Bizza is a place on Haight and Ashbury. My girlfriend ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza and I ordered a steak and mushroom pizza. The pizzas are really big slices and very generous slices as well which made me really full. The service here is very friendly. There is a kiosk where you can order food and they also have a big wall for the menu

    AMERICAN BURGER w/ FRIES

Was thrifting in the Haight and decided to grab dinner here at Bizza. Ironically didn't get pizza and instead opted for a burger and fries. After ordering, it took about 10-15 minutes for the food to be ready. Burger was the most mediocre burger possible, but the fries were solid. I wouldn't mind coming here just for fries, but that's about it. A container of ranch is also $1. Service wasn't too friendly, felt a bit dismissive, but isn't a huge dealbreaker for me.

There was no line upon entering and service was quick professional And friendly. Food came out quick and there was plenty of seating. Pizza was delicious and perfectly cooked. Ingredients tasted fresh. They had several TVs on. We definitely would go again.

Was looking for something quick while exploring neighborhood and before walking up the hill to my parked car. They got a big menu of specialty pizzas but decided with the pepperoni slice. The pizza was good, crust firm and cheese had a good pull, might suggest more pepperoni given the price. It was very hot inside the store, can't imagine eating inside during warm seasons. Slice did its job making me feel happy and satiated before trekking up the hill.

When we walked in I thought it was a casual pizza establishment well I was wrong this place not only has pizza by the slice it has a twist to it. You can get pizza and Mediterranean all in one place it was amazing. It's a little hole in the wall with a twist. Pizza was fresh and hot and came out super fast. Service was amazing and kind.

    FALALFEL BIZZA and QUEEN MARGHERITA

We got a half and half of Falafel pizza and queen margherita. Both were much better than I imagined. Ordered for delivery and they came in hot and quickly. Will definitely try others on the menu although the falafel is probably gonna be my favorite one.

Not many pizza places have completely vegan options, they offer a lot of options and DIY your own style. I have been here a couple times, I would say I really like this place, but somehow feel there is a separation between the dough and the topping. Maybe it is me having a weird taste. It doesn't really have any service here, you order on a screen and pick up when it is ready. I like it, it doesn't bother me at all.

Bustling Bizza! Large flavorful pizza slice that fills you up. I ordered the Lamb Bizza. I recommend it! It was ready pretty fast. I look forward to trying more variations of Bizza. Bizza. Bizza. Bizza.

Probably one of the best places for a HUGE slice of pizza and average price as well. A quick pizza and was ready for a slice in less than 10 minutes. Not a lot of seating but it's okay it's a great area to grab a slice and walk around for a bit. I was SO close to also grabbing a slice of cake because you know I'm that dessert girlie, but I didn't. Pizza was nice and crispy. Happy to know I can grab a slice here next time whenever I'm in the area.

I was really surprised at the amount of vegetarian options they had. As I walked in, the menu was huge and it almost filled up the whole entire wall. They had so many options, it was so hard to choose from. We got a veggie pizza, and it was enough to feed 5 people. It was really flavourful and full of toppings. The cheese was awesome and honestly I wanted more. So if I get a chance, I will definitely come back and get more pizza for myself and try one of the many more options that they have for me. I'd definitely want to try one of the sides as well, the fries look really good. This place is full of endless options, which is what makes it so unique.

Does Bizza stand for Big Pizza? How are they so generous with the sizes of their pizza slices? $7-8 for a single slice seems pricey at first until you're met with a slice that's practically the same size as two at any other pizza restaurant. - Brotherly Love: Topped with thinly sliced beef, garlic and oil, fresh white onions, and peppers. The veggies were really fresh and crisp, while the garlic was a nice complement to the beef. The crust also hit the balance between crispy and fluffy. Only wishing this was just a little warmer, but otherwise a solid and filling meal! Next time I'd probably try to order a sauce on the side to dip this into, too. - Deep Fried Oreos: My friends and I realized we had never tried deep fried oreos and had to order some here. The oreo is surrounded by what seemed like a deep fried cake batter topped with powdered sugar. This is light yet decadent, and a nice treat to follow a giant slice of pizza! The freshness of the veggies made me feel significantly better about myself despite having shoved a whole slice of pizza in my mouth. Would come back to try their vegan options!

