She was Polite and straight to the point. With Michonda and Garcia, who fixed up my tire and its now amazing, this place is a 10/10 recommendation. I would not come again work is ok but I had to get the work redone by an actual dealership yes cheap yes good people but not good Diagnostics I had a whistle in my engine and they said that that was normal so I went to another dealership and it was my pc RI vowel they do not know how to diagnose cars they deftly don't know how to do work I had to get the whole power steering done again because they put it on wrong and I was still leaking and it was just an OK experience I wouldn't go back though nor what I recommend friends to go here they're lucky I give them 3 stars because they did the work and they gave me a discount but besides that I will never go back the work was not good and that had to have a redone I am was paid 2600 and an actual dealership that actually did a write and I asked them to diagnose the cardus I if there is any more problems and they said nothing else is wrong with that the car was good but then I went to the dealership and they told me that so much was wrong with their add I just don't like their work at shottie it's not good and there diagnostic skills are not there I'm very upset and I never write Yelp reviews read more

This place was a pleasant supprise!!! I had a bad week when I came to Big O Tires. I had a flat tire on monday, AAA came out and put on my spare then 3 days later I got a second flat tire!!! With my spare already in use and my car stuck in the parking lot at work I was forced to go to the closest tire place, out of fear that driving on my flat tire would damage my rim. I arrived her and was greeted by the manager, I for the life of me cannot remember his name but he was great! They found me a great set of tires and replaced them promptly while I waited in the lobby watching TV. Upon leaving the place I mentioned how great the service was in comparison to the terrible yelp reviews and the manager explained that he had worked at this location when it opened and left to go to another branch while he was gone the customer service was awful so the company brought him back to this branch in order to get all the great customers back!! I have been going to this Big O for about 12 years now, and they always provide excellent service and exceed expectations. My wife had a flat on the rear of her car and when I tried to put air in it you could hear the air just escaping from a puncture. The car has run flat tires, but I did not want to drive on it any further so we called Juan at Big O and he informed us that the tire was not readily available (it was already 4PM) but he could have it before 12 the following day. I asked him to please order the tire and let him know I would bring the wheel and damaged tire to the shop that evening. I asked my wife to call the BMW dealer just to see if they had the tire in stock (it is not a size stocked by many shops) and surprisingly they did have it and at a reasonable price. I called Juan back at Big O and told him to cancel the tire he had ordered and he was very appreciative we let him know. We made and appointment with the dealer, I removed the wheel and tire from the car and brought it in for them to mount and balance. When we arrived the BMW dealer said they could not just mount a tire on a rim, they had to have the vehicle on site even though we confirmed that we were only bringing the wheel and tire. The service writer suggested we just purchase the tire and take it to a local tire shop to mount and balance. Well, we called Juan at Big O for a third time, and asked if he could mount and balance the tire we purchased from someone else and he said to bring it on down. We were there 15 minutes later, near closing time at this point, and Juan had the tire mounted and balanced within about 15 minutes. The shop was pretty busy, but they got it done right away while we waited. When it was done the technician loaded it in our SUV and Juan said "your all set, thanks for coming in". When I asked him about the invoice, he said not to worry about it since we are a long time customer - he would not even take the $20 tip I was planning on giving him because of all the hassle we put him through. I do not generally write reviews, but the service was outstanding and I felt that I as a customer came first. Thank you Juan and the Big O crew!! read more

I had a fairly unique experience with Big O that ultimately won me over. I won't go into too much detail to save Cruz and his team face, but they had a significant slip up with their inventory count. A few-hour ordeal turned into a few days of repeat visits. When they finally finished the job, they were apologetic and gave me credit for a free oil change. I then drove away and pulled over to inspect their work. I found one of the tire gauge caps was missing and decided to drive back to see if they had any I could purchase from them. They did but insisted I take it for free. But because it was slightly different from the other three caps on my wheels, they replaced all of them at no charge so they would all match. Got my oil changed there, and afterward it leaked. They said it needed a new oil pan because the plug was damaged. They showed my how the plug was leaking tons of oil, it looked really bad..But lucky me!!..... the problem was only a loose plug!! It was tightened and no leak after all. I had such a great experience here I wanted to give a shout out. I had issues with what I thought was a tire problem especially w my back ones. It turned out to be the tire pressure light going out. Lo and behold though my tire picked up a bolt somewhere I could tell it was in a spot that couldnt be patched, knowing my back 2 tires were worn ended up w 4 new tires. Also need 2 front brake pads also not surprising and new brake fluid very reasonable and done quickly. Beware they like to joke about how long it'll take. Orange counties dont like schedule messed with. Staff is friendly waiting room and garage are clean and well kept! Couldnt ask for better! read more

Had flat tire on Friday night and ran on the rim for couple miles. I was worry about if the custom wheel was still useable. Talked to store manage Alex. He was very nice and helpful. He asked me to tow the car there and they would inspected it. He later confirmed the wheel was useable and ordered the tire. I picked up the car 3 days later. I called this location yesterday when I discovered that one of my tires was leaking. After speaking with Roger, I decided to come in, in hopes that my tire would be repaired. Luckily they were able to repair it, and I was in and out in 15 minutes, tops. Everyone was very helpful, but Roger was especially so. Got a nail in my tire and wanted it patched. Since we originally purchased our tires at a Big O we knew we could get it patched for free so we originally attempted the location on Katella near Tustin. After leaving our vehicle there for 3 hours they did nothing to patch our tire because they couldn't find the tool in our car to take the tire off--which was unbelieveable. It didn't take a hard look. Anyway, now hubby is back at work and I have to take care of this with two kids in tow. This location is good for that because it is right next door to a couple of places to eat, a couple blocks from a park, and a couple blocks from a library. So when I dropped off our vehicle I was told it would be an hour and forty-five minutes, (and we were told we'd get a call when the car was done). They didn't look busy when we dropped it off, but when the kids and I returned from the park in exactly that amount of time, they looked pretty swamped. I had not received a phone call so the kids and I sat down in the waiting room. If you have kids and care about what they see, the station was on something completely inappropriate. Also, we sat there for 30 minutes before I saw my keys hanging behind the counter and asked the man if my car was ready--um, yes. We just sat there for an extra 30 minutes as a bonus. They got the job done but they're not going to be respectful of your time. read more
