Great hidden gem! Food was delish and the micheladas were . Would highly recommend checking this place out

First time I went in the day, I sat in the corner by the fans. I had a coffee and a California Burrito. 2nd Time I sat by the other side of the restaurant during the evening and it felt humid and hot inside, dunno if the a/c or the ventilation in the kitchen broke at the time. The staff is generally nice and the place is clean. The fries were really salty when my family and I had it for the first time. Might wanna ask if you can hold the salt on the side or lighten the salt on your food. read more

Our go to place always! Everything I have had is delicious. Authentic enough. when I say that, I mean who compares to grandma? But let me tell you, the beans, rice, chips, salsa are so good. My favorite are the chile rellenos! Also the Torta de Milanesa. It does not end there, The hamburger and fries are also one of my favorites. I love their fries! Husband loves the Tostada salad. Chile con carne. Breakfast is also so delicious! cafe de la olla, yum! Service is on point. Lovely young ladies always very attentive. Always smiling and i'm a great mood. Ambiance is cozy, Covid clean, sanitized. Restroom always clean. Place is a gem for us and our favorite place in Norco. Visit them. You will love their food. My opinion anyway. I'm picky... This is my first ever yelp review, but I just had to leave one. Delicious authentic Mexican food. Very friendly and attentive staff, My husband and I were very well taken care of. We briefly got o speak with the owner and she was very sweet. We asked what part of Mexico they are from and she said from Jalisco and Zacatecas. Ordered food for delivery. They forgot to send half the order. The half they did send was wrong. The only thing they got right was the churro. Kinda bummed, was my first time trying their food, and what they actually sent was really good. But they don't even answer the phone, and I can't get ahold of anyone. Not good service, at all. Wow. This place opened during COVID and is definitely making its mark to stay in Norco. Loved the prior establishment, Silverado's, and loving this new business. Been here a couple of times before writing this review just to see if this is going to be my next local Mexican food spot and winner winner ding ding ding. I love the coffee, the one with the hint of cinnamon, Mexican style. Their salsa has a kick to it, the spice that may hurt later in the day but can't get enough when indulging in it so definitely worth a bit of tingling when having chips and salsa before the food comes. Haven't been able to try the seafood but was able to try a bit of everything on the menu excluding the beer. I've had the chilaquiles with steak and with chicken. Steak is preferred and not a fan of their chicken. Sope is typical, I tried the buche and lengua tacos, they are really small but good size when having multiple orders. The tongue was tender and delicious with nice cut size, the stomach wasn't bad and the meat to tortilla ratio has no complaints. The chili verde burrito is bomb; both dry and wet because the nice chunks of tender meat. I just got to remember to ask for no cheese because some of us are not a fan of the cheese aftermath. Seating is limited and it appears that most of the guests are respectful of eating and leaving when there's a line. The staff are friendly, I only caught Sonia's name who appears to be in charge or maybe the owner but either way is nice, and gives a welcoming smile. The only thing I would like is for the coffee and water refills need to be replenished quicker because that spice gets the best of me sometimes. First timer. I got a carnitas burrito. I liked it, it had good flavor. The only complaint I have is it was super oily. The paper it was wrapped in was drenched and my hands were covered in oil. I kept wiping them and still kept getting more and more oil. At the end it just fell apart from being drenched. The workers were friendly.I'm willing to try it again to see if this was just a fluke which I'm really hoping it was. read more

Bomb local joint! The outdoor tent area is nice and well kept. We had a party of 5 and were sat quick along with some awesome chips and spicy salsa. The salsa is yummy but spicy ask for a Side of Pico it is amazing!!! The fish tacos are full of flavor and the rice and beans are great and flavorful too. Food is some of the most authentic Mexican and Delicious. IE is predominant Hispanic and I have not found a good spot I go back to until this one. We Got Really excited about this place from a review on Instagram. Let me tell you the minute you walk in, trust your gut and run away. The place is a dirty, tables are really old, which all of that is fine if the food was good. Menudo was out of a can, there was nothing fresh about it and the chilaquiles, well my plate had multiple hairs in it. We ended up returning the chilaquiles and instead of them taking it off our bill, they have us a $6 discount. Who does that! When the whole plate was basically returned due to hair from your cool. A friend recommended that we try 4 Serranos a few weeks ago, and I wished we'd come sooner. The shredded beef combo burrito was delicious - fresh tortilla, generous mixture of perfectly cooked beef and tasty refried beans. The taco salad with carnitas was in a freshly cooked tortilla shell with (again) perfectly cooked pork and tasty refried beans as well as fresh lettuce and generous dollops of sour cream and guacamole. I Came here this morning with my nephew and my mom this morning and oh my goodness how I was pleasantly surprised. The lady that helped us was extremely nice and her customer service was phenomenal and the food was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! I will definitely be back to try other foods that they have. We were in town from Florida for a soccer showcase and looking for some authentic Mexican cuisine for lunch. We chose 4 Serrano's, because of location and reviews. It did not disappoint! The food was amazing and the staff even better. To top it off, the margarita was delicious. read more

I was looking for another authentic Mexican food option in the area...and well this probably won't be it. I ordered the shrimp cocktail and it was water and 10 small shrimp in a regular-sized cup. The first time in my life I considered just not finishing something I had paid my hard-earned money for. I also ordered the torta de milanesa and it was just okay. Nothing to brag about. If I had to rate it it would end up on the lacking side of average. Oh, and no salsa in my "To Go" bag which I find rather problematic considering that it's staple for any Mexican food spot to at have their house salsa in your bag to help make your food better. So let me tell ya'll! We just had the best Michilada EVER! The spice ring is a special Secret mix that makes you wanting more! So delicious! . I had the Huevos Rancheros and it was superb, they roast/grill the onion n bell peppers first! What a tasty touch it gives the Huevos. Rice never a disappointment. Beans were a tad bit salty but I don't eat salt so may just be me. Husband had the Huevos con Chorizo, he's very picky on his Chorizo and said very tasty and wasn't greasy. 5 stars Again 4 Serranos! . My husband order the fish Mojarra Frita Mariscos. He loved it ! He said it was perfectly flavored. He didn't need to add anything to it. The place was empty. That gave me pause. Don't order from these idiots! I ordered delivery through DoorDash. My order came and I got a lengua taco instead of a lengua burrito. I called immediately and some dumb kid told me he couldn't find my order despite asking for my name 3 times. I asked him how I can get my burrito because that was my husbands dinner. The kid just kept saying, "uuuugghhhhh" over and over. Then some girl gets on the phone. Asks me my name, I tell her. She says she's looking at all the DoorDash orders and doesn't see my order. I told her I can screenshot it and how can I get my burrito. She just kept repeating 3 other people's names saying they don't see my order. I said then how did you make my order and the DoorDash person delivered it to me. She says she doesn't know! WTF. Besides that, my entire order, minus the tip was $45 and the portions are so freaking tiny it's insane! No offer for a refund. No offer to rectify the issue.
