Small and mighty / gotta love all the flavor variety. It literally has something for everyone to enjoy, sorbet, sundae, cone, dish, cakes... I called ahead to see if my favorite flavor was available and IT WAS!!! I headed over to this one since it was the closest. Monkey Business 2 scoops please. Soooooooooooo tasty!! Service with a smile - can't beat it. Enjoy!

Baskin-Robbins $36 ice cream cake but where is the ice cream?

Ordered a custom ice cream cake from this location. It was $36. Upon getting the cake, we noticed it was pretty small. Upon cutting it open, it had a sliver of ice cream. The rest was cake. We contacted the store and Farshid said he would send a certificate via email for a new cake and then hung up the phone abruptly. Followed up via email a few times and then when he finally replied, he said he had sent it via text. He then proceeded to send a bunch of very rude texts, insisting that I was somebody else. He definitely did not because I never gave him my cell phone and when I called him, it was from a landline. He said it was for a mini cake from the freezer case which is not what we ordered. Everything about this experience has been frustrating. Proceed with caution when ordering a custom cake.

Just your average Baskin-Robbins. As long as it's clean and has all the flavor you want that's the most important thing. I have only had 2 flavors over the past 15 years since Jamoca Almond Fudge is one of my favorite flavors and I like their Chocolate Peanut Butter a lot. I haven't had any of their other flavors so as long as those two are available I'm happy. There's a few seating area inside and outside here and parking is pretty available.

Such a throwback, I've been coming to Baskin-Robbins since it was 31 flavors and I got to take my husband for the first time which was such a treat. Somehow he instinctively knew to get daiquiri ice which is a flavor I haven't discovered outside of Baskin Robbins and is definitely one of my favorite flavors. I usually get the pistachio almond but this time I was in a peanut butter mood I went for scoop of chocolate peanut butter. It was quite yummy. There's plenty of parking in the strip mall and the staff were fast and efficient. Lots of flavors to choose from too so there's something for everyone!

What do you do when there's a heat wave outside and you need a way to cool down? Seek out ice cream of course! The Baskin Robbins franchise has been around for as long as I can remember. Interestingly enough, Tustin has always had a location although it hasn't always been where it is today. I'm always a fan of the tried and true, so their Gold Medal Ribbon flavor is where it's at for me. Regardless, you have up to 31 flavors to select from so enjoy!

Baskin Robbins had a promo today for a free single scoop with promo code in app. This is my first time using their app, so I actually downloaded and walked in to the store to look at the selections. Interesting enough, my favorite flavor that wasn't showing up in the app was available so I mentioned it to the girl that was working and she said I can order any flavor on the app and she will substitute with what I want. When I placed the order, it prompted for credit card info (no Apple Pay) because they charged tax off the original price, which I wasn't expecting but I did it because I was already there. The girl working was so friendly. She changed my flavor for me and gave me a nice big scoop.

Friendly staff and yummy ice cream. They also have a great birthday club that you can include birthdays for your entire family on one account. You get a QR code to scan on the mobile app for the free birthday scoop. Today I stopped by for the free scoop deal on the app and got a nice sized scoop of strawberry cheesecake! Yum!

The ice cream is fine, but let's face, all anyone wants is the Valentine's Day ice cream. Stupidly, you don't let people have the only decent flavor all the time. Your business is up on Valentine's Day, but has anyone ever said, "I want ice cream, let's go to baskin robbins, and not the much, much, MUCH, better competitors." Nobody really loves your ice cream, but they go because they somehow always have coupons. Such a great place for ice cream. They have all the classic flavor and so many new ones as well. Federico was amazing. He was so welcoming and nice. He made sure we were happy with our choice of ice cream and gave us samples to be able to try new flavors. He even gave us these tickets for buying an ice cream. I was trying to order a birthday cake online as I wanted a custom flavored ice cream polar pizza but that function is not available yet through the BR website, so I called their location. Although they didn't pick up the phone, they texted me back and was able to help me with the order by texting. They were able to do a 2- flavor polar pizza within a few hours and I was able to pick it up the same day. They are now at a new location across the street at 13662 Newport Avenue. This is probably my first Yelp post! But I am writing to say that this place and the owner (Fred) went the distance in helping me with my order. I originally placed an online order for an ice cream cake at another Baskin-Robbins location nearby. However, as I was driving from LA to pick it up, I was told that the location didn't have the cake. They put me in contact with Fred, who said that his place would be able to offer me a replacement. I drove to their location and he was able to find me a similar cake right away. They were also nice enough to provide me a box full of ice to safely transport it. I can't thank them enough for the help. The generous customer service is a great reason for everyone to visit. Please stop by when you can! read more

This is our neighborhood BR and we love it. The owner, Federico, is always super cheerful and energetic. We've been going frequently lately and all the new flavors that are coming out are soooo good. You need to try the new Mango with real pieces of mango inside, also the eggnog that's ready now! Walked into get 2 quarts of ice cream granted at 9:25pm thinking they are open till 10pm because the website says 10pm but they are open till 9:30pm. I was ignored until they walk out from the back and say we are closed at 9:31pm. The kid sweeping ignored me also when I walked in. They did not want to help me for 2 quarts of ice cream that was in the freezer. !!!!!! Then a say I will give a Yelp review and one of the boys said "I don't give a F#%#.!! Totally blown away of the lack of customer service. I will never come here again I will drive 10 minutes further then spend another dime at this place. These kids that work here have zero respect. I even ask for there names and they say we are closed. Not wanting to give names. Worst experience ever. read more

