and wasn't a full proper fill. My wife ordered the Paloma that basically tasted like sour mix on the rocks and was missing grapefruit. We explained this to the bartender and she remade the drink stating that they must of changed the menu . So second paloma comes and pretty much taste the same and at this point we give up lol. Before the food came we asked for silverware which we never got. We seen the manager and asked for silverware and also never got any. I literally had to go to a empty table and snatch the silverware myself . At the end of the day I'm giving one star and that just for the food being ok but the service was zero stars. My husband has a gluten allergy and this is one of the only restaurant chains that doesn't make him sick. We are thankful to have an option!! He says the food is amazing! We asked a couple of questions for the ones that were available. The bartender didn't know and didn't offer a tasting. 110 was an absolute hit, and I'm so glad we stopped in here to eat. We were catching a movie next store and I was hungry, so we briefly looked at the menu i and decided to give this place a go. First of all they make all their food fresh and the kitchen is wide open so you can see your food and everyone else's being made, and all fresh ingredients. From the greeters to the servers to the cooks to the management, everyone was very pleasant and kind and attentive. They work in teams here and help out, it's not just 1 server struggling on their own, everyone comes to check on you which was great. I got the 110 Cuban and it was amazing. A regular Cuban but it was flavored so well, and it was just really good. I love going places that have a great aura about them, amazing service and even better food. I also found out there's one in Rhode Island closer to me, so I will check that one out next. Love it! For sure give it a try if you haven't. They have a nice selection of drinks and food. read more

We decided to try this spot .. and boy did we quickly regret our decision. At first glance, the place did not impress me with its ambiance (lack there of) or the decor. This should've been a red flag. We were seated at one of the bar high tables and waited a bit longer than we wanted to for the flustered server to greet us. Mind you, the restaurant was nearly empty. My boyfriend and I ordered drinks. I got a prosecco - they brought me a white wine. Ugh. After they brought me the correct drink, we then decided to order an app .. we ordered the Spanish dip and it was okay. A bit burnt but it did the trick. Then we got our entrees. The most depressing part of our experience .. my boyfriend ordered the chicken pesto and I got the shrimp and clam linguini. First bite into my linguini and I wanted to spit it out. Overpowered by lemon, tasteless and watery! The shrimp had absolutely no seasoning or flavor either and .. what clams?!?! Then I asked my boyfriend (who hates complaining) how his food was and he said it was alright. I tried it. And wow. Same thing. Bland. Tasteless. And he couldn't even eat the chicken because it didn't taste like anything or even tasted cooked really! I sent my food back and despite of being famished, I decided to not order anything else off the menu. My boyfriend ate a few more bites and just threw the towel down and stopped eating. We decided to order one more round of drinks instead. They comped my meal and the app. The server was nice, but definitely inexperienced which is not her fault. I like the onion strings on top, the sauce on top of the onion strings was a little too strong for me so I'll just ask for without the sauce next time. Great addition to the neighborhood. Will serve them well. Prices are great, casual atmosphere. A Boston eater will feel at home... and no there is no clam chowder on there at all. Yey! A good mix of American favorites and Italianish stuff. I had a Caesar salad with grilled tuna on top. Billed as having a housemade dressing and topped off with regiano. What I would say is that it misses out at being a signature dish. It's a Caesar on the creamy side, a little shy of being ranch. Maybe that appeals to someone in search of a Caesar missing it's balls; then I guess it's a match. The Caesar I love has the bite of lemon, the funk of anchovies, and the haunting burn of garlic, blended into an emulsion (usually egg yolks, mustard and oil) Chefs can play with the proportions, but that is what a Caesar is. You may not want to offend the locals, but give folks the option to go all in and try the real deal! Also if you are going to spend the money on the reggiano, then put it on top so customers can see it rather than blended in. Tuna was pretty in pink and had a light sear. Super fresh. I'm giving this place marks for service, a chill place to watch a game (that isn't a sports bar) and this magnificent blue colada. In town for a business trip and my hotel is a block away. I got in late so figured I would just try the closest spot. Food was absolutely fantastic! I started with the tomato soup which was creamy, warm, and absolutely delicious. I also got the fish tacos, equally as amazing. Had the Barbados Chai Tea cocktail. Also delicious, but was light on the rum for a $13 cocktail. Sat at the bar and the bar staff was very friendly and accommodating. They managed to put a specific basketball game on for me, which I appreciated. May come back here again tomorrow for dinner as it's convenient and very good. UPDATE: Came back again for dinner after my work event. Food was still great. Got the Firecracker Shrimp which were delicious and the grilled cheese and soup for dinner which really hit the spot as it was freezing and raining. read more

