I stopped in and ordered a slice of pizza. It was just okay, nothing special. For $11, I expected a lot more in terms of flavor and quality. I am not a drinker at all. My personal opinion about this place was. A tourist trap. The margaritas are really light on the alcohol. I rarely drink but when I do I want to feel it. Funny thing was this was the only alcohol drink i had on this day. I went to many bars but did not drink at any. This was my first alcohol drink in this city. I noticed that this was a chain. They have a few others around. It is eye appealing. The colors and the margaritas really catch everyone's attention. The servers are nice. They also serve pizza. I didn't try it but saw it. Went for a quick bite and a beer after our ghost tour late night. Service was super quick and beer prices are great for a big glass. Server was very nice and welcoming. Pizza options are just 3. No chicken option so had to go for cheese pizza. Seems he had to make new for us so it took time to serve. We waited almost 15 mins even though he said just 6 mins it will take. Just wanted something cold. We have Wet Willies and Fat Tuesday where I'm from so this place is alright compared to those. Like all daiquiri places they offer free samples for you to taste them although they were not as wanting to give them as other places have been. The good part is that it isn't that sweet. They have their selection of souvenir cups that you can get your drink in which will offer a cheaper price (discount of a dollar or two) on the next refill. We had the Frose which was not bad, and I tried the Pina Colada which I liked since it did not have too much sweetness like others do. They also have these Jell-O shots that are 2 for $6 in two different flavors. We didn't try those but thought they were cool, maybe later in the trip we will. Overall, wanted a cool alcoholic drink and this wasn't a bad choice but nothing that special. You can also add a shot of liquor to it or combine flavors. She was fun, engaged, and took a lot of pride in the business. She was very willing to offer a sample or two, as well as give opinions about the various options. She even let us sample some to see if we liked it. My boyfriend and I shared one. We got the hurricane one and it had like a cherry flavor. I'm giving this place 3 stars for the customer service. My cousin and i came here on Saturday April 20, 2019 and had the pleasure of speaking with Brandy ( her name is either brandy or Britanny) she was super nice. She explained all the drinks and answered all our questions. She gets 5 stars. Later that night we came back and it was another girl working. She DID NOT SPEAK and did not greet us. I had to ask her is i could order. She was a black young lady and i did not get her name. I ordered a slice of pizza and a refill on my drink. When it came time to pay she told me my total was $13. My cousin and i ordered the same thing and her total was also $13. This young lady charged my cousin $13 but charge me $18. I asked her why did she over charge me. She then said "oh my bad". I told her no big deal just give me my money. She then explained she couldn't because she can't do refunds but i could order more stuff to make up the difference. I explained that made no sense she has been rude since we came in and that i only wanted my money and to leave. I asked to speak with a manager and she explained she couldn't call a manager or get in contact with one. I was so pissed and just ended up leaving. She really she not work in customer service. I always tip my servers and this was one time i did not. I have love for this place because, with no plans during the day, I was able to get very sloppy on only 3 of their big drinks. I had the Pina colada and some other red rum (ha ha) drink. Also, add extra shots (Malibu rum to my pina colada, for an example) are available. Also have beer by the bottles. My husband and I went to Big Easy Daiquiris about a week ago. I noticed a big difference with the bartenders; Bartender Kyle is racist when black customers come in he pretends he is busy. He will walk away drink a bottle of water or just look away so that the other bartender may help them. In addition, when he has no choice but to help them; he speaks to them different. He will inform all white customers of your specials, shots, pizza and etc.; with black customers it's a straight question no comments just ok get your money, don't inform them of anything and get out. My husband is black; he didn't know we were together. I just sat there watching and was disgusted by his behavior. And he is lazy; he takes a lot of smoke breaks while leaving the other bartender alone. I noticed how he works because we were there the whole weekend at other locations too.
