This head spa was nothing short of amazing. Mindy & Mia at the front desk took care of me so well. I was a walk-in and they had space for me on a Thursdays afternoon. I had the premium package which was good for what it costs & I included the 25 dollar exfoliating scalp treatment. I'm glad I did because it was much needed and worth it. It was very relaxing, this was my first time ever trying this massage. I have been looking into it but hadn't yet found the place. From the outside it looks very covered but there's plenty of parking. Will be back for more services and try something different.

I booked this place for my mom for mother's day and she really enjoyed her experience! The facility was spotless and all the attendants were very sweet. There was complimentary water and snacks and discount if you pay with Zelle or Venmo!

I had a really nice experience at Aroma Head Spa. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The service was relaxing from start to finish, especially the scalp massage and waterfall treatment. I liked that the place felt peaceful and not rushed. My scalp felt clean and my hair felt soft after. I would come back again, especially for a self-care day.

I adore this head spa so much and keep coming back for a reason!! From the moment you step in you feel at ease. They take you in instantly to change and get under the covers with a toasty covers for your feet and add a nice heated pillow for your stomach. They have so many different things that go on in the deluxe 90 min massage. Love it so much and the amazing facial! Check in for a goodie korean surprise!

Amazing experience! My therapist was incredibly attentive and the scalp massage was pure bliss. Left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend Bailey!!

This place is amazing! I surprised my fiancé with an appointment and it was fantastic. Everything was so relaxing and accommodating. We loved it! I just wish I told my masseuse at the start that she could go a little harder. I came in with a sprained ankle, so I think she was just being gentle with me, which I appreciate! But next time I'll speak up about my preference. My fiancé's massage was perfect for him. They really worked out some knots and he left feeling great. We both loved the scalp treatment! Our scalps felt so clean and refreshed and the before and after was awesome to see! It was such a wonderful experience and we're already looking forward to coming back at least once a month! Thank you to the team for taking such good care of us, Aroma HeadSpa team! We'll see you again soon!

First time and will definitely come back! The scalp analysis sold me on the scalp purification, boy did I have build up. My head feels so fresh after words. Definitely doing a bad job of washing my hair. Thinking I need to stop the dry shampoo too. Service was so relaxing and professional all the way through. Vibe is tranquil. The lobby is a bit small and hectic but they try to get you in and out of that area asap which is good. Only star off was for the facial microdermabrasion add-on the machine felt like it wasn't doing anything and would rather have done a different add-on or ski all together. I also kinda wish the would say what step is happening next. Otherwise it is a real great experience and will definitely come in the future and recommend

My visit here was absolutely wonderful and very through. From booking til leaving the facility, everything was flawless. When booking for a friend and myself, I was informed there were no individual rooms at this location. Not a problem for us. Reminders were provided leading up to the day we were going. Upon arriving the place, it is very basic from the outside, but once you enter, it's inviting and nicely decorated. My friend and I were seated at the stools with mirrors for part 1 of our experience. Here we were shown the current condition of our scalps so we can compare before and after. Very interesting! Next up a changing room so we can have shoulders up exposed for full treatment. They provide a basket we took with us for our belongings to go in which we placed at the foot of our treatment bed. The experience was wonderful. Very relaxing. Despite being in a shared room, with the calming music in the background, I completely forgot there were others nearby. The set up was great. Post treatment, we gathered our basket and headed to the next room where our hair was dried for us. No styling, but that's ok. My hair looked beautiful, shiny and healthy. It felt so good. We were able to see our scalps once again and a huge difference after being cleaned properly. Kathy took care of me during my treatment and did an amazing job! I will definitely be returning!

I had such a relaxing experience at Aroma Head Spa! I got the 9-step customizable treatment, which lasted 90 minutes and felt amazing from start to finish. It started with a scalp analysis, followed by a refreshing facial treatment--the gel cream mask had a cool, minty sensation. Throughout the session, I had a heated pad on my stomach and warm footies, which made everything even cozier. Then came the soothing head massage, deep cleanse, and steam treatment--every step felt super thorough and refreshing. I have no idea what they used, but my hair was so soft and shiny for days!

From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. They start by assessing your scalp and hair, even showing you close-up images on a super-zoom camera, which feels both thorough and personalized. The changing rooms are tranquil and spotless, with baskets provided to keep your belongings beside you during the service. The treatment room is a shared space divided by curtains, but it still feels private and serene. The exfoliating treatment worked wonders, and the scalp massage was absolutely exceptional. You also have the option to add on a facial and treatment mask, which makes the experience even more rejuvenating. I also loved that they provide a blow-dry station for use afterward. Overall, it was a very relaxing, refreshing experience -- and it was great!

