Fresh and delicious. He and my son liked the fries. The menu lists that a vegetarian substitute is available if requested but I opted for their "secret menu" grilled cheese sandwich and it was tasty. The double special (double cheeseburger, fries, and a drink) was $12.50. That's cheaper than a whopper meal at BK nowadays, and with fresher ingredients. It's a throwback type of burger stand in the Bixby area of the LBC. They have a companion mini Airstream type of trailer alongside the burger stand that sells simple ice cream cones/cups, sundaes, milkshakes, and root beer floats. The quality of the burger honestly exceeded my expectations, much better than In-N-Out and although Louis Burgers on Atlantic and 6th used to be my favorite burger in LB, Bixby Burger takes the cake. Awesome little spot! Got myself a Bixby Double and an order of fries. For around $10, you really can't do any better! The burger tasted fresh and great, and the fries were hot, crispy, and well seasoned! The service was excellent and fast as well. If you eat a lot of burgers around Bixby, this place is much better than Mr. Pete's or Fantastic cafe, and is definitely worth a try! I'll be back for sure! read more

Burger is as small as a mc double, the patty about the same thickness very thin. Chili is cold and from a can. You can tell by the taste of the meat it's from a can and the cheese didn't melt. What a wonderful little burger stand in Bixby! I was driving by and saw a line of folks standing outside and assumed it must be a decent burger here. There were only 2 people hustling and bustling inside. 1 man cooking and 1 man taking the orders. The gentleman taking the order was so nice. And holy cow, the food came out quick.