Now that South Bay has been gentrified they have fancy schmancy stores to go w/ it. I have been to this place in Braintree & it doesn't even seem like the same place. We waited a while for someone to acknowledge we were sitting there waiting for some water & take our order. Finally someone came to help us out & apologized for the wait. We placed our order which had specific instructions that apparently were not followed. First there was no dressing on the salad, then they added the wrong dressing, then it was brought out on the side which I don't like since it doesn't make sense to me for me to do the work. The sweet potato fries were overcooked & the brussels sprouts were not roasted but steamed or something. We ended up getting some dessert (free) which was really tasty & the best part of the whole thing. I guess up to you to take your chances on the type of experience you'll get. read more

Wow, what an absolute dumpster fire. Where to even begin...we were sat at 6:15. The restaurant was steadily busy but it was open enough that we were given multiple Options for tables. We finally received our drinks at 6:49 pm-- at that point we called the restaurant next door to check the wait because we took it as a sign of things to come. They were on a super long wait so we decided to tough it out. We asked for bread three times because we were starving...before it finally came, well after 7pm. The chorizo totcho appetizer which came out with our drinks at 6:49 was pretty decent but wasn't worth the 12 bucks we paid for a very small portion. Honestly the problem tonight came down to horrible front of house management coupled with understaffing.Your servers were working their ASSES off, stretched aimlessly across your restaurant running back and forth between asinine nonsensical sections. I saw them bussing their own tables, running glassware to dishwashers...helping out in the kitchen, all while you stood aimlessly at the kitchen window telling the chefs what you still needed. The chefs who were clearly understaffed were working fast and they clearly knew they were behind- the manager contributed NOTHING to the process. Roll up your sleeves- bus some tables- walk around and make sure tables have drinks and bread and give some hospitality. Have the common sense to stop seating tables and go on a wait. Do ANYTHING helpful. Halfway through the night some back of house manager showed up and got things in order...honestly the front of house manager just doesn't have what it takes they should put the other woman in charge. Direct your hostess to do some bussing- to check in with tables and run food and drinks- to offer people bread...do ANYTHING but what you did tonight. Finally-at 7:45 our main entrees arrived. Two sandwiches, a burger, and a flatbread, my friend was rearranging his burger to actually be on the bun when the manager walked up and pulled his burger out from in front of him and said "that's not yours I'll be back." Never in my life have I seen such a thing! Let's try: sir we've brought you the wrong order, would you like to keep that one or would you like me to correct it? He had already cut into it for cripes sake. They brought him another more disappointing looking burger without a side and he just sent it back and asked them to cancel. We finally rolled out of there around 8:30 after being seated at 6:15. The food was a 3/5 but bad management and poor hosting knocked off two stars. Hats off to our server because she clearly did the best she could to keep moving...unlike her leadership. She should get herself a better gig because she's too good for that place. I've been here a few times and it has been great! They have outdoor seating and it is tucked away South Bay center with its own parking lot. Staff do take preventative measures and use gloves - important! I usually order the BBQ chicken salad (really good) and the watermelon margtini. The service you get truly depends on your server. Make sure to ask them to add a piece of watermelon to your drink, if they didn't! Definitely recommend for a nice afternoon/evening out. read more

Whoa had THE STRANGEST restaurant experience here today of my life. My husband, son, and I came in for lunch around noon. There were very few people in the restaurant. We were seated quickly. I ordered a Diet Coke and was told they didn't have any so I settled for a sparkling water. My husband ordered a beer. Five minutes later they said they had no beer on draught. Was offered a Diet Coke eventually after going through a list of bottled beers they didn't have! Wait you have Diet Coke after all? Anyway we ordered our meals. 30 minutes later we are hungry but patient. My husband started to nod off. Waiter noticed and commented on it. We laughed. He was sleepy and we were bored waiting. I couldn't understand because there were literally 5 people in the whole restaurant. 15 minutes later... still waiting. I noticed the guys in the kitchen were looking out at us and like, not cooking. Our waiter came over and asked... "hey you already finished eating right?" I was literally astonished and stared back with my mouth open. Then he said "Oh! I think I forgot to put in your order, I guess. Hmmm, I'll have to take your orders again." He held up a pen and looked expectantly at us like we were going to order again an hour later. Lololol WHAT THE ACTUAL F? Is this the twilight zone?! We were very polite and asked for the bill for our sodas. He was about to charge us for the sodas and thought better of it. We left. It was sooooooo bizzare. It wasn't even busy. How did he actually forget? He kept walking by. I saw him write the order down. There were no other people waiting for food at that point. We were visiting from out of town and found 110 Grill on Google. The food was really good. But what really impressed me was the way they handled my husband's food allergy. We were asked when we arrived if there were any allergies they needed to be aware of. When my husband's food arrived, it was personally delivered by the chef with a pick in it that specified an allergy. I ordered something that contained the allergen, and again, the chef delivered the food personally and made it clear that it contained the allergen. This happened again when my dessert arrived. We were very impressed with the extra care taken and wish we could frequent this restaurant often. read more