Large portion for both the chicken parmigiana and the Calzone. Happy to have so many vegan options to choose from. I've been here before to pick up a slice which you can customize with any topping as well as vegan options. Quick and easy spot with nice wait staff. You can order ahead and pick up or find in and wait a few minutes. Happy that it was open late tonight.

The kebabs were made with chicken breast, but very tender and moist, and the side of hummus was fresh, creamy and delicious. We also tried the sangria which was great- not too sweet and decently strong (not watered down bad wine). For dessert, the lemon cake was tasty but odd that dried cranberries were sprinkled into the whipped cream. I appreciated the variety offered on the menu- not just typical Greek food you find everywhere else that touts "Mediterranean food". The service was super nice and efficient, and I like that it has been family owned and run (sadly an increasingly rare San Francisco characteristic these days)- you can tell the difference in the quality and thought put into the experience.

Maybe don't show up in training clothes like I did once, but even then they were nothing but kind and welcoming. Super cute spot and definitely the type of place where the men with trust funds who are somehow 6'5" seem to gather for lunch and after work drinks. Calling ahead for reservations is your best bet.

It's a pick your protein and pick your style. I usually get the chicken wrap. But occasionally get the salad with chicken. Their hot sauce is delicious too! We often grab it to go and eat it up the hill in Alamo Square for a lunch with a great view on a nice day. Souvla offers very tasty food with good ingredients prepared faithfully time after time. It's an easy go-to choice for me and my wife on a sunny weekend day.

We ordered the Chicken Sandwich, Lamb Sandwich, Greek Fries, Juicy Potatoes, and Baklava Crumbles & Syrup. The Chicken Sandwich was very mediocre since it was pretty much just Shredded Chicken with Veggies and the Pita Bread, which also was a weird texture and meh in flavor. The Lamb Sandwich was was also very meh. The Lamb itself was on the tough side of life and this didn't really have any flavor to it besides the taste of Feta Cheese. The Greek Fries were the best thing and those were also pretty okay. They were nice and crispy but that was all. The Juicy Potatoes were indeed juicy, but that was really it. The problem was that they didn't have any flavor. The Baklava Crumbles and Syrup was okay. The Frozen Yogurt was okay and the Baklava that went with it was very meh in terms of taste and texture. This was definitely the worst Baklava tasting thing that I have tasted before and wish that there was the Pilo Dough to give it some texture instead of being mushy. Overall, very mediocre in taste and overpriced in terms of taste.

Lovely spot to have dinner in West Portal. Cozy spot,…read moreupscale casual dining. Great wine menu - I am picky with my red wines these days and enjoyed my $11 glass of old vine Zinfandel. We loved the Combo appetizer plate which came with generous portions of 9 different items. I loved everything ! I'm an eggplant lover and two of the dips were eggplant based . My new favorite dip is the Mercimek Kofte which is a red lentil based chunky dip ; I would've guessed garbanzo bean based dip. The Haydari dip was also super addictive, a thick creamy dip made of kefir cheese and Greek yogurt. So many delicious but gut healthy items of the combo plate; which comes with thin lavash bread. Also loved the red lentil soup, which was warming on a rainy day. I thought it was flavorful without being overly spiced or too thick. My husband enjoyed the lamb kebabs. Tender juicy cuts of lamb that were well seasoned , comes on a bed of salad and rice. We also liked the charred red peppers and onions on the kebab . Service was sufficient Overall great little find for dinner !

We ordered the combo plate which came with a lot of Pita bread, definitely enough to share among 4 people. Dishes came with a big helping of hummus too. I personally got the Kofte Kebab which filled me up. I had enough to bring home for lunch the next day. Getting a frozen yogurt at Easy Breezy is a must afterwards!!
