Everything was homemade and delicious, the rice sooo good and moist, homemade beans, salsa, churros, horchata :) My hubby and I had the beef and shrimp fajitas with al pastor tacos delicious! Its a family owned business and the Dad does most of the cooking, he does a great job. Support your local restaurants they are much better then the chain restraunts and give warm hospitality service. Very good food! Amazing friendly service. Family ran and owned which was awesome. The chili verde wet burrito was delicious- spicy and built up as you ate but so good that you just can't stop. Carnitas was tender in the inside and perfectly crispy on the outside. Beans were bomb!!! Even the rice was fluffy and moist and I'm not usually a rice ran. Guacamole I wasn't a fan of, too much onions and too doctored. Tasted frozen. Rather have fresh avocado with a tad of doctoring. Michelada was decent but a tad pricey vs just having a beer. The one thing that got under my skin was the added non cash fee, maybe there is a sign inside but we're dining covid style outside. So not aware of it or would have paid cash. Maybe let the diners know if the fee when they hand you a card. It was about 4%. We will back though soon...... read more

Very disappointing... I was craving menudo ... I ordered two containers they each are 32 ounces for $12.99 each.. One of my containers was 32 ounces of broth and maybe a half a cup of hominy.. and the other had meat but only like 10 pieces of hominy... I did request one serving to only be hominy but I did not expect to have to pay 1299 for 32 ounces of broth and a handful of hominy... .. I live down the street and I would love to have been able to come here on the weekends to get some menudo but I will never come back total rip off .. Absolutely FIRE!!! The food is incredibly delicious! Our first time visit was a great one! I had the huevos and Chile verde plate and was extremely satisfied with the portions and everything on the plate had great flavor. The cafe de la olla was good and the salsa was super delicious! Tried the grilled chicken plate I was not impressed the rice was to wet and no flavor beans need salt. Chicken was not grilled more like steamed and flavorless. Everyone in our party tried something different and honestly one visit was all it took to not go back. I miss the old owners I drive by and keep going not worth it. This is a family owned company so I strongly suggest supporting this business. And it won't be hard, the food is amazing. So why only 4 stars. They have no fountain drinks, only bottle or can. Also, only a 2 group can stand inside waiting to order. Any others need to wait outside. Hopefully it's only a social distancing problem and is temporary. My family will return. Give it a try. Best Mexican Food in Norco! It was my first time placing an order from here, but based on their reviews I went on a whim and placed a large catering platter order. For a party of 25; I ordered half platter of rice and beans , half platter of beef, half platter chicken for tacos, that came with tortilla, 3 different degree of hot sauce ( mild, hot, & spicy) onions and cilantro, and fresh chips & we had plenty of left over. The guests all loved the food and went back for 3rds and there was plenty of food left over. The ladies at the restaurant were very friendly and sweet. I asked for uncooked tortilla, but had the griddle out so the guests can warmed up how many tacos they would like to feed their face. Very Good authentic Mexican food, big portions and lots of options. This restaurant has an outdoor seating area with large white tarp easily fits 15 tables. This is do to indoor eating not permitted. Very lackluster food. We got the california burrito and shrimp burrito and it was soggy . The tortilla was wrapped loosely mainly because there wasn't enough filling. The included salsa is very watery. I'm not sure if this just a style difference or they are trying to save money by watering down their salsa. While pricing is similar to other similar restaurants, their burritos are smaller. Will not be going back. read more

My friend and I just had two tacos each and chips and salsa. But they don't have salsa. they just have a hot hot sauce it's watery not like the salsa that's a little heavier and thicker for your chips. The taco was minimal. First off, "Big Burrito!"The carne asada was finely chopped and I did not come across any fatty or grisly pieces. The flavors were very good. The beans were a perfect consistency, not runny or overly thick. I added rice to my burrito and it was tasty and very good. The staff was super friendly. Usually this place is good, I order deliveries online. Today I ordered tacos a side of rice and beans and a drink. When my order arrived there was NO TACOS? Did you seriously think I would just eat rice and beans for lunch? Why didn't you call me to inform me it's not available and to choose an alternative like other restaurants do?