It is on the pricey side for cake but I used a $3 off birthday coupon they sent me which was nice. Staff was friendly as well. This is by far the best customer service I've ever had! Both Sarah and Luz helped me pick something new that I probably would've never tried! I got tired of getting the same thing and they were very helpful! Usually at other baskin robbins they don't offer much of customer service but these two were very helpful. $9.69 for a quart of pre-packed ice cream ...... the girl gave me a coupon that would allow me to buy two (2) quarts for $13.99+tax, but I she said I couldn't use it and that I had to use it the "next time" I came in. There will not be a next time - I'll go elsewhere to purchase ice cream since $9.69 for a quart is, IMO, too high of a price. read more

Please note that you do have to order a month in advance. Kylie let me know that there is a minimum purchase of 2 cakes when ordering lunchbox cakes so I ordered 2. The actual cake is vanilla flavor and you have the option of choosing vanilla, strawberry, matcha, or cookies and cream for the buttercream filling. For my mom's birthday, I chose a light purple cake with a cute floral design and strawberry buttercream flavor ($40). The second cake for her birthday had Van Gogh's starry night with vanilla buttercream flavor ($45). For my birthday this year, I ordered a light pink cake with a floral design and matcha buttercream flavor ($45). My second lunchbox cake was light purple with an angel hello kitty design and cookies and cream buttercream filling ($50). It's really cool that you are able to customize your cakes, although it does get pricier as you add more details. The lunchbox cakes come in a circle shape and are the perfect size. There's enough cake to share with a couple people, but it's also not too much cake if you wanted to just enjoy it yourself. :) Once you are set on the details of your order and your pickup time, Kylie sends you your invoice. After that, all you have to do is show up at your designated time to the address provided. Kylie includes cake care instructions for you as well to ensure that your cake stays in good condition until you are ready to enjoy it. I have appreciated the quality of the cakes and I love supporting small businesses so I will definitely order again in the future. Thank you Kylie for your beautiful designs and attention to detail. Slander is a legal term used to describe false statements made by one party against another. I made no false statements - unlike your response. I did not react to you rudely when you came in, your staff had no issues with me, and you were parked far longer than 8 min. You are clearly angry, but evidently not contrite. You broke the law (CA sections 22511.7 and 22511.8), but you justify that because you are a good person who donates to charity. Sadly, your reaction is typical of someone who gets called out for parking in handicapped. It is a rare person who can simply take accountability and say they are sorry. I would give this place zero stars if I could, came here for my birthday scoop, some guys came in after me, The worker/owner(elderly man with few hair) asked me what I wanted, then quickly moved on to the guys behind me, and said, I'll get you guys first, they were hesitant, and eventually he got the point, and told me he didn't have to service me first because I wasn't paying. Literally the worst service in the world. Ice cream was good though, go to any other location. I got a great deal from Groupon for a catering at my house. The staff delivered 5 flavors of ice cream all of which I chose and was PLENTY! The girl who serviced our party was very kind and made sure everyone got enough wet/dry toppings. Overall I'd say we got more than what we expected and the groupon deals are totally worth it! They also have $14 for $20 groupon toward anything so you can buy a cake at a discount. I'm surprised that this store has such bad ratings because as a regular customer, every time I go in I feel welcomed and notice the hard work the staff puts into each shift especially when it comes to making customers happy. 15/10 would recommend. I have been going to Baskin-Robbins all my life. Growing up i just used to call it the "pink store" and get so excited every time my parents would take me here. All of the people working here at this Baskin-Robbins are as sweet as their ice cream. They always have the biggest, most friendly smiles on their faces and give you endless samples! which is great for the very indecisive person that I always am. I went in today and saw the owner/manage treat his employee poorly. Says a lot about him as a business owner when he does that infront of customers. Was so cold but I was talked into having ice cream. So glad I did as I found a favorite new flavor. The Pineapple Coconut is amazing!! Isaac helped us out tonight with my daughter and her friend. I absolutely love 31 Baskin Robbins! Their ice cream is always so delicious and creamy, and they have so many flavors to choose from. Baskin Robbins is just too finger licking good. There are soooo many varieties/flavours of ice-cream that reading the names, mouth starts watering! I've always loved Butter pecan, Snickers, Reeses, Banana Split and banana royal Thanks Lulu & team for such wonderful ice-creams and customer service:) read more

Ordered an ice cream cake with a custom photo and it came out perfect. Manager was very nice and helped us light candles with his own lighter since we forgot to bring one. He gave utensils too and coupons for buy one get one free ice cream scoops read more

I drive from Irvine to get my fix of ice cream since most of the locations in Irvine closed down. They have my favorite flavor - Chocolate Fudge! which is hard to find nowadays. Great customer service. Thank you. read more

The…read moreparking lot is small and it is difficult to turn into That said, I have to admit that I have never had a problem finding a parking space. The place has always looked clean. The staff have been friendly, courteous and helpful. The ice cream selection was awesome. Everything has tasted great. My granddaughter always gets one scoop. I have a two scoop sundae. She manages to talk me out of the cherry atop my sundae every time. Great memories.
