Expect to pay $20+ for most of the dishes Ordered the Avocado Benedict ($20.95) and it consisted of 2 egg muffins, topped with a poached egg, avocado, and ham, as well as a garden salad and country fried potatoes. One of the eggs arrived destroyed so it was already runny and the other one was a little overcooked so it wasn't perfectly poached as I was expecting but it wasn't too big of a deal. The ham was a little dry and salty but the avocado was very delicious and fresh. The egg muffin was quite cold and dry so it wasn't too enjoyable. The garden salad was pretty basic and just had some greens, corn, and tomatoes so nothing too special. The potatoes arrived cold, dry and slightly crunchy. It was extremely salty so it was hard to enjoy Overall, I thought the food was a little pricey and underwhelming unfortunately.

A total gem with delicious food because of high quality ingredients. Breakfast burrito has potatoes…read moreand avo in it and the tortilla is grilled so it's crispy. Mouthwatering satisfaction!!! And the aioli dip is a great match. I had my doubts coming here because it looked like a regular boring diner but it's exceptional in the freshness. The breakfast sando is also on quality toast with both ham and bacon; the whole sandwich is well balanced with all the ingredients. Kids meal options are also great. Got a breakfast burrito for the kid and it comes with a lot of fruit which the kid loved. This is a special place! It's not super spacious and often packed, so come prepared! Counter order and then the staff brings plates to your table. There's outdoor swating. Restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of a plaza. So unassuming. Parking is off Mentor, up a ramp, if you're lucky.

Date of visit: May 8, 2026…read more Selections: Lechera Waffle Chilaquiles Verdes Experience: I was craving waffles and decided to give this place a try after scrolling through the DoorDash app. This place drew me in because they offered chilaquiles too, so I got an order of lechera waffles and their chilaquiles verdes. The delivery took about 50 minutes to get to me after ordering and I was a bit nervous about how soggy both would be, especially the chilaquiles since I like when the chips are mostly hard still. I was pleasantly surprised and thankful that the salsa for the chilaquiles came on the side and though the waffle wasn't as crispy as I thought it would be, it was thick and fluffy and tasted great with the toppings. The salsa for the chilaquiles had a kick to them that I enjoyed and it went great with the cheese, red onions, and sunny side egg that came with it. I definitely would want to check this place out in person and try their other options as well!

This visit was no different! Our server, David, was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. You can really tell when someone genuinely cares about giving great service, and he definitely did. The food was sooo good!! everything we tried was delicious. Every dish came out fresh, flavorful, and exceeded expectations. It's one of those places where you end up talking about the food long after you leave because it was that good. What really made this visit extra special was the thoughtful birthday surprise they did for me. They brought out a birthday dessert along with a card signed by all of the workers, which I thought was such a unique and personal touch. Little things like that really make a place stand out and make the experience feel memorable instead of just another lunch outing. Overall, such a great atmosphere, amazing food, and service. Definitely one of my favorite spots and I'll absolutely keep coming back. Huge thank you again to David and the team for making the lunch feel so special!

Unfortunately, this was a really disappointing experience. The woman taking our order did not seem to know what Celiac disease or gluten even was, and became visibly annoyed when I asked basic questions about food preparation and cross contamination. When I asked about the prep station and whether gloves or utensils could be changed, she refused to ask the cooks. From what I was told, nearly everything shares the same grill. The only item that might potentially be safe would be eggs cooked in a separate pan, but without changing gloves or utensils, even that would not actually be safe for someone with Celiac disease. I ended up not eating at all. I actually left my party and waited in the car because I wanted to cry. It was embarrassing and honestly heartbreaking to feel like asking questions to protect my health was treated like an inconvenience. I completely understand not every restaurant can accommodate Celiac, but kindness, honesty, and basic understanding go a long way. I hope the staff can receive better education about food allergies and cross contamination in the future.

Our server was also so nice and even itemized and split the bill for us, which I always appreciate with group dinners. Also worth noting, they have a no tipping policy because there is an automatic 20% service fee, but they fully disclose that upfront so there are no surprises. I got the bone broth with noodles because the broth looked way too good to pass up, and honestly... the broth absolutely lived up to the hype. So rich, flavorful, and exactly the kind of thing I wanted to keep drinking forever. The actual noodles and beef were a little underwhelming though. At one point the noodles kind of gave instant noodle vibes, which felt like a missed opportunity because the broth deserved better. I almost wish there were different noodle options or honestly just less noodles because I mostly just wanted to sip the broth. We also tried the ube gnocchi, which sounded amazing in theory, but it ended up being a little too creamy for me and I did not get as much ube flavor as I was hoping for. The real standout besides that incredible broth was the chicken wings. So crispy, so tender, and ridiculously flavorful. Absolutely would order those again.