We booked reservations ahead of time. This is an ASIAN spa, which means clothing is not present on the gender specific sides (they give you a pink or brown cotton shorts and t shirt uniform to wear in the common area). My favorite thing is to bring a book and read in the common area after my treatment , and also eat lunch at the Korean restaurant. Highly recommend doing this as at least a 4 hour excursion, you can stay up to 6 hours (which we did ). I like that the services are also pretty comprehensive if you do the most expensive one (face mask, hair wrap, full body etc ) Pros: - the actual spa service itself is quite luxurious - I had Sumi and she did a fantastic job scrubbing off all my dead skin, I feel super exfoliated and very soft afterwards. I was so relaxed during my gold wrap that I fell asleep LOL. And the Asian style massage was great, especially on the back and shoulders. - the sheer variety of amenities outside of the appointment are great too - I recommend coming at least an hour earlier than your appointment so you can take advantage of the hot tubs, wet sauna, and fire and forest rooms that make you sweat - co-ed with separate gender sides for the actual spa, and then a joint common area where you wear your uniforms and are clothed. Great for couples if you want to try something new together ! - the Korean restaurant inside the spa is actually so good - solid Korean style street food and the bingsoo is so good (medium is easily shareable between 2-3 people) - easy to use locker keys - lovely common area with heated floors, TVs playing the World Cup, and some massage chairs - I do really love the ice room in the common area Cons: - I'm soooo glad we came on the earlier side around 9am on a Saturday because it got VERY busy later in the day after 12noon. Honestly some people were very loud and disrespectful in the common area where talking isn't supposed to be allowed - straight up talking on the phone or having full conversations. Not a fan if you're trying to relax and have peace - I almost wish I brought loop ear plugs. Probably more a complaint about the clientele than the actual service - because it's so popular, the reservation appointment times don't become available until 1-2 weeks beforehand Overall - I definitely would come back again just because the service appointment is so good and it feels good to get exfoliated and massaged. The one thing I do wish they had more availability is a scalp focused section of the massage, but I can't be that made haha 10/10 but I wish loud culturally unaware people would stop coming here and ignoring directions Tips: - helpful to bring cash for tip (they give you an envelope at the end of your treatment that sometimes has a Venmo account but not always ) - if you like showering with your own shampoo and conditioner, bring it. They also have hairdryers there but bring your hair tools or moisturizer if you want to use it after your service ! - no one actually cares that you're naked and it's not as weird as you think it is, everyone's in their own zone having a relaxing time - book an early appointment time so you don't have to compete for tub or shower space!

Coming from an American perspective, being completely naked around strangers felt very foreign at first, but it was honestly fascinating to experience a different culture where that's completely normal. I got used to it much faster than I expected, and it really wasn't a big deal. I booked the scrub and massage package. The body scrub was AMAZING. Almost a week later and my skin still feels incredibly soft. Definitely the highlight of the spa services for me. The massage itself was just okay. It included a facial with some type of cream and shaved cucumber slices, which left my skin feeling nice and soft, but I've definitely had better massages. Between the bright lights, being completely exposed, and being rushed to sit up, move over, and switch positions, it was a little hard to fully relax. Now let's talk about the food, because WOW. I forgot the menu number, but I ordered the Korean ribs along with the tofu, beef and shrimp soup, and both were absolutely delicious. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and comforting. Honestly, I would come back just for the food alone. Overall, I'd happily return for another scrub and a meal. The massage wasn't my favorite, but the experience itself was memorable and gave me a new appreciation for a tradition that's so different from what many of us are used to.

Having booked the service, we were allowed to utilize the amenities located in the spa. In order to get to the spa (if you're not staying in the hotel), you had to drive into the front entrance of the hotel. This is located on the side opposite of PCH. The only real option to park is through valet service which the spa takes care of as part of the cost of the service. Our massages were booked for 2pm but we arrived around 11:30am to have lunch and enjoy the amenities. The food was pretty good and the servings were plentiful. We got a chicken Cesar wrap and the charcuterie board. You're able to eat and have the food brought over just like you were ordering room service, it was definitely room service cost and they charged for delivery to the garden. After we finished eating, we lounged in the garden to catch some sun. This is the part where I say that it almost fit the bill... the weather loved tents providing shade had mold on the canvas. Maybe it was just weather warn because it does stay outside all year round? Not sure but I'm thinking that it definitely looked like mold to me. After the sun, we enjoyed the indoor amenities of steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. For me, there a few other patrons enjoying the amenities but my boyfriend said that he pretty much had the men's locker room all to himself. My favorite part about the amenities was the shower. The shower had a rainfall shower, a handheld shower and then several steam shower heads on three of the walls. The products in the shower smelled great and I would definitely use them again. For our massages, we have the couples suite. The room was absolutely gorgeous complete with 2 massage tables, 2 sinks, a gorgeous tub, 2 separate showers this beautiful stone piece on the far wall. Massages were great and relaxing. After the massages, our massage therapists led us out to the garden again to pretty much recover from the service and it was definitely needed. Upon checking it out from our service, we perused the gift shop. There were cute clothing pieces there as well as the products that were utilized as part of some of the services. When paying, they let us know that the gratuity was already covered in the cost so that was nice. Given the cost for each service, I thought it was a generous but also fair tip. Because we finished late afternoon, we decided to walk down to the pier and venture around there. We were able to keep the car there and the hotel bellman allowed us to store our gym bags in the hotel as well, all at no extra cost. If I was looking to splurge again, I would probably come back. What would sweeten the deal is if we were able to use the hotel pool too but they said that it is only allowed during the weekdays when the pool isn't too busy.
