My son went straight for the Milanesa con Papas Fritas a Caballo--a crispy breaded steak topped with two fried eggs, with fries perfect for dipping into the yolk. For dessert, the Panqueque con Dulce de Leche was the perfect sweet ending (though this time, he ate it all by himself!).