Had a really bad experience here tonight. My boyfriend and I usually love 110 grill. We've been to this location before and had a great experience. We decided to come for our anniversary dinner, which was a big mistake. Our waiter was extremely inattentive. Whenever he came to the table, he would immediately walk away after one request even when we weren't done talking yet. It took like three or four times of him coming around to actually order our food because he just kept walking off. Usually, waiters will drop off drinks and ask if you're ready to order. He just dropped of the drinks and left. After we ordered our appetizers, we ended up waiting for them for around 30 minutes. In this time, a new table had been seated and received their appetizer after not even five minutes. The restaurant was pretty empty, so we were confused about what was taking so long. Usually the service is incredibly fast. Our waiter kept walking by saying they would be out soon. Eventually, a random waitress dropped our entrees off without even saying anything. We ordered the chorizo totchos and firecracker shrimp. The shrimp looked different than they usually do, but they were still tasty. However, our totchos were missing the chorizo. The manager(?) came over and informed us our entrees were also ready and asked if we wanted them now too. I informed him about the missing chorizo and he said he'd get a side of it for us to sprinkle on top. Another 15 minutes or so go by, still no chorizo. He eventually came back and informed us that they were actually out of chorizo and the chefs decided to just serve it to us anyway and hoped that we didn't notice instead of informing him they were out. He was clearly annoyed the staff didn't inform him about them being out, and so were we. If we had known, we would've ordered something else. He comped both appetizers, but we were still peeved about the experience. As for the rest of the food, I asked for my steak to be cooked medium and it was well done. My boyfriend's sandwich was missing the sauce it was supposed to have. The manager offered to bring him some sauce on the side and then never showed up. It took forever for the waiter to bring us ketchup and a to go box. Our drinks also didn't seem like they were made correctly and they came without straws. Mine definitely wasn't, I get the same thing every time and it tasted horrible this time. The color was completely off and there was zero ice. It tasted super watery. Another person got the same drink and hers was a totally different color than mine. Overall, it was a horrible experience and ruined 110 grill for us. I don't know if we'll ever go back. read more

Great service. Staff was friendly, outgoing and could not have been more accommodating for our private event of 75. The pizza appetizers were tasty as were the salads, Caesar and mixed greens. Really enjoyed the hoisin noodles and veggie stir fry. Steak tips and salmon entrees good too. For dessert they served an ice cream and brownie bar. read more

The food and atmosphere was great. Everything took a left turn when the bar patrons were in exchange of conversation about n-word. I was in complete disbelief this was happening with the bartender standing there and not saying a word. When the bill came I asked to speak to the manager. The manager apologized profusely, stated that was not his view of people of color, then stated the bar patrons had just came from a funeral and may have had too much to drink along with emotions. If that is the case why would the restaurant risk liability of the individuals should something occur. Also the manager mentioned one of the bar patrons was a childhood friend and shocked by the behavior? Seriously the behavior didn't happen overnight. When I was leaving with my father the manager comes over to ask if he could compensate us with deserts or cocktails. We politely said no and left. What fool would accept a cocktail or additional food from an establishment that supports racism, discrimination, disrespect, and acknowledged that his friends were completely out of line but yet they still stayed in 110 Grill. am utterly disgusted with the display of actions from 110 Grill. If anyone ever asks me about 110 Grill please believe my review will not be favorable. I don't need to spend $120 on an early dinner to be completely disrespected. I need for your company to understand the power of the minority funds, it's stronger than most think. I have friends of all shades of color including the Caucasian race. My girlfriend and I are here in Boston visiting and this place was a short walk away. The interior is very nice and not to brightly lit. The bar is beautiful and has some TVs with sports on. The first thing that impressed me was the hostess asked if we need gluten free menus which I've never been offered anywhere else. I think it's a nice consideration for different dietary needs. It goes even further when our waitress came to our table and asked if we had any allergy restrictions (my girlfriend has a severe citrus allergy) and told us that the kitchen would strictly adhere to anything we needed. I just think that is outstanding customer service! She ordered The Cure Burger and I had the Pulled Pork MAC and Cheese. Both were absolutely fantastic!
