Had an amazing time today, we didn't escape but had fun trying! I wanted to do something different with my family and decided to give 60Out a try since it is a local business, and we were not disappointed! We booked online which was convenient to reserve a spot, and upon seeing the minimum age was 12, I called the location to double check because my youngest son is only 10 and he really wanted to go. As we chose the mafia room, 10 was acceptable. Jarrad was our clue master, he was professional & friendly and gave us a couple of hints because quite frankly we sucked! Sadly we didn't complete the mission in 60 minutes, but will definitely be back to try one of the other rooms! I definitely recommend this for a fun family afternoon out. read more

Went there for my birthday, and we were all blown away with how much fun we had! The room scenarios were fun and engaging, the puzzles were just the right amount of challenging, and our GM Jess was so excellent! She was helpful, without giving too much away, and kept us pointed in the right direction. Loved her!! We did the Jumanji room and while it was one of the harder escape rooms I've done, we all had a fun time finding clues and working together. Took my son here for his 18th birthday and the game we had planned to do was unavailable, so we were given a discount and we chose a new room. We went with Dracula. It was an awesome room the puzzles are definitely thinkers and well done. The safety precautions for COVID made us feel safe as well. Kat was kind enough to be sure to turn the volume down a bit as I am sensitive to loud sounds, this makes such a huge difference on my experience and comfort, it is extremely appreciated. Wes was very friendly and informative and made the experience seamless despite the hurdle with the complications of the room becoming unavailable. We have been to 60out before and have always had a blast. Wes and Kat were absolutely wonderful and made the day that much better. We look forward to doing another room soon. read more

Also, when we were over there they were having technical difficulties with the TV. This review is based on Alice in Wonderland. The room is very interesting. A lot of puzzle teas and doors. I mean what is Alice and Wonderland without tea and doors? Their are a lot of puzzle to solve from the first room to the second room. Came here with some coworkers because they wanted the jumanji theme. Parking is also all metered or have to be in the neighborhoods. I honestly didn't know what to expect. None of us have ever done escape rooms and I've only done the very basic puzzles in a single room. This was on a whole other level. Fully immersive, lots of technology involved, and crazy puzzles I'd never think of. We didn't pass. We didn't even make it to the 3rd room. But it was very fun. Shout out to Johnny I believe his name was. Very cool guy and got into the role. Felt like he enjoyed his job and was nice enough to give us some pointers when he saw some things weren't working. Some things to note: Since they use a lot of technology, a lot of time was wasted because certain objects weren't in their very exact place or pushed in correctly for the sensor to work. Make sure you check! Another time waster was not sticking to your own role because each character has jobs only they can complete. I don't recommend this for newbies. This is for the seasoned player but production wise, it was better than I imagined! read more

My wife and I love escape rooms and out of the 20+ we've done 60out is the best in room design, puzzles & experience. We were out there earlier this year and did the Ghost Ship room at this location and loved the room. The design, the effects, the puzzles, everything in the room was sublime. The only issue we had was at some point during the room we had asked for help & got no response for several minutes. We still got out of the room but I reflected this issue in my original review. Not very long after that review I was contacted by the manager at the location Westly and was offered a chance to come back to do another room on them to make up for that issue & apologizing profusely for what happened and guaranteeing that this was not how they operate. That in itself was very appreciated. I accepted the offer to come back and was pleasantly surprised with how quickly we were able to book a room and go in. After reaching out to do another room Westly pulled all the stops and got us in the next day, which happened to be my birthday, we did the Dracula room. We were treated with nothing but respect from everyone working, we were given help when we asked for it and the customer service was the best I've ever experienced in the 20+ other escape rooms I have done. The Dracula room is up there with the best of the escape rooms that I have done in design and puzzles. So cool & creepy but also very fun. My wife and I had a blast, we even made it out with time to spare! Thank you very much Westly and the crew who helped us at this 60 out location! You guys did a great job and made my escape room birthday experience a great one. Jumanji is such a phenomenal room. The experience was pure ADVENTURE. The time allotted was not enough to appreciate its production value (arguably, we did lose a chunk of time being mesmerised by the room's magical elements). It elicited many "wow"s and dropped surprises left and right. The puzzles were hyper-engaging from start to finish. A mixture of nostalgia from watching the original Jumanji as a kid and adventure from the revamped, digitised Jumanji. Finally got to check this room off my list. The room was definitely challenging and the puzzles were innovative and cute. At times we had to think out of the box and there were a few surprises that came about. Fun and quirky. The room is linear. The story was cute and came with a surprising twist. FYI, this room is located on their second level. Game master was polite and made sure we get the same amount of time despite our late start. One aspect did not work but it did not affect the puzzle, more of the story. read more

