On each table is a QR code to either order or just to claim your table for your order. It's not obvious how to do this. Never have I come across such an inconsiderate manager at a place that's known to be considerate and welcoming. Thankfully for me, the other manager (Alec?), was so much nicer and instead of ignoring me like the other guy, he tried to help by fast tracking my order and guess what, it was done in less than 7min. All of it. Did they make anybody wait because of me? Nope! I've been going to Mendocino Farms for over a decade across so many different locations, and this was my first visit to this particular store. And because of this one manager (Zaen?), it ruined my entire outlook for this popular brand.
