The potion size was great and price was awesome. However the food itself was bland. I ordered the twin lobster rolls, with an apple blossom for dessert to go. The apple blossom was terrific but they forgot my ice cream so I had to go back for it. The meat inside the lobster was cold (although I asked before hand if it was warm) and had no flavor. The butter on the side was warm and so were the fries. Overall I was disappointed. I wish they would warm and soak the meat in butter before putting it on the bread. The amount of the meat was nice but again bland. When the hero of your meal is the desert that's just not good. read more

My first mistake was not getting up and walking out. The menu prices are based on the weight and market price . They weigh the crab or shrimp before it is cooked so you never see the weight. If a crab is $26 a lb how do I know before I order what it weighs? I decide to order the crab and shrimp cake sandwich since it was a set price, my second mistake. It looked big and delicious, no it was over cooked hard crunchy outside and cold in center and tasted nothing like crab or shrimp. Won't be back. read more

Customer service is terrible, all young teenagers more attentive to their cell phones than customers! they asked me literally 5 different times to repeat my order and still got it wrong. But when you order a Boil you expect the bag to come steaming HOT to the point where you can almost not touch it at first but our bag came room temp and QUICKLY turned cold as ice to the touch....I'm not the person to complain often but it was so cold I couldn't eat it so we brought it to their attention. Now here is where Shelly was very sweet and apologetic and acknowledged we were absolutely right and she took everything back. I wish Yelp would allow "Zero Stars". Never have I ever left a restaurant after receiving my food. I ordered the salmon with rice and vegetables. When the meal came out, it looked terrible. I knew something was wrong. The rice was cold, hard and stale. The vegetables were also hard and cold. The salmon was very small and looked very unappetizing. I am glad I touched the food before putting one bite in my mouth. I could not believe how stale and cold the rice and vegetables were. There was no way in hell I was going to eat this meal. How they can serve this is beyond me. It is obvious the kitchen staff could care less what they are serving. The image of that rice is going to stay with me for a long time. By far the best seafood boil in Nevada. Hot 'n' juicy wishes they were this good and Viking has no chance. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left, I felt the love. Our servers name was Ricky and his personality was amazing. He was very attentive and made us feel important and the food!!! Oh man, we had the family feast heat level 3 and it was a flavor explosion. The cooks did an amazing job preparing our food. Your management was also very attentive I saw two of them walking around interacting with guests, I spoke with Gordon and he made us feel like we have been friends for years, he is very professional and is exactly what I would expect from a manager of a restaurant, then we met the lobster, man that was cool, the manager walking him around looked so happy and excited to bring this beast out for all to see, Rich is a fun guy, his smile was very contagious I can see why this place is so successful with leaders like them. We are local to the Las Vegas area, and we were just looking for a relaxed place with great food to enjoy my birthday. I saw some pics and videos of this spot on Instagram recently, and we were really glad we gave it a shot... Our server, Robert, kept us really well taken care of through the whole visit and his service was very friendly and top-notch all around! Robert responded quickly to everything that we needed and made our family experience an easy-going and relaxed time. For our size party (we had a few family members also visiting from out of town), we ordered the Neighborhood Block Party.. which was supposed to be for 5-8 people. Make sure you come hungry!! The size of this group serving was no joke, the quality and flavor wasn't like some of the other crab boil restaurants we've tried in the past (so good!) and the backyard-eating style vibe was just what we needed. The lobster was my favorite part, along with the friendly service and atmosphere.. Great way to enjoy an amazing seafood-boil dinner!!