We had such a great time, from start to finish at 60Out Escape Rooms. The staff was extremely friendly and so willing to answer any questions we had. We ran into some traffic, and they were nice enough to give us a 10 minute grace period. We did Grandma's Master Plan and unfortunately DID NOT escape. It was very challenging, but so much fun. They did a really good job with making you fee like you were PART of the story. All of the puzzles were awesome! They really did a good job putting the rooms together. Our group completed the "Grandma's Master Plan" escape room and of the now 20+ escape rooms we have done, this was one of my favorites. The room design, quality of the puzzles and storyline are all interesting, fun and immersive. Rather than being composed of number or letter locks like many escape rooms, this room has puzzles built in to the theme and fabric of the story itself. I absolutely loved the concept and space. It was fun and interesting from beginning to end. Unfortunately, the quality of the service we received was far less than outstanding. I rate the room itself a 5/5 stars and I rate the quality of customer service a 1/5 stars. In balance, my overall rating is 3/5. We had trouble finding parking and then finding the actual room location (it was upstairs through a second entrance for this particular room). For this reason we walked in about 5 minutes before the room start time. Our game master, Tevon, began to VERY SLOWLY and tediously tell us that our room does not have a grace period so he is going to have us sign waivers and do an introduction during the time we should be in the actual game. He then slowly set up the ipads for us to sign waivers and the process took an exhausting amount of time. He had no regard for the fact that we are running late on our game room time. I understand that there is no grace period, but do you need to waste a lot of time on top of that fact??!!? He seemed like he was falling asleep at the desk while he was talking to us. Then while we are trying to solve a puzzle that involves visual/listening clues - we hear a group coming out of a different room, hollering and yelling. It kind of ruins the immersive effect when people are yelling right outside the door. Why is there no employee who is in charge of warning groups outside not to interrupt other people's experience??? Finally, when we got to the point in the game where we needed to solve a puzzle to open a door, a girl came out of nowhere and had to shut the door first before we solved the puzzle to get it open. They had not finished preparing the room for the game and we had to watch her hop in, say "oops sorry" and shut the door. It was laughable. Overall the customer service was AWFUL. Their inability to run a game properly soured our otherwise stellar experience. read more

Ok, I mean there's so much to say, I could fill an entire book with praises. We walk in, are greeted by West and just felt right at home. We were a group of 4, whisked into the whimsical world of Jumanji. After the briefing, we were locked into room and the hunt for clues began. Obviously I'm not going to go into detail but MAN!!! This place was awesome. So much fun, unique puzzles, nothing felt overplayed. This is not one of those "find the 4 digit combination to the padlock, and then the next padlock, and then the next" type of room. What a wild ride this was. West was incredible from beginning to end, we unfortunately had to throw our hands up and ask for a hint as we were running out of time at the end and we were given just enough of a nudge to finish... just barely within the limit. So much fun, and West intrigued us with the descriptions of the VR escape rooms 60Out has to offer. Needless to say, we're coming back for the headsets. All this being said, as written really heavily about in my other most recent review, we had a weird experience earlier in the day with this company regarding a cancellation of a room which is why we ended up at Jumanji in the first place. It was a bit weird and we were hesitant going in. However, the experience we had with West and the room we played really turned the whole thing around and we ended up having a fantastic afternoon! What a great time! This was our first time doing an escape room (2 ppl) so we tried Alice in Wonderland. I booked through the phone the day before and the person who helped me was very helpful. When we went in, Diego was our host and super awesome. He answered all of our questions and was very attentive throughout the game - giving us hints as needed. He made our first time experience a great one! The puzzles were fun, creative and definitely gave us a brain work out lol but that's the best part. Among all the escape room options, this was a solid choice and a great bonding event. I've been to a few other escape rooms and I'd say this place is pretty comparable to any other place. The group I came with was pretty big so we split up into two rooms: one was pirate themed, the other was mafia. I was in the mafia-themed room, which was pretty fun. The other group was telling us about their room and it sounded like the pirate-themed room was a lot more interactive and immersive. Kinda wish I was in that room based on what they were telling me, but we still had fun. Definitely worth the trip! read more

Just did Dracula! This was the 4th 60out room my team has done and it was a lot of fun. The set design was terrific and immersive, and there were some unusual puzzle mechanics that we really enjoyed. West and Jes made us feel very welcome and provided the perfect amount of help, when asked. Others have mentioned puzzles not working (a common thing since "guests" can be pretty rough on their surroundings), but everything was working and properly reset. We look forward to our next 60out-ing when we come back for Jumanji! read more
