Today I came out from an appointment and found my tire totally flat thank goodness I was only a few doors down from big O tires in Tustin I went down to the shop which was extremely busy and talked to Juan and he said that he would be able to help me but I would need to wait for about an hour well within a half an hour he had Brian walk up to where my car was and Brian was able to take the tire off. We found a very large screw in it unfortunately it was too close to the sidewall so I had to purchase a tire not only did they not try to upsell me but they had me out the door within half an hour. I am so grateful for the store being there but I must say as a woman these two young men both Juan and Brian were not only professional and courteous but very kind. I can't speak highly enough for the shop and will from now on recommend them. Again thank you!! read more

My wife ran over a screw in her tire causing it to go flat. I called Big O about 30 minutes before they were going to close and they said they'd help me out if I could get there within a few minutes. I arrived with wheel removed from car. Aureliano and his guys were able to repair the tire and get it back to me in just a couple minutes, and my wife's car is back to good. Big O on 1st St in Tustin is the only place I'll take my car for the things they cover ... Ive had numerous tires repaired and replaced by them over many many years but never thought to give them a yelp review till this last time when I had 2 flats within a month and a half of eachother. These guys are always polite, friendly, reliable, trustworthy ( left expensive sunglasses in glove box ) , efficient, very cost competitive, go out of their way to help and run an excellent business. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I have gotten my tires replaced by them in the past. This time they said it would be $200 to get my lug nuts replaced, which at the end of the day, should be on the company's back for giving me lug nuts that would be faulty under 50,000 miles anyway. I'm disappointed that they charged me for something that I question needed to even get done when all I wanted was an oil change and a tire rotation. read more

BS!!! The team you "Don't" trust! I came to this location a couple days ago for an oil change, I was told by the manager Aureliano that the fluids were in my car would be topped off and tires would be rotated. I told him I did not need my tires rotated because I just had them rotated a couple weeks ago. Before getting my car back after the oil change I was to I need a new water pump because mine is leaking, I asked why there are no wet spots on my driveway, he also told me my car had no coolant, and I questioned why the car wasn't running hot. I did not trust what he told me so I told him I'm taking the car to my mechanic to check it. I saw my mechanic today and he told me nothing is wrong with my water pump! My mechanic took me out to the car and showed me where the water pump is and there were no signs of a leak! Never again coming back to this place! Ladies beware!!! This guy saw a nicely dress female and thought he can get me to pay $378.98 Thinking that would be dumb enough to fall for his BS! He chose the wrong female to try to upsell!!!! read more

I came in because my low pressure alert came on my car. The guys here were so friendly and check all my tires immediately. They even took the time and found a nail in my tire. The last place I went to just filled up my tires and sent me on my way. They patched it immediately and I was on my way. Finally found my spot for my car needs. Was there earlier to get new tires. I was lucky enough to be helped by the store manager Juan, that always tends to be a good thing because you know you're getting top notch service. Juan was able to assess my needs, and gave me a great deal on my service. I ended up getting an oil change as well since it was due soon anyways. I chose to wait outside and Juan communicated every update to me. During my visit I did come across a very rude customer who started yelling abusive language towards Juan and his crew, but he handled it with great professionalism and politely asked the customer to leave if he was to continue yelling profanity in his store while other guests were present- yes, he called us guests. Juan put his guests waiting in the lobby at a high level of consideration. I now understand why this place gets a high number of visitors. read more

Went in today and it was packed(right before Christmas)! *Mishonda* was manning the front desk, and even though the customers were being very difficult, she remained kind, and helpful! Their employees could of done a better job at communicating at the fact that they don't repair Tesla tires. My husband had gone over yesterday evening after finding out that we had a nail in our tire during our commute and he brings it over an hour before closing time. The employee tells him that even though they were closing in an hour, they weren't taking any appointments and for him to come back tomorrow morning to get the Tesla tire fixed. My husband drove after the next morning to only find another employee stating that they don't fix tires on Teslas. They could of saved us a trip by letting us know that beforehand. Communication is definitely not their forte and we will not be patronizing this business. read more
